We needed a place to stay for one night but this was rough and we never plan on staying there again.

The close location to the airport. The room was large.

The staff ignored us at first and we felt uncomfortable. The bathroom was dirty and everything felt dirty. The bed was not comfortable and the property was very rundown.

Not a good place yo stay specially with family.

No hygiene at all, didn’t even put body wash or soap. Utensils were dirty even they didn’t even dried the utensils. Disgusting smell in the room. Mold in the shower.

Horrible.

Location was close yo airport.

No wifi in rooms. Air conditioning was not working. Bedsheet were old and dirty marks on them even they are washed. Bed mattresses are the lowest quality. No lifts in hotel.

Room size was good stuff was good AC not good no hot water

The staff were very nice

Everything was okay but the room did not get cold the AC was not that good there was no hot water told the management they tried to fix it but could not do it

No frills

This was a no frills overnight stay, to get an early flight. It was fine and the staff found us some bowls and cutlery so we could cook noodles in our room for dinner. Great view

The mattresses were worn so you can feel the springs. No curtains

We were absolutely disgusted with everything about this hotel.

The staff were helpful when I complained about the room and up graded us to a Delux room. Quite honestly this was not really an improvement on the previous room but at least ast it had a toilet roll holder.

We should have known when we entered the hotel that the experience was not going to be a good one when the seating in the foyer was broken and absolutely filthy . The shower was very mouldy and when I pulled back the sheets at bedtime it was obvious they had not been changed from the previous occupant. There were fresh blood stains around the foot area of the bed. We ordered a taxi form reception for the following morning but this did not arrive. The man on duty ordered another taxi which also did not arrive and we had to walk to the airport in order to arrive there on time.

Rubbish

You should have never promoted this place to us. It is the filthiest and most disorganised place I have seen. When we arrived they did not have our booking. We waited for two hours then they put us in a room that was under maintenance. It was situated on level 2. We could not hold the railings when using the stairs as there was fresh paint on it. The room had no curtains and nothing except two beds. The smell of paint made us very sick. Then next day they transferred us to a ground level standard room. I have never come across anything as filthy as this room- there were roaches, spiders , ants and numerous insects and pests. Floor was so filthy that our feet became brown. Shower did not work. Not hot water. No phones in the rooms. Every time we complained they made us wait pretending something was being done nothing was done. Bed mattress had bed bugs. My body is full of bed bug bites. I got very sick. Not only that, Booking.com did not advise us that we have to make another payment at the hotel and at a different rate! So I paid twice ! One with booking.com and the others at the hotel. I paid approximately $145 Aud per night for the cheap filthy place you booked me in. Disgusted with the hotel and disgusted with you guys for ripping me off.

Overpriced

Convenient to walk to the airport at 6 am but not a nice experience

We had to stay near the airport as we were unable to get there from our original hotel in time for our flight. It was walking distance to the airport

The dirty sheets, the loud people in the pool. The cleanliness in general. The room window didn’t close and there were no blinds or curtains

Please do not book this hotel!!

Absolutely nothing was there to like, had to stand at the counter at 12am asking them to change the room because of bed bugs!

The beds were full of bed bugs and upon asking many many times still no shower towels!

Prepare to be disappointed

Walking distance to the airport.

No toilet paper, no towels, no bar ... there was an ironing board, but no iron.

Was a Great Stay.

We got the ground floor rooms we requested for since we had three elderly disables with us. Rooms are reasonable since we just needed a place to stay over for flights early next morning. Quite environment we had.

We had to wait a bit to check in. All details were sent via booking site. Nevertheless, all was sorted. What actually i do not like is the reviews most guests make about this place, make sure you read carefully, what this hotel provides and what not. Do not complain with your bad reviews which degrades a hotel business. If your expectations are high, then feel free to get a 5star hotel. Trans hotel, the name says it all.

Comfy bed and friendly staff

Just something they can improve on to check lighting's make sure they all work before they allow people in to stay, but overall good stay and good value for money... Will definitely book with them again. Next time.

Only needed the room for a few hours to freshen up before our flight. Wouldn’t stay overnight.

Cheap. Booked online. No security deposit needed. Cold AC. Walking distance from airport.

Very outdated room. Weird odor.

Didn’t have breakfast because we had to checkout early but the location was too close and the taxi who took us to the hotel was too pricy from only 2 minutes drive costed us $20 Fijian dollar.

Beds were so uncomfortable, no wifi connection, no food at least a vending machine to get some soft drinks or foods. Photos/pictures on your webpage never close or match with what we experienced

very close to the airport, fine for a one night stay. friendly and helpful reception staff that helped me get our sleeping 6 and 9 year olds up the stairs. certainly affordable

the property was not comfortable enough for a stay longer than one night
