About this villa rental
Disney Dreams is a luxurious 5-star self-catering villa with the WOW factor & you won't be disappointed. In the prestigious community of Calabay Parc @ Towerlake Haines City with 24 hr manned secured gates, CCTV on all streets. This beautiful summer holiday rental home is located for easy access to Disney, Universal and all attractions. We currently have one of the largest South facing pool with special features including water streamers/sprays (the kids will love them) & underwater coloured mood lighting, a 6ft spa with extended decking, luxury pool furniture with side tables & 7ft umbrellas. Flatscreen TVs with ROKU, DVD players in both master rooms, lounge, Spongebob twin room TV is for gaming as it has an Xbox and games. All bedrooms have luxury upgraded bedding, new Coolvie mattresses, and furniture. The villa has a Disney Themed games room featuring a new slate pool table & air hockey table, cards & board games. We are in close proximity to Southern Dunes & Champions Gate golf courses & many more in the surrounding area. Walmart 2 mins drive & Posner Park is 7 miles, Eagle Ridge Shopping Mail 25-30 mins drive, and Florida Mail approx 40- 1 hr. Right on our doorstep is Manny's Chop House, can guarantee you will enjoy their New York strip steak & New York cheesecake, in huge portions!
Both master rooms have super king-size beds (US), en-suite & private doors to the pool area. There is also a safety gate & fence around the pool area, plenty of floats, armbands, noodles etc for the kids to play with or adults! We also provide a high chair, booster seat, crib & bedding & bed guard for guests to use, please request as they are locked away all free of charge!
We take pride in our house and all towels & bedding including pillows are renewed every year. This is to ensure that the house stays nice and fresh for all our guests. The house has been re-decorated though out & new carpets. Also, we have replaced the mattress & blinds in the house. These are cleaned regularly & the house is well maintained.

The house more than met our needs. With two primary suites it was just what we needed since we were traveling with my mother that is 93. The house was very clean except the glasses in the cabinet which we had to wash. The pool was perfect for our granddaughter to have a good time. We did quite a bit of cooking and everything we needed was available. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a 2-week holiday, me, my wife and our 6 year old son, in this beautiful villa. The beds were very firm and good for sleeping, the furniture was somewhat comfortable, although for our taste the sofa was a bit soft and the table in front of it was on the small side. The swimming pool was great, we used it a lot and the water temperature was fine with an outside temperature of +30 degrees Celsius.
The kitchen was nice, cutlery, crockery, glasses, cups and pans in abundance. The electric stove, oven, refrigerator with, washing machine, dryer and dishwasher were easy to operate and worked fine. The microwave also worked fine, but the operation was not very obvious.
We also liked that Walmart and various restaurants were around the corner within a 15 minute drive. The travel time to the Disney, Universal parks and International Drive was acceptable at 30 minutes without traffic jams.
The only thing that disappointed us was the high traffic pressure on US HW 27 and I4, this was not just during rush hour, this caused the travel time to increase considerably (up to 90 minutes), which we really had to take into account.
The management agency that manages the maintenance of the villa responded very quickly and adequately to our reports of minor problems. The only thing they did not solve was the garbage container that did not have wheels, which made it a bit difficult to place the container on the street side.

We had a great time. Loved the pool! My two little nephews had a blast...it was hard to keep their excitement down while playing in the pool. The house felt like home. Overall stay was perfect. Thank you.

My son and I stayed here for an extended weekend. We enjoyed relaxing in the pool and hot tub. The neighborhood was quiet for the most part and secure.

The property was very nice. Pool was excellent. pool was heated as advertised. Nice large kitchen and bedrooms. Very clean. Take it serious about not leaving food out. There are very tiny ants that will come out if you leave food exposed. Owner probably does not know this. The faucet in master bedroom shower is broken. It needs a screw. It will work if you baby it. However it does not produce hot water. Only provides warm water. We didn’t have time to tell maintenance. I took showers in other bathrooms where the showers worked.

When we arrived to the property the temperature to the house was set at 74 and had a lock box on it. Messaged the owner to see about dropping temp to 72. We didn’t realize we needed to put the key back in the box at the front door, so guest services couldn’t come in. Why would a family put a key back outside not knowing who has access to the code leaving my family vulnerable?
Went to swim and get in the hot tub both were about 60 degrees. Messaged owner and I was informed that we have to pay $50.00/day to have the heater put on. This was not included in the advertisement and it said there’s a “hot tub”. Picked up donuts in a box which were left on kitchen counter. Next day the donuts were covered in ants.
Every communication with the owner we were reminded and asked if we’d read the welcome folder upon entrance. Final message I was told she lives in the UK and I need to communicate with property employees. Made me feel like my concerns were bothering her and to leave her alone. Overall we were extremely disappointed. My kids were more excited about having our own private pool than they were about Disney and they couldn’t enjoy that because it was freezing cold!

We had the most amazing stay at this villa, was absoloutly the perfect home away from home, had everything we needed and more! Was lovely and clean and in an amazing safe area, we would love to come back and stay again. Janice was lovely and answered any queries we had before we left quickly and thoroughly.

