The towels were dingy. No trash cans in the room. One broken ice machine for 200 plus people. Had to leave my ID to use a broom and dust pan.

I finally got a chance to get into the swimming pool. I loved it and so did my family.

There wasn't anything that I didn't like. Keep up the great work.

Big room fridge worked

Microwave didn't work or wifi they kept saying they where gana fix it for 2 days but never did after multiple times asking. Also there was a used condom and dirty underwear on the floor

The lady over the hotel was rude and yelling at me saying my kids were doing to much by standing in one spot as we waited on our ride .

The sheets were old and had a big stain on it. I have never been to a place this dirty. Everything was old and dirty and It was not cheap at all. I even took pictures and video that's how shock I was also , i was trick by the App because ehat was shown when i book was different from the hotel I went to. It was the worst experience ever. Please keep the sheet, bed and toilets clean. Very disappointing 😞

i don’t know when they took those pictures, but it had to have been years ago. it looks NOTHING like any of the pictures. the “pool and garden area” were filthy and crumbling apart,trash everywhere. we should have known when we walked into the lobby and it looked dirty, we made the wrong choice where to stay. the area looked dangerous and i was seriously afraid our car was going to get broken into or we would be mugged. the room had holes in the wall and the curtain rod was hanging off the wall about to fall. half of the lights in the room would not work, i guess they figured the darker it was, maybe you couldn’t see how bad the room was. there were im only guessing boogers all around the sink area with hair caked on. also the fire alarm was beeping when we checked in. we said something to the desk attendant and was told “there is no one to fix it, just pull the battery out/off the wall.” we could hear other peoples alarms beeping through the walls and when we walked to our room too. the only good thing i can say is the room was actually pretty roomy in size and would have been better with a good deep cleaning. also the sheets had spots on them, i was concerned about bedbugs but luckily i didnt see any cuz i would have slept in my car lol. i guess they are using old pictures to “lure” people in and know by the time they pay it is too late to do anything about it. also the front desk lady was teally nice, it aint her fault that she works for in a nasty hotel. will definitely not be back and am going to tell everyone i know that travels to the area to avoid.

Large room and comfortable bed

This place looks nothing like the photos on booking.com. It’s a hole and is, by far, the worst place I’ve ever stayed. Not in a good area. Room was filthy dirty. Tub/toilet not cleaned at all, toilet seat broken, carpets not vacuumed, only two lights in the room worked (and the bulbs were dim), no ice bucket, took 15 minutes for the water to get hot. Lots of sketchy people hanging around there.

Reserving the room was great before actual arrival.

I needed a laundry facility but Its ok.

The stay was great for the price. The furniture was outdated but the stay was an enjoyable one for us. It was quiet. If people are looking for aesthetics, this is not the place. We were very satisfied at the price. Bring your own amenities if you want to be super comfortable.

We booked it, and stayed there. What we didn't like really doesn't matter. The price of the room would go up if we told you about everything that could have been better.
