Agréable séjour dans une cabane avec baies vitrées

Petite cabane spacieuse avec baies vitrées dans la nature avec une très belle vue sur la mer. Nous avons également apprécié le petit côté sauvage et authentique de l’emplacement ( qui implique parfois des rencontres avec des insectes et des lézards )

Nous aurions préféré avoir plus d’étagères dans le placard ( la penderie occupe trop d’espace )

Een prachtige plek met geweldig uitzicht, rustige omgeving en ‘privé’ strandje!

Prachtige plek! Elke dag word je wakker met een geweldig uitzicht. Zelfs de zonsondergang kun je op je ‘privé’ strandje bewonderen. Rustige plek en het was schoon. En zelfs een kleine attentie toen ik jarig was van de eigenaar. Kortom een echte aanrader!

I loved the cottage, the beach in front was very nice, location very good. Staff made me feel welcomed.

Personally I've been missing a hammock ;)

Exceptional

Lovely cabin in a perfect location! There is a direct path to the beach 2 minutes from the cabin. Very comfortable bed. And Mike the owner is lovely. We had a great stay and look forward to returning

Great view, but that's about it!

The view. It was so lovely to wake up every day to that awesome view! The place is also near the main town of Thong Sala, which was convenient. Guests could make it down to the beach also, which was nice.

I stayed there for 5 nights, and I felt it was a bit too long. It felt a bit claustrophobic after a while, as it is just one big glass room and nothing else. The view is nice, but it isn't the sunset view. The main road is right next to the place, and it can be noisy until late evening. My main issue was the interactions with the owners. I felt like an intruder rather than a paying customer. And it is priced much higher than most places in the island. Although one of the owners met me upon check-in and got me to the cabin, and also dropped me to the place where I rented the scooter without having to give my passport as surety, that was pretty much the pleasant experience I had. I rarely got timely responses to my questions. For instance, there was a hot water kettle and a basket with some tea bags, but no coffee bags (as is standard across Thailand). I texted them to ask the housekeeper to refill the basket with coffee, but got no response! Next morning, I rode my scooter to their restaurant (about 2-3km away!) and tried to explain to the workers at the restaurant. They were lovely, but didn't understand English well. The owners never came down or talked to me. In the evening, I came home to find the housekeeper left a french press and coffee maker, but no coffee still! And later I receive a message from the owner saying that they don't provide coffee, and I can have coffee at their restaurant! That felt the rudest response to me. Such a basic amenity, but it took 3 days to resolve, when I just bought the coffee packets for 20 thb (60 cents USD). It was an easy request for them to fulfill; but they just chose not to care. This lack of care was apparent in the upkeep of the place too -- the left door/window facing the sea wont open, the floor was rotten there, no clear path to the beach (so I couldn't access the beach at night). The place has a lot of potential, but this experience left me very unpleasant.

Amazing view. All small details thought out and taken care of. Great spot for working. Great TV and speaker system.

A bird in the roof/ceiling was a bit noisy. Wasn't an issue.

Amazing place

What a beautiful property, location and comfortable 5 day stay we had here, I will definitely come back to stay here. The comfort was amazing, the bed was phenomenal. So much nicer than my own bed at home haha. The view is spectacular as it’s surrounded by jungle overlooking the ocean. The location is perfect and convenient as it’s close to both Thong Sala and Srithanu. Wonderful place!

GLASS PALACE

This property is so beautiful with such an amazing view. It even has a huge desk for working at and has lovely lighting. The bathroom is so sweet. The owner and staff are so friendly and helpful. I loved everything, it really was one of my favourite places I have ever stayed.
