Location was perfect for us , everything we needed

It was a bottom floor apartment and there was a family living above , not their fault but we could hear every noise from them walking about / talking / cupboards / telly etc due to property having no sound proofing on the ceilings

the people staying upstairs were not considerate in how they parked there car, they where noises and left there dog in the property for over 2 hour from 8pm to gone 10 barking for the while 2 hours.

Great value for money, clean and comfortable.

Had everything you needed for a short stay. Comfortable and clean . Space for two cars behind property. Very important as the road is tiny!

Few little issue with loose floorboard in kitchen , loose headboard on single bed and bedside table drawer fell apart but really minor things. And it’s 15/20 mins walk to harbour!!

Very clean cottage, good quiet location, having a parking space and a comfortable bed.

No mirror in any of the bedrooms to do hair & makeup.

Pleasant apartment everything you need

We really liked the comfy bed, really nice shower (and shower gel!), fully stocked kitchen and excellent location although I think perhaps longer than 10 mins away from the harbour!

There was a mixup with our booking and the owners told us we were in the downstairs apartment. We sadly had to disturb the person who was staying there long-term as we didn’t know what was happening. The owners were uncontactable, and even once we realised we were actually in the apartment upstairs, they didn’t call, message or text to apologise for the inconvenience, stress, or mistake. We also could have done with better instructions on the heating i.e that it is controlled by the little dial in the kitchen as opposed to the dial in the hallway which we struggled to control meaning we were cold on the 1st night!

Superb and value for money.

Very clean and neat property.All amenities present.Unbelievable that they had a small but luxury treat for our pet dog.Oh my God,that was touching and reminded me that the owners had an eye for detail 👏 An issue with the bathroom sink was sorted in a jiffy 👍 Cute narrow lanes around the property,typically Devonish.

Lovely, clean apartment in a quiet part of town. It's about a 15min walk to the high street.

Keys are kept in a lock box outside. Easy and convenient . Close to town and a good base for heading to surrounding areas - Paignton, Torquay, Dartmouth. Great selection of places to eat, would recommend the jade palace if looking for a Chinese.

warm, clean, tidy and compact, communication with owners was exceptional and they were really helpful. off street parking was a real bonus in a place like Brixham too where any parking is at a premium.

property was very clean, nicely decorated bright and fresh. In a very peaceful area, would compare to any of the top hotels.
