Location was close to Frenchman’s Cove. Room was comfortable and private bathroom clean. House facilities including pool were great.
Room stated it had tea & coffee maker as well as washing machine. Washing was available but a paid service JMD5500 for a wash & dry. No tea & coffee in room, this facility was in communal kitchen on a different floor and no tea and coffee provided.

Great location to visit Frenchmen’s cove, the blue lagoon and even Boston beach and reach falls are not too far away. They have nice private drivers to take you there.
The beds are so comfortable and the showers are great.
Moreover, the staff tries to help with everything.
Only negative part was that the breakfast was way too little for way too much money. So bring your own breakfast and just make it on your own in the kitchen.

Nice views from the hotel.
Too many rules and restrictions. Most annoying was the no shoes policy with the villas, especially since the Guesthouse doesn't supply slippers to wear indoors. Not everyone likes to walk around barefooted. Ordering breakfast had to be done the night before, and no facilities (tea, water) in the room.

I like the location which is close to the beach and the breakfast was fine. The view from the top of the building is also great when the weather is clear
It was my second stay at this place. However this time I did not enjoy the stay. I did not sleep most of the night as there was so much noise from others in the hallway and going up and down on the stairs. I was very disappointed with the stay, My prior stay was very comfortable and suite was beautiful

The location of all nations is excellent because it is directly across the street from Geejam, which is a resort with beach access if you spend a minimum at the bar. We really enjoyed this and took full advantage of the paddle boarding and kayaking at Geejam, a highlight of the trip for me.
I didn’t love that it seemed to be very quiet and empty at all nations during our stay. I don’t know if it was the season, but we didn’t run into many other guests.

I loved how clean this place was especially the bathroom. And the staff especially Steve was very helpful.
Find the place was my greatest challenge I belive there should be a sign along the way. Because the GPS doesn't give the correct direction. And even when I got the live location from your host it was off as well.

Amazing vila, really cool host!
Clean like in europe.
Good food.

The staff, who were responsive, professional and pleasant. That it was a short drive to Frenchman's Cove (NOT walking distance). The visiting artist who had some interesting paintings. The view from the main balcony upstairs. Beds though high, were okay. Bathroom was clean, albeit aged with shot grout in places
That the MAIN property description did not mention: shared kitchen facilities, no shoes inside (unless unworn outside), no eating in rooms, spiral staircase to rooms upstairs, no bedside tables - (they did switch room on request).
The property is aged with tired fixtures and fittings. The allocated room had a window that didn't close flush - which probably admitted the cockroach I had to kill. Room's aircon unit dripped water into the bag beneath it. Decrepit communal toilet off the gym area.

Friendly staff and super clean.
A little bit isolated, thankfully we had a car, but not accessible if you don’t.

The service and the staff were really nice and helpful all the time! Also the rooms were nice and clean :)
The las minutos of road aren't the best to get there, so its better to arrive in the morning.

Absolutely nothing stay away
When I checked in, the overnight host asked us to remove our shoes. i asked him why he told us to remove our shoes . Hw said it's the police. Imagine the lobby is filthy, and I have to put my feet on the dirty floor.". When I went to the room the bed is hard as a rock and the elevator wasn't working well had to use the fan we couldn't sleep because the fan making so much noise to bed sheet is dirty to top it off the lady who work at the front desk with the short cut blond hair had a nasty attitude dealing with us like we are nobod no manners whatsoever I hope she get trained more on how to be professional I would definitely stay away from that dirty guest house

Property is nice and well maintained.
Rooms lack of basics. Nowhere to hang the clothes. Staff has no interest in helping with answering any questions about local attractions.

Loved the location and pool
The air conditioning in the room was subpar and the bed sheets were riddled with stains and were rough to touch

The room was very big with an incredible balcony with view, the facility beautiful and clean and the pool was awesome! Perfect location, walking distance to Frenchman's Cove and short drive to all the best places in the area. We loved it and will definitely come back! Super recommended! Thank you guys!

We really enjoyed the food, great chef! Location is great, all beaches along the coast are super close and the facilities are extremely nice! Staff is pleasant and helpful! Totally recommend:)
We really enjoyed our stay at the All Nations, so nothing to complain about. Maybe just to mention before that there is a 5% extra if you want to pay by card. Side note: if you have a car at the moment the road is under construction so drive extra carefully to get to the hotel!

Super friendly staff and owners, amazing huge bed and good location to discover Portland!
3.0 / 5.0
- Nicely designed hotel and pool, spacious room
- Staff was kind but due the orders they apparently need to follow, it was an unpleasant experience
- You can make use of a shared kitchen/refrigerator
- Apparently they don’t trust their guests: each time you need to pay immediately after your consumption (or provide them a deposit); feels very unfriendly.
- Two out of our three cards were not accepted, but when paying with creditcard you need to pay an additional fee
- You are not allowed to wear your flip flops or shoes on the resort except for outside.
- You need to choose your desired breakfast already the night before, incl. the time in which you want to get it served
- Though breakfast was fine, dinner was not of good quality. However, the neighboring “Geejam” resort at the other side of the road served good food in lovely atmosphere and you get a 15% discount!
- During our two night stay, the pool was closed both days until halfway the afternoon. When asked the only response given was “I’ve called maintenance already”
