Loved everything about this property. The house itself was well equipped, spacious and very comfortable for the six of us. The beautiful outside garden was quiet and relaxing If we wanted to explore there was a lot for adults to visit within a 30 minute drive. Definitely would like to stay again soon as we have made some lovely memories.

Stunning location beside private lake. Peaceful but with entertainment provided by the wildlife. All rooms well furnished and decorated with three TVs. The kitchen appliances, implements, crockery and cutlery were of a quality and quantity. The property manager dealt with minor issue immediately.

We had a peaceful week in this property with large rooms and a wonderful garden where wildlife was abundant and the lake added to the setting. Shame there was no shop for some miles where we could have bought a paper etc but this didnt affect our stay.

From the moment we arrived we felt very at home. The rooms are spacious and well furnished. The kitchen is very well equipped and we enjoyed spending our evenings sat around the kitchen table with a quiz crossword and a glass of wine whilst we collectively prepared dinner.
The garden is large with fabulous views as far as the eye can see and overlooks the lake. We enjoyed sharing the garden with a large variety of wildlife and were kept very entertained by the many ducks, moorhens and coots that came to visit each day.
We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend a visit.

Lady’s Field House was the perfect choice for our first stay in the Malvern Hills.
The house is just lovely. Very well equipped with everything you’d need for an extended stay. Great accommodation for 4 adults, with a good mix of privacy and social areas. Furnishings are homely and comfortable. Gardens are extensive and private.
The location was perfect for exploring the wider local area.
We’d stay again

The house itself was comfortable, well furnished and had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. And what fabulous views from each of the windows!!
The lake in particular was stunning surrounded by lovely autumn colours. We enjoyed going on many walks directly from the house as well as visiting Great Malvern and Ludlow nearby.
We can fully recommend this wonderful house and the local area!

We wanted a place we could stop and forget about the rat race. This property nailed that. It was clean and well presented. Off the beaten track, but not too far from amenities etc. Owner and cleaner were accommodating when contacted. All up it made for a very pleasurable 2 weeks away. Many thanks, I'm sure we will be returning. !

Perfect Christmas Escape
We were looking for something to rent in the Pensax area as we have family that live in th evillage but never dreamed of fiding such a perfect place to stay. The house is "older" but has been beautifully updated where needed whilst maintating its original character. The Kitchen in particular is fabulous.
Pensax is defintely off the beaten path but that is excatly what we wanted and Lady's Field House delivered! Jennifer (the Owner) and Jane (the Caretaker) were both informative and fast to respond to questions for I was very appreciative given the uncertainty of travelling during the pandemic.
We will certainly be booking again (well in advance) for our future Christmas trips to the UK.

Amazing just idyllic setting
From the moment you drive up you just know how perfect this house will be. Beautiful, peaceful and just simply gorgeous inside and out. To say we Loved our stay is an understatement, we enjoyed the quiet beautiful lakeside setting with the so comfortable and homely house. It was the perfect place for our family reunion with our grown up kids, they didn’t want to leave, nor did we. After the Covid year this house was just what we all needed and we all wish to thank the owners for an amazing stay and for allowing us to stay in their wonderful beautiful house. We would love to go back again and again. Many thanks Mandy and Steve

Outstanding House & Garden
This property is in an ideal place if you want peace and tranquillity. Situated on the edge of a small village of Pensax. Sitting in the garden overlooking the lake and the large lawn is perfect. The house is large with all the amenities you could want for 6 people. There was just two of us but still felt at home. Lots of signposted footpaths around the property and surrounding area. Finding the church was a mystery to solve but we got there. Lots of places of interest within easy reach. We would recommend the Living Museum in Dudley with a boat trip through the labyrinth of underground tunnels.
We will be back.

A gorgeous property in a stunning,private location
The cottage was exactly as described, in a beautiful setting with lovely views across the lake. The property was very clean on arrival and we loved every room in the house. It is very well equipped with everything you could possibly need and they even provided bird food for us so that we could refill the feeders - so thoughtful! The cottage is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine and plenty of radios and instructions were provided for everything in the house, I would highly recommend this property - the cottage is so private and peaceful and we didn't want to leave! The location is great for exploring nearby attractions including Ludlow, Stratford-upon-Avon, Worcerster and we even hired a barge for the day and travelled along the beautiful canals. There are some lovely walks in the area as well with great views of the Malvern Hills. What better way to start a Sunday morning than having croissants and coffee on the terrace overlooking the lake, watching the wildlife and listening to the Church bells ringing - bliss! We would all love to return to this beautiful cottage one day!

Very comfortable house - great location
First thing to note was the booking process itself as Jennifer (the owner) is extremely easy to contact and readily available to help or answer questions.
Arrived on the Saturday to a very warm and welcoming house.
Everything was clean and tidy and prepared for our arrival with the facilities as described.
The cottage itself is in a stunning location, with it's own lake and surrounded by open fields. There is plenty of wildlife to see and feeding the ducks, coots, moorhens and geese on the lake become a regular morning activity for my children who absolutely loved it.
The house itself is a mixture of modern and established and if there is any slight criticism it that's some of the rooms / furniture could possibly do with some updating but honestly, with it's good sized accommodation, lovely big and modern kitchen and log burner, the house really is extremely comfortable and relaxing.
There is a plentiful supply of things to do and see, including a large variety of National Trust and English Heritage properties nearby plus the West Midlands Safari Park (and absolute must!), the Severn Valley Railway and Warwick Castle to name but a few. I guarantee the young and the old alike will have a very enjoyable time.
If you chose to eat out, there are a good number of eat-in and take away restaurants within a short drive (including the best fish & chips we have ever had!) and a variety of large supermarkets in the nearby towns if you chose to cook for yourself.
All in the, the family had a really very enjoyable time and will definitely book again.

Idyllic Location
On arriving at Lady's Field House the sun was shining on the lake and it was reminiscent of a Monet painting. The house is not the most up to date but all the facilities you need for a comfortable relaxing holiday are there. The communication we had with Jennifer was first rate and the booking and administaration was great. It was lovely to see all the wildlife on and around the lake with the ducks and ducklings coming up to the house to feed. This is a house that we would love to return to in the near future. If you are thinking of booking go on you will not be disappointed.

Magical Christmas
Our stay at Ladyfield's Cottage was magical to say the least. The second we drove down the lane and viewed the cottage in it's beautiful surroundings we were captivated. The cottage was lovely and toasting on our arrival by the owners, who were always so accommodating and helpful. It had everything and more to sustain our stay comfortably for a week, from obscure kitchen utensils to bird feed! If I was pushed to find a gripe it would be that it lacks a dishwasher, but that's just maybe me wanting to be 100% on holiday!
We have 2 young boys and they absolutely loved going for long walks across the fields amongst the sheep and playing hide & seek in the cottage garden. The local walks are fabulous too, Ludlow with it's Medieval castle is stunning and so is the nearby Gruffalo Trail in the Wyre Forrest.
Thank you Jennifer for sharing your lovely home - and to quote Arnold Swarzenegger..."we'll be back"!
