Room smelled a lot of cigarettes. Breakfast was good though and bed was comfy.

Room 114 had a very bad odor which triggers my asthma, stuff very unfriendly 😞
1.0 / 5.0
The room smelled, there was a dirty towel on the floor when i entered, some of the blankets were stained. The quality of the room for the price paid was depressing. The Holiday Inn was a touch more expensive, but much much nicer and cleaner.

It was ok for the price and time of year. Parking up top is limited and the layout is not intuitive.

It was in a good location. The service at the desk was not good. The breakfast was suitable. Any time we needed anything, it was a chore for the worker. There seemed to be some repairs going on.

The outside of this place could use some sprucing up - peeling paint and a cigarette smell outside my room didn't bode well - but the room itself was pretty nice! Clean, fairly new looking, and large - a king bed, sofa, coffee table, microwave, fridge, bathroom with wide counter space. Note that it's a two story building and they don't have elevators, so ask for a first floor room if you can't do stairs.

Bervice was wonderful and very friendly. She made our day

It’s just outdated the room did smell horribly like cigarettes. So that was gross. The tv didnt work and they did give us a discount:

Not "quality" and not my "choice" next time. We had a lot of issues with the condition of the room. The pool was nice and the beds were clean, but those were the only good parts for us.

Started 2 night stay with only partial roll of toilet paper and no extras. Had to ask for more on final day. Room phone did not work. Couldn't call front desk.
However, room was clean and comfortable. Building was a bit rundown but lobby was presentatable and breakfast was adequate.

The door is broken, the bathroom floor is very dirty and smell cigarettes badly enough to wear a face mask to fall asleep

Don't recommend, the staff was ok, but they were difficult to understand and were on a phone call with someone else while attempting to check us in. The door to our room wouldn't shut completely, neither would the balcony door. The bathroom door was extremely narrow, had a chunk of wood missing from it and wouldn't close at all. The carpet was dirty, the room had cob webs, the AC was too loud to sleep with it on. The bed sheets had stains and the wallpaper was peeling. There was no elevator and no direct access the the lobby or cafeteria without going outside. Breakfast was not ready when they said it would be, but it was decent enough. Lastly, when my business trip was cut short they wouldn't refund anything and charged me for the entire week even though we only stayed one day.

Didn't have high expectations about this hotel because it was one of the cheaper ones in the area. We were pleasantly surprised though. The staff were very friendly, the pool area was excellent for the kids, the beds were great and breakfast was offered. Only downsides - MASSIVE spider on the curtain in our room made me not be able to sleep very well and the pillows were super small.

The TV only received about half of the stations available. There were no local channels available. When I asked the front desk, one person basically said what you see is what you get. Another said the satellite was down. The hotel was dated and in need of repair. I would not stay there again.

Room was awful! Both of us woke up with headaches each day due to mildew and old smoke smell. Bathroom counter was cracked! Wallpaper was pealing in numerous areas. Damp carpet, rusty lamps and dead bolt did not work!

The staff was excellent, the location was easy, the sheets were clean, but the hotel itself is just run down. We had a patio but the screen door was off track and fell off the second you touched it. Due to smokers in sorrounding rooms we could never open the door or enjoy the patio. The whole room reeked of cleaning/air freshener. I am not sure if it was to cover up the smell of cigarette smoke (it was supposed to be a non-smoking room) or honestly the smell of either meth or heroin smoke, but it was abrasive. We left our room at 4 am and found a diner open at 6 am because the smell was just too much.
Due to other guests we never utilized the pool, the very public drug use happening there plus my 82 yr old mother did not line up.
The feel was not worth a nominal savings over more upgraded spaces.

Dated, light over sink did not work, freezer section of mini frig needs defrosting! Henry did everything he could to assist but it’s all old stuff.

Definitely an old property with upgrades ductaped over old issues, room outlets dangerously located behind beds powering night stand lights, breakfast was good, cracked marble counter in bathroom clearly falling off the wall with very questionable support underneath. Someone serviced the hvac and must not have been able to get it fully back together properly.

This "Quality" Inn is badly in need of repairs everywhere and it is way too expensive. There is some construction pending (e.g., the changing areas in the pool contain building materials and are unusable) but it takes a thorough effort rather than a casual fix.
Our $250 per night room (before Labor Day) contained two queen beds, one(!) chair and a desk, a small closet, a refrigerator, and four coat hangers. The desk provided shampoo upon our request. There was no housekeeping after our first night but we got some fresh towels when we asked. The shower curtain was too short, i.e., the shower dripped into the bathroom. The bathroom fan groaned rather than worked. At least breakfast was ok.

the property is in a great location, convenient to where I needed to be. Bed was very comfortable. The staff was pleasant and helpful. However, this property is quite outdated, room had a musty smell, peeling paint. Pool area has carpeting.

Nice, big pool. Great breakfast, free. Property a little on the old side. Carpets were crummy and had an old smell. Hotel did have signs up saying that they were going to do renovations.

Quick and nice

The pool and hot tub area was clean and up to date. However our room had several ladybugs and spiders around the room. We even saw coffee stains on the wall and on the side of the mattress cover. The bathroom was nice and clean but the door wouldn't shut all the way.

Perfect hotel, I recommend it, I will definitely be back

Our room had a distinct smell and the slider to the deck was open when we checked in so I think they know it. The bed was clean and comfortable, the shower was great in term so water pressure and the bathroom was sizeable. Hownever, the room was odd in smell and The carpet seemed kind of overworked - it has been cleaned but it felt like it had seen a lot of dirt and seemed to hold bad odor. The bathroom vanity had been cracked and repaired but still felt ‘broken’. This felt like a room that has been abused in the past and things that needed to be replaced (rug, vanity) were cleaned or repairs instead.

The room overall was clean. The bathroom, however, was such that none of us wanted to use the shower. We had a second floor room, but would have appreciated being advised that there is no elevator. The staff at check in and check out were very friendly and professional.
3.0 / 5.0
Rooms were decent and clean, for the most part. The biggest problem we had was that there was only towels in the bathroom for one person and there were three of us in our party. A room with two beds sleeps 4 people. Why is it so difficult to put 4 sets of towels in the room? Also, when we arrived, there was toilet paper in the toilet. Made us wonder if they actually bothered to clean the toilet after the last guest left, and what else in the room wasn't cleaned. To the hotel's credit, the clerk was at our door in under a minute with towels and washcloths after we called to complain.

Good location and only 13-15min drive from downtown Burlington. Grocery stores and restaurants are only a couple min drive away and convenient. But Whole facility needs some updates; everything is outdated and needs to clean better (some dog / cat hair was on the office chair; a trash was left in the bathroom when got to the room, carpets are pretty muggy). Also I did online check-in process but I had to go through exact same process when I got to the front desk; not sure why I had to do it online…

Pretty minimal. Rooms were dingy and lots of noise from all around. Overall poor condition. Especially poor for the relatively high price.

Mold on the wall,smell pee.

Comfy beds nice room but, humidity smell
3.0 / 5.0
This property is old and hasn’t been up dated in any way it looks since it was built. It is solid enough and was well built as the roofs are well insulated for sound. They keep the property and rooms clean and are starting a noisy upgrade to the sidewalks, a good place to start. But everything else is out dated, but clean. Expensive given the current condition but it is a convenient location and the rooms are clean. And it is summer in Burlington a time and place where every place to stay is expensive.

Staff was friendly, room was clean.
