Terrible stay even the sliding door to the balcony with broken latch! No cutleries.

I really like the seaview in this deluxe.

I really uncomfortable with the poor aircond supply, and microwave said have but there is no microwave. please do the changes like giving microwave. The room will be nice and beautiful if do some creative like painting..

Bad experience

for the sea view only

the room is not clean as well , a lot of dust. and strong smell of paint, not comfortable to stay. I’m still not satisfied with the parking fee, my only first time need to pay the parking fee when I stay in hotel.

Location was near the beach for my kids to enjoy and hotel was also near the food stalls.

no doormats provided, no housekeeping for such an expensive price, cockroaches were in the toilet which is unpleasant, the water in the bathroom flowed from the bathtub to the floor (poor drainage system), wifi was obnoxiously slow and have a lot of problems connecting, customer service were slow and poor feedback.

Good with lovely people.

The sea view is superb. Can see sunrise, partly. The apartment is clean.

Most of electrical appliances were not working, (Microwave and Stove). Neither pot nor pan was available in the apartment. But it was informed, it is available.

Nice view but need some repair and renovation works to be done.

The view was spectacular. Both rooms have balcony facing the sea.

1) Elevator service - Too late - Need to change it to new system 2) Need to refurbish the room - Both room doors and one of the bathroom door is too old and need to repair - The kitchen stove need to be changed - There is slight dust under the sofa and housekeeping neesds to clean the unit perfectly. Will be uncomfortable for Asthma patient. 3) Have to repaint the unit wall for better and nice view of the room. 4) The furniture needs to be replaced with new as its looks old and outdated.
