Stayed with a friend because the trains were disrupted, Ideal location if your looking for an out of London location, that isn’t expensive. Nice place, friendly staff ticks all the boxs.

Great location. Otherwise awful. Very tired looking building inside and out. Many features in room damaged - bathroom door handle, lights, walls in desperate need of decorating, cobwebs - 2 large black spiders found in room, kettle needs replacing as disgusting inside. Will not be staying again.

Low stars for a very basic stay in a tired motel. The staff were few and worked very hard. It felt like a bit of a throw back and I enjoyed my stay, though it is not the most interesting area to stay in (on the ring road).

Conveniently situated hotel near M11. Friendly reception staff and had a nice quiet room overlooking courtyard. Good choice of food at breakfast, room fairly basic but clean. Enjoyed my 1 night stay and would book again.

A little disappointing for. IHG group hotel, for some strange reason I had a dog bed in my room, there was a bus tour at the hotel so restaurant was too full in the evening so had to dine in bar, bar meals basic but ok. Due to bus tour also breakfast was busy and there was a lack of tables. If the bus tour had a set time for breakfast would have been good to have been informed to avoid. Good location for Harlow but would choise to stay else where if budget allows.

Great value place to stay. Easy access from M11. Reception staff welcoming. Plenty of parking. Classic Twin Room clean with just what you need. Bed fairly comfortable. Quiet. Happy days.

We should have done a better research on the hotel area. The room was fine, clean and had everything you would require. However was surprised to be charged for parking, also didn't feel that the car was in a particularly safe area. Please be aware that there was no lift at the property, we had to take our bags up several flights of stairs. Breakfast was OK, we had this included in our rate (although the receptionist tried to get us to pay for breakfast again!). To be fair, for the money we paid our stay was acceptable.

Executive standard rooms at economy prices, its in my top 5 for business trips to the area. The only downside is the pool, and spa are permanently closed following Covid 19 and the high energy prices but apart from that its still pretty perfect 8.5/10

Restaurant closed as had coach party but no notice given told to order at bar but only 1 guy serving at the time of the England match and told food could take about an hour reception staff arranged for me to join the coach party so I could take my medication with a meal .could have been better organised

Your failure in not letting the hotel no about my booking so arrived to "sorry we dont have a room" went down like a lead ballon and your failure to help either showed lack of respect for your customers if it had not been for the amazing receptionist donna for making sure we had a room and then going to lengths to find us a room after it was fully booked from saturday we would have had no where to stay so hotel.com should be shamed not even any kind of reinbursment
