We first checked in and when we got to our room first thing was the doors, they are super heavy to open and hold. We did encounter some bugs in the restroom when we first went in on the toilet and on the floor next to the carpet and a spider next to the air conditioning that we did squash. We asked to move rooms and they did to the 6th floor and it was cleaner. We checked in on Thursday and throughout our entire stay, we didn’t get any housekeeping in our room. We never got any new towels, new bedsheets, and when we did ask at night on Saturday for towels, front desk man told us he didn’t have any towels to give us. We usually don’t have any issues with any Hilton hotels but this one was just a lot.. I wouldn’t stay here again.

the room was very welcoming, and the bathroom is a huge space, clean and comfy bed. we stay for a concert and saw many fans did as well. the AC cooling was a bit weak, luckily it is right above the bed (we visit in summer)

Was great option. close the the airport and stores I wuld definetly come back

The room was great, comfy bed and sofa bed. Clean shower and toilet. Spacious room. My issue was that coming back from the festival at 3am all I wanna do is sleep, and our door jammed and wouldn’t open. We finally got in after a half hour after my friend shoulder tackled the door to get it open and we had to do the same thing the 2nd night. Also, we couldn’t check in cause the rooms weren’t ready at 4pm when check in time is after 3pm so we couldn’t change for the festival and had to leave our luggage in the lobby. I get things happen out of the hotel staff’s control and I get it, I used to work front desk for 13 years, but it was disappointing to not be offered some kind of accommodation for our troubles.
Besides that, room was great and we slept great. The breakfast was really good! And it was handy to have a snack shelf and fridge with microwave meals and ice cream. $100 deposit was very reasonable. Location to the venue we attended was close enough that an Uber ride was $15. Overall, a good experience that wasn’t perfect because of the check in and door jamming.

It was a great place to stay! Clean and spacious. Definitely recommend.

Only downside is the atrocious parking situation and its also a little loud due to the 405/airport but its to be expected

We had to change rooms unexpectedly at 1am after coming home from a festival, I understand that the plumbing was out of the hotels control but there was no heads up given and the person at the front offered no discount or remorse. We would’ve not be told to move unless we called the front because our shower wasn’t fixed. The next night when returning there was no parking even though we paid 20$/night for parking and the front desk simply said to look on the street and that he would refund us but he didn’t take down any information about who we were so in the morning we had to ask for a refund. Both rooms we were in honestly seemed like someone did the bare minimum to clean them there was hair in the bathroom and specks of things on the floor. Will not be staying in a Hampton ever again.

Overall, I would say this was an ok location. Check and staff was nice and helpful. The elevators seemed a bit clunky. The hallways were warm and had a hotel smell to them. The rooms however, made up for the hallways, our only issue with the rooms where a small gnat infestation. We spoke to the front desk and they had somebody come look at our room. They said that they might be able to move us to another room but that they didn’t want to spray while we were staying in the room, but unfortunately nobody ever got back to us about switching rooms, so we just dealt with the little critters luckily, they were only in the bathroom and not in the rest of the room. There is a parking fee of $20 a day and the hotel does allow dogs for an additional fee.

I booked 1 night with 4 other families as we were on a road trip. We all booked 2 queen bedrooms because we all have children, but we were told upon arrival that they didn’t have rooms to accommodate that selection. We were offered king beds rooms with a pull out couch but were not given sheets or anything for it. Two of the rooms we were given had dust over EVERYTHING. How can this occur but the room can be non-refundable? They were given new bedrooms. When we woke up the next morning expecting breakfast as advertised we noticed a sign that was not there the night before which said breakfast wouldn’t be served that day. This was a bummer for us because we still had an 18 hour drive from our destination. The was definitely the worst HILTON experience I’ve ever encountered. 2/5 stars from me.

I stayed at this hotel for 4 days and the shower head did not work even though maintenance claim to have come to the room to fix it. Also there was fruit flys by the breakfast area, the kinda saving grace is that the man and women in the front desk were friendly. 0/10

The staff was very kind and helpful however the hotel itself had so many issues. We had to change rooms because our thermostat wasn’t working, the fan in the bathroom was broken so it was unbearable in the room after one person showered and if that wasn’t bad enough my mom almost cut her hand on the broken bathroom mirror. The staff was very helpful and moved us to another room however the bathroom fan was also not working and our bathroom door handle fell off several times along with the flooring being severely warped so it would crackle when we walked in it. The staff was so awesome and the breakfast was great but the condition is of the hotel was really unfortunate.

