The property is located on a hill above the sea, 300 meters away fromt he sea. Around the property are trees, which provide a pleasant coolness and plenty of shade in the summer. In addition to the property is a large, shady garden full of flowers, stones and minerals, in which we serve you on request, an individual and rich breakfast. There are 2 other smaller gardens overlooking the sea for families who would like to be among themselves. The garden has a barbecue on a separate terrace, swings and a small playground for the little ones. There is also a lounge for bad weather days.
There is also a kitchen with fridge, where every guest can take a cold drink and relax in the shade. There is a bicycle storage room and a parking space in front of the house for each apartment. Restaurants are nearby 50-100m, shops 300m, bars 300m, beaches 300m. The outskirts location guarantees a high degree of peace and is also one of the most attractive locations in town.
