Recommended for families with kids

* Food was delicious & plenty of choice * Very close to the beach * Staff very friendly & nice * Room was cleaned everyday, including new towels * Attractions to kids * 3 diffrent swimming pools * Great place for families with kids

I would sugest that reserving sunbeds beside swimming pool by putting towels and then not showing up for few hours should be forbidden

The pool where great for my grandson

1st day are room was stinking full of mold 2nd room was worse final got a good one I am 63 have health problems my chest was bad the rest of are holiday

it was comfortable and clean but certainly showing it’s age.

conveniently located, clean, reasonable price

looking well worn. taps old, some of the grout needs replacing. cracks in plaster

great animation team, they really put an effort to entertain all guests; it’s perfect place for families, not so loud and close to the city centre :) our room was upgraded for free which was a very nice gesture!

due to the nature park next to the property there are some mosquitoes, though it’s not hotel’s fault.

Very good

A perfect hotel for families. A peaceful situation between beach and lakes. Very friendly, helpful staff and delicious food with something for every taste. The grounds and garden are a credit to the hotel, being beautifully maintained.

The sound system in the entertainment area needs replacing, without a doubt. No inside entertainment area, should it rain was a disappointment.

overall our stay was good. we enjoyed it.

the property is good in a good location. walking distance from the beach. very nice outdoor pools especially for children.

shower was a bit old and sometimes water was not draining well leaving some smell. but it might be only in our room though

We will be finding another place to stay at when we come back for another visit.

The location is great and the oiutdoor activities. The apartment was clean and the shower was excellent, we stayed for 8 days.

However, it was overpriced, not a good value for the money. The apartment was outdated, and many things missing in the kitchen, the beds were on wheels, Í know it is easier to clean but it is not comfy.

Familyhotel, different pools for young and old, good food - buffet but everyday different variations and freshly made. Different slides for the young ones. Very kind stuff.

Very good for family trip, but becareful.

The breakfast was good. The pools and playgrounds and other facilities was good for family trip.

There was a theft in two apartments in the hotel, and there is no security camera, even thought as the staff said, it was not the first time. And the safe box had extra costs

The place is really nice and the staff are quite friendly.

The swimming pool was quite good, specially the children swimming pool. The apartment was also very good. We had our dinner in the place and the food was very good; very good deserts and variety of drinkds were included

The only thing which I would suggest to be changed is the beds (to be replaced by a double bed instead of two singles). Bath room ventilation can also be improved

Nice place would stop again

Great Pirate pool for my 4 years old granddaughter, the evening entertainment was fun, the entertainer was great fun, an overall good stay.

Disappointing

Very nice staff, wide choice for breakfast.

I was in the room nr. 18 in the ground floor. The room was dark, basic and smelled of mould. For one night stay was enough.

Good value for money

Nice and basic apartment in a quiet location less than 10 minutes from a lovely beach,the staff was great,very helpful and friendly too Excellent for kids!

Kids swimming pool was fantastic. Food selection was very good. Lots to choose from throughout the day.

Entertainment at night finished very early. The entertainment team worked very hard and done a great job with the kids but once the stage show finished that was it, just silent music in the background.

Fabulous & we will certainly return

We had a fantastic stay at BQ Village and I would highly recommend it to anyone. We will most certainly be back. I must say the facilities for children are absolutely fantastic. When we arrived it was raining for 4x days but we could still hear the children that where there having a great time. Thank you to all the staff for an amazing stay from the guy who checked us in so efficiently when it was well after 12 midnight when we arrived to all the cleaning staff who are superb.
