また泊まりたい。

大浴場がとても良かった。スタッフの方もみなさま親切で日本語が通じるのも良かった。また泊まりたい。

お部屋のトイレ兼お風呂が部屋干しのような臭いがして少し不快だった。大浴場があったのであまり問題はなかったが、トイレに入る時とそこのドアが少しでも空いていると部屋も少し臭うので改善してもらえると嬉しい。

日本人スタッフが多くて安心。部屋の天井が高く広く感じて快適。清潔。大浴場設備がとても充実していて快適。サウナもとてもいい。朝食は種類が豊富でとても美味しい。

This property isn't good if you're in Seoul for a leisure trip. There are many plastic surgery hospitals nearby, and this hotel mainly caters to their comfortable stay. The property is surrounded by hospitals and other residential hotels. To get to the restaurants, you have to walk down the whole alley. There are only a few options available if you only eat chicken. We stayed there for 3 days and all three days had the same breakfast menu One of the staff members said to us on our last day when we entered for breakfast that your child was not included in the package. As I was eating breakfast, she asked me to speak with the front desk staff. . I showed her the booking details and the front desk woman apologized, but the breakfast court lady never apologized. It was really insulting. Other than this one lady all the other staff were helpful and polite . SPA - Best part of this propert is Spa its very rejuvenating. Evening Noodles - They offer free soyabeen noodle soup free to everyone. Room size - Room s are very small compare to the price which we are paying

Good location, close to subway station. Huge breakfast buffet. They do have a public spa with sauna. The staff is very friendly & helpful.

At the top of a hill so maybe not the best for people with challenges walking. Rooms are a little on the small side.

Exceptional

Great location in Gangnam, easy to access Seoul metro. We especially enjoyed the incredible breakfast buffet with so many absolutely delicious choices. The Japanese style spa/bath was amazing after a long day of exploring Seoul. Very friendly and attentive staff. Thank you!

- very nice, welcoming and helpful staff; - decent breakfast; - convenient location next to interesting streets in Gangnam with a lot of lunch/dining options, not too far from subway station;

The hotel is located next to a main street and thus traffic noise in the early morning may become an issue for those who are very sensitive to noise like me.

A modern and stylish accomodation with excellent pricing, definitely coming back.

It was surprisingly modern and clean for the price I was paying. I was very pleased with the amenities provided and the service given. It had all the tell-tale signs of a good place to stay and being a solo traveler this was important for both my safety and comfort.

Tiny tiny detail being my shower door managed to somehow always open, I had to prop up a shampoo bottle against it to keep the water from leaving.

Comfy for a short stay, pillows were not

Close enough to Gangnam and Sinsa, taxi only takes about 12 minutes. The onsen was good, has a sauna as well. There is free noodles at night for supper, and the breakfast seems to vary in terms of new things (didn't try it but I saw different posters on some days such as for winter solstice). Close to a busy street at night for food, but pretty quiet while still on a main road. Great view of the city if you're facing the road. Thank you for taking care of my quokka. :)

The pillows. Probably the worst pillows I've ever had a hotel. You can loot different pillows at two time windows a day in the basement, but they're all quite small and hard. At one point of my long stay I was tempted to just go and buy my own pillows because I couldn't sleep well. The room size with two beds was also pretty small. With big luggage of two people, makes moving around more difficult. Hotel reception does not book city taxis for you, only taxis to the airport and that has a time cutoff.

Friendly and helpful staff. We felt very welcome. The facilities and the room were neat and clean. We also loved the spa and sauna! Would love to stay here again.

The basic pillows were hard! The pillow rental was empty 5 of 6 times when we there to borrow softer pillows.

Exceptional

i love their free hot spring area which is relaxing and neat. the noodle at midnight is excellent. Service is fine and room is tidy with a big bed. Good that i can choose the pillow i want.

I thought there is a shuttle bus offered by the hotel to some tourist place, but it doesn't exist. I cant get the coffee in the morning as it can only be used after 3 pm which is not convenient to the customer.

Clean, basic, good location, helpful and kind staff.

Not a complaint, just informational: the room I stayed was a bit small on 15m². Bed was a queen size bed, what was good and wide enough.
