Fazit: Gute Lage und sehr nette Gastgeber. Gute Kommunikation. Mit einer Investition von vielleicht 200 Euro könnte man

Gastgeber sehr freundlich und mit guten Informationen. Ich habe noch nie eine so gute Anfahrtbeschreibung, sogar mit Video, gesehen. Die Lage ist gut, direkt an einer Bushaltestelle. Mit dem Taxi ist man außerdem in kürzester Zeit in der Altstadt. Das Haus liegt ruhig. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und es gibt eine Waschmaschine.

Für drei Personen war es schon recht eng. Für vier halte ich es für nicht geeignet. Leider ist die Ausstattung sehr dürftig. Genau vier Teller, drei Gläser, vier Tassen…eine Kaffeemaschine und ein Toaster wären schön, außerdem ein Geschirrtuch und Waschpulver zur Maschine (Spülmittel und Spülschwamm vorhanden). Der Tisch ist sehr klein, so dass drei Personen zwar daran sitzen können - ein Frühstück ist aber gemeinsam kaum möglich. Im Badezimmer gibt es kaum Ablagemöglichkeiten. Ein paar Haken würden schon Wunder wirken.

Alles bestens. Anastasiia ist eine sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt. Alles da was man braucht und sehr sauber. Ruhige Lage, viele Bushaltestellen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Vielen Dank Anastasiia!

Pleasant

Quite spacious, separate entrance, big bathroom.

It was not worth the money, extra cost for making third bed. It could be included, when we book for four adults. Breakfast was humble.

Not worth the price

The place is spacious, easy access, green garden. There is a place to have a breakfast or just to sit down in the garden.

I would not recommend this place, for people who wants to have a good night's sleep. Sound proofing is not good, we could hear the upstair's neighbours(or hosts) walking or working from 6 a.m. You could also hear noises from the street (the bus stop is almost in front of the house). Second of all, it's definitely not worth 90 eur/night at all , especially when even parking is not included in the price and we had to pay additional costs for it and for a dog 39 eur. Also, I suggest making some dedicated parking spaces, because asking several times to repark our car, is just not the way how it should be.

good location, very comfortable room, tasty breakfast and friendly host (as usual). All my family (and the dog) recommend this place. if we if we are in Riga once again, we will come back here

Exceptional

An excellent option for a decent rest and a romantic evening. Everything about this trip was great. We easily settled into the apartment. Private area, luxurious garden - everything looks quite romantic. Stylish and slightly mysterious old house. It's like from a children's fairy tale. Central heating and wood-fired authentic stove - that's something! The owner heated it for our arrival, and until the evening we enjoyed the natural warmth of a country house. Handmade furniture, large bed made of natural wood. Amazing wardrobe with leather handles in the bedroom. Maple from the living room window in all its autumn splendor. Everything in the apartment is well thought out to the smallest detail.

I was a bit confused by the view of the new building from the bedroom window. But this did not spoil the overall impression of our stay in this cool place.

In general nice place to stay with kids

Not noisy place, easy to reach city center within minutes.

It was not mentioned in the description that no single window opens in the apartment and we got just one small fan for five people, so to get at least some fresh air in at night time, had to keep door open (which one makes stay less comfortable according privacy).

Not a great pkace

The room was quite big and the neighbourhood relatively quiet (but not really quiet)

- bus stop next to the hotel (engine noise statring vefore 6 AM) - really tiny, extra paid parking - parking located in front to the door (no garden view as advertised) - very crumpled shower cubicule, - water temperature hard to set (either hot or cold), no place to put a soap, - bumpy mattress in the bed - poor, teansparen window drapes

High performance of personnel. Really pleasant and extremely helpful. Bed sheets are clean and fresh.

Suggest to: 1. Make more informative photos of rooms. 2. Looks like deep cleaning of particular room was done a long time ago, only fast “visual” cleaning was done. 3. The room is quite humid and cold, require to keep heating at minimum, especially at the bathroom, however heating is switched off.

The owner is very polite and helpful. He always answers quickly. The location in lovely and perfect for those who look for a calm place, but not far from old town. Highly recommended.

The apartament was good, clean and cozy.

I didn't like noises from neighbors. Soundproof is very week here and I can hear all from apartament above us. Unfortunally we had very noisy neigbours, they listened music loud and spoke loudly. The host tried to resolve this issue and thanks her for that, but I never choose this apartment again.
