Posizione ottima! Dal balconcino si vede la Reggia.
Camera e bagno pulitissimi.
Peccato la colazione sia da consumare al bar.

Everything. The large size bedroom (we had the room with the two beds) and bathroom. Even the shower was a large size. Just being next to the palace especially after doing 10,000 steps visiting the palace and gardens it was good to be 5 steps from the apartment. Police guard the palace consistently making the apartment feel safe also. Pizza Art was a great choice for food at reasonable prices one of many places just outside the door. Rita thanks for our stay in your tasteful and we'll keeped accommodation.
Nothing about the apartment but Saturday night did have youth hanging around the square under the windows until 2am.,then dead quiet. Friday night was quiet all night. The apartment is double glazed.

If you're going to Caserta to see the palace, this place was perfect. It's directly adjacent to the property and is along a nice row of restaurants for everything else you need. We were just staying for one night, but it met our needs perfectly.
This isn't the host's problem, but the giant parking lot in Caserta is tough to navigate. If you're driving, you need to go a ways away to find the entrance and then make your way up through a maze of halls and stairs to find the exit. Our car was safe and sound, and it was much easier to figure out in reverse the next morning.

The location was perfect for my purpose of touring the castle & gardens. It was also close to the train station and several good cafes & restaurants.
My cellphone did not work. We had to message back and forth thru booking.com to figure out the best way for me to return the keys. (One for the front door to the building. One to enter the suite of rooms of which one was mine and my individual room. ) I departed very early and couldn't know if the manager would be on the premises.
The good location came with a lot of street noise.

Nicely decorated room looking out to the Palace. Friendly host that is on site. Free coffees in common area. Close to station and the Reggia and restaurants and bars. Breakfast was traditional at a nice friendly bar that also does great cocktails.
It's a bit noisy with a piazza and 2 restaurants below so you may not want a window open. It would have been OK apart from the terrible music choices of the gelateria!

Great location, view of the palace, clean and nicely appointed room, spacious bathroom. Helpful staff. They let us store our bags while we visited the palace.
mattress was too hard for me but that is just a personal thing

I really liked the breakfast option. We were given vouchers for a downstairs bar which was serving us a coffee, croissant or a brioche bun with a fresh juice. Location of the airbnb is great. Hosts are really good too. Apartment overall was very nice.
The beds in the 4th floor apartment were very uncomfortable. We stayed in the 2nd floor apartment for a night and that was better but still not great.
