Tolle Wohlfühlzeit mit dem Wunsch nach Wiederholung.

Sehr schönes Ambiente, freundliches Personal, super Zimmer mit einem tollen Bett und klasse Whirlpool. Zudem sehr schöner und entspannender Spa Bereich. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder für ein paar Wohlfühltage nach Straßburg in dieses Hotel.

Alles war einfach nur perfekt!

This will be our one and only visit to this hotel.

The room was vast and very clean with a huge bathroom. The bed mattress was very comfortable.

We were advised upon arrival at the property regarding damage to the Spa and Hammam which rendered the facilities unusable despite the fact these were included in the price. The hotel did not even bother to propose a room upgrade or to include breakfast… NADA…

L'hotel est situé dans un quartier calme, résidentiel et safe. Possibilité de parking gratuit dans la rue. à 10' en voiture du centre. Chambre spacieuse, tout confort. Equipement Wellness (Sauna & Hammam) très appréciable & Petit-Déj varié, très bon.

Perfect place for staying in Strasbourg

Everything, hotel is very nice place to spend your time and have a wanderful rest, very clean rooms, comfortable bad, there’s everything you need in the room. Absolutely recommend this place

The ambience, the fact that it was a small hotel and not a non-descript chain hotel.

When I booked, I thought the hotel had a free private car park but it doesn't. We had to park on the street.

Overnight stop on motorbike tour

Lovely quiet location but easy walk into centre. Staff were lovely. Enjoyed the small outdoor pool and having a pleasant space to sit outside. We were only here for one night so didn't use the spa. Selection at breakfast was good. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely hotel in nice area with free parking, very good breakfast, outdoor pool and welcoming staff.

Location was quiet and attractive - a number of embassies nearby plus a wonderful park very close. Swimming pool was small but ideal for hot days. Excellent free parking, breakfast and staff..Recommended.

Relaxing time in Strasbourg

The parking was free and easy. The location is great with a gorgeous park nearby and a 20 minute level walk in to the historical centre (with the added bonus of a few pavement cafés on the route 🍷) The room was huge and very tastefully furnished and decorated as was the rest of the hotel (with no IKEA furniture in sight 😆) The private garden was a bonus. And finally the staff were all so lovely and helpful. I will return.

Perhaps for the door to the garden not to lock you out if it closes by accident.

Great staff, shame about the upsell attempt and forced declaration of guest behaviour

The attempt to upsell .... The Spa is extra... The onsite parking is 4 euros per night.... Nothing is allowed to be brought in to eat or drink ... Guests are forced to sign a declaration to abide by these rules ( this felt a bit like being in a youth hostel ... Which the building is certainly not )

Nothing. Only the form where you have tonvonfirm every single point what you may do and what is prohibited is a little alienating. I think management should think about if this is the right way to welcome a guest.

Exceptional stay in Strasbourg

Staff is exceptionally kind and helpful. Location is so beatiful. Protected from the big crowds and still close to the attractions. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable!

Spa services (massages and treatements) are too pricey for what they offer.

The hotel is located next to the beautiful park where storks live. The staff was very kind and informed us of all relevant info before coming to the hotel. I left my headlphones in the room and staff was kind enough to mail them to me!

The room was small and cramped. It was cleaned by some cleaning agent that smelled very unpleasantly - strong perfume smell that triggered a reaction. I hate hangers that can't be fully removed from the closet - given the cramped area, it is a challenge to take something out of the closet or hang clothes in there.

They DO NOT have fitness center, they DO NOT have parking (you have to park in the street), the breakfast is a mess (and dirty), staff, in general, very rude.

beautiful place to stay and fabulous food.

Suite was spacious with huge bathroom and plenty of space for family. Meals we’re delicious and overall lovely hotel.

Beautiful, quiet, clean hotel with impeccable facilities and highly accommodating accommodating staff!

The room was so lovely! The bed was super comfortable, the shower and bathtub were delightful, and it was a super scenic and pleasant walk to the Notre-Dame Cathedral