We loved the house, it is well laid out, and perfect for our needs, the kitchen was well equipped for our needs the pool area was fantastic and we spent a lot of time there , evenings by the telly were great and made for a very relaxing break , great location on a peaceful community. This home was in a very secure neighborhood with excellent security at the gate. The house was very clean with allot of room. The pool was very refreshing and well kept. We were very pleased with the whole experience. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in Florida

By far, one of the best VRBO rental we have had the opportunity to use! The property was easy to locate and gated security left us feeling safe and sound. If not out and about exploring FL we were kept busy with all the additional perks of the rental including a family pool and air hockey tournament and a beautiful pool/hot tub to stay cool and relax. The property was clean, fully stocked and includes nice furnishings. We were very pleased and look forward to our next trip to FL and will certainly attempt to stay in the same property.

As a family of 4 inc 2 daughters in their late 20's early 30,s we had an excellent 2 week stay mid May 23.
The villa is large 4 x bedrooms with 6 beds in total which could house 2 families (2 × large beds and 4 x singles).
Everything you could need is there inc large fridge,dishwasher and a very sizeable wahing machine and dryer,which we used frequently.
The pool table and table hockey machine in the garage are excellent quality and the pool and jacuzzi also impressive. It was 30 plus deg when we went,no need to heat the pool which was perfect for swimming day and evening time.
Location wise,perfect for shops and a relatively cheap taxi ride to local restaurants if required. The i4 was busier than i remembered, but our last visit was 20 years ago,plan to avoid rush hour travelling.
A very approachable host in Janice meant all our queries were met with helpful informative advice.
Would definitely stay again.

The house was nice and clean. The house was close to shopping and eating. The house was 25 minutes from Disney World. The only issues I had was there were a few ants in the kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. There was ant spray provided so no big deal. Bought the pool heat but the pool never heated up and that was disappointing. We were able to use the hot tub though which we enjoyed. I would definitely book this house again.

This was a great property and a good location. Felt safe being in a gated community. The property itself was clean and beautifully presented.
Just two recommendations:
Don't follow the postcode on Vrbo as it took us about 11 miles in the other direction.
Some info on local food restaurants or where to get takeout (delivered) would have been useful.
The villa itself was fantastic for families and is comfortable for2 families or one large family, even intergenerational.
Would highly recommend!!!

We were in Orlando for a wedding and this location couldn't have worked better for us, even during a hurricane! Plenty of mirror space for 4 girls to get ready and ample entertainment for us all to find our own space when needed. Located near plenty of food, grocery or shopping choices. Super easy to access through guarded gates. Thank you for such a clean and well maintained place.

Property was as described on listing and clean and just enough basic toiletries to give you a chance to go to the Walmart down the road. Pool was great, had to pay extra each night to have it heated. Overall a good stay and would look into returning when we come back down to Florida.

What a wonderful stay at this well presented villa. Everything just what we had hoped for, a relaxing stay in the sun. Even with the visit from Hurricane Ian didn't spoil things.

Best vacation rental
The house was perfect. Has everything you need. From cooking pots and pans to pool toys for the little ones. This is the 3rd year we booked a vrbo. And hands down this was my favorite.

We loved this home
We had a love 3 week stay in April. House was very clean. Everything about the house was amazing. It was a nice big pool. We had breakfast each morning outside looking at the pool.
Each bedroom was big and comfortable.
We had 2 children 6 and 10 and they loved it. They had plenty of room to play with their cars and dolls.
Walmart, food outlets and everything was a 5 minute drive.
It was a great base. We visited Busch Gardens in Tampa and it's nearly a straight road. We visited Legoland and it's not too far.
House had everything. Nice big fridge, kettle for making tea and toaster.
They had a big washing machine too.
The games room was awesome. I enjoyed playing pool.
We loved this house and can't wait to go back.

Very comfortable place.
Home was extremely nice clean and comfortable.. We were a group of 4. Myself my husband and my brother and sisterinlaw. Nice area to take evening walks. Two master bedrooms were great to have. Three bathrooms was a nice feature. I used one and my husband the other. The only thing I would suggest if you stay here is to bring extra toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish washer detergent and dishwashing liquid. Not enough for us for a 10 night stay but they did leave some.. We ate at home most of the time. You might also bring a large frying Pan if you plan on cooking. They have a nice crackpot and some smaller pans. Plenty of plates cups and silverware.. This was not a problem for us. I always come prepared but thought I would mention it to others. Great place to stay. I would stay there again if in the area. Pool area was nice but to cold out to get in.. Plenty of space though to sit outside.. Owner was very easy to reach and people at front gate were very nice. This is a gated community. Highly recommend this home.

Beautiful home away from home.
Ample pool & bath towels plenty of extra sheets, pillows and blankets. All 3 bathrooms had blow dryer and other needed essentials.
Full size washer and dryer. Kitchen had all the necessary appliances and dishes, cups for both indoor/outdoor use. Very spacious patio and large pool and hot tub. Conveniently located only 30 minutes from the parks
