About this cottage rental
This delightful, quirky semi-detached cottage is situated close to the beach in the popular coastal town of Bude and can sleep six people in three bedrooms.
The Fort is a delightful, quirky semi-detached cottage situated close to the beach in the popular coastal town of Bude and can sleep six people in one double bedroom, one twin room and a single with pull-out bed as well as a family bathroom. The rest of the property contains a kitchen with dining area, a utility and a sitting room plus a ground floor cloakroom. There is also a small sun room and a garage. To the outside of the property there are terraced gardens with outdoor furniture, plus off road parking for two cars. The Fort is ideal for a family or couples looking for a seaside break in this wonderful part of Cornwall. NOTE: one bed is a single pull out mattress bed.
Amenities: Central heating . Gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Garage with table tennis. Terraced garden with sun terrace and furniture. The pretty terraced garden/patio area is not enclosed, with only a chain
on to the back lane. Sorry, no smoking. Dogs allowed. Maximum 2 Dogs. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. Beach 1 min walk. Note: External steps are slippery when wet. Note: To gain access from the beach road to the front door you have to climb 16 steps and access from the front door to the back lane there are 11 steps. Note: This property has a Good Housekeeping Bond of £150. NOTE: one bed is a single pull out mattress bed.