We reserved a room with 2 queen beds weeks ago. Not only were we unable to check in when we arrived and waited at the hotel until 5pm, when we came back we were told there were no more rooms available with 2 queen beds. We had to have an extra bed rolled in which was extremely uncomfortable. We also paid extra for the room with 2 queen beds instead of one king bed, and still were not given the room we reserved. Beyond disappointed and will not be back to a Hampton Inn hotel after this experience.

Room was fine. Some spots of stuff stuck to the floors. Shower curtain had 2 spots of blood. Some towels had spots too. I have seen better Hamptons.
3.7
Everything was good, except that we were staying at room 109 and there is a door that goes into the hallways where all the rooms are.. and everytime someone opens that door it would make a loud noise that would wake us up.. we couldn't sleep at all that night, i tried calling front desk to ask if they could prop the door open and leave it open but nobody answered.. i went out there myself and propt it open, but someone closed it again and continue making that loud noise.

We had a very comfortable one-night stay at this Hampton Inn . Though the exterior is dated, the interior was recently refurbished, and all guest areas of the facility were inviting, fresh & modernized. The beds were very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast had many choices & was attractive, neat & clean. The front office manager, Luis, and his assistant were very helpful and hospitable to us on a night that the hotel was sold out.

Seemed under construction, messy and unclean

The blankets are dirty with stains. On the second day, the housekeeping personnel showed up. I noticed when we went back to the room, there was a hair in the toilet—not just one, but about six hairs that weren't there when we left the room for housekeeping. Additionally, there are a lot of people smoking weed outside in the designated area, but the designated area is right next to the entrance. I think the designated area for smoking needs to be away from the main entrance. The kitchen for breakfast was too small, and to be honest, I decided not to take advantage of the continental breakfast as it was too crowded every day. Due to all these issues, I decided to leave on Saturday instead of Sunday, my original check-out day. Hopefully, I can get reimbursed for the day I left early due to these matters.
One more thing, why does the Hotels.com website say that it is roughly 9 miles to the convention center when the actual distance is 16 miles? You need to update that information, otherwise, people will think that the hotel is much closer than it actually is. I chose this hotel because of the supposed 9 miles, as I have to travel to the convention center every day.

Was overall good but did have to wait for checkbook since the room was not ready

Very friendly staff..from the moment we walked in. We had stayed here due to a concert and my friends and I were excited about and the staff was very friendly and understood the excitement we had.
3.7
Stay was good till the next day when there was construction going on. Almost sounded like right next door. I was not told anything about that.
3.7
It was a nice hotel. Looks like it’s under remodel. The elevator is very slow. Breakfast was good, beds are comfortable. Parking is not great for bigger cars.
3.7
Very kind employees. Beds are comfortable!

It was conveniently located for sofi stadium. Check in and check out was easy. However I don't recall When I booked the room There's a charge for parking And other charges. So the room was another seventy five dollars. It is definitely near the airport so If you?
Want quiet this might not be a good fit. The breakfast was better than others I have had.
3.7
They charge 20 dollars a night for parking, but don’t have enough parking for every guest.
3.7
Thank you for the friendly service and clean atmosphere!
Double check your snack check-out station - wasn't able to scan some ice cream
3.7
Room was dirty upon arrival and new furnishings had rust or burn marks on them. Overall quite stay, nice staff, and comfortable bed. Staff was willing to change room but we had already cleaned the dirty areas and made ourselves comfortable.
3.7
I’m not sure if I missed this but I had to pay for parking on the property, however it was free to park on the street (of course) but the area didn’t seem safe for my property in the car. Also it would’ve been inconvenient. Moreover, they didn’t clean my room the first day. The front desk advised that I needed to request it; so after requesting it, they cleaned the room and made one bed but not the second bed which was disappointing. Lastly I was impressed that the breakfast was a full breakfast and not a Continental.

Love the place

The staff were super friendly and the room was great for a quick one night stay before leaving for vacation from LAX.
3.7
The guy that checked us in was great, friendly, helpful and answered any questions. We enjoyed the free buffet breakfast. Close to freeway. Easy access. Beds were comfortable and rooms were clean.
3.7
I was given a key to a room that was already occupied by another couple. They weren't in the room, but it was clear they were still occupants by the clothing, luggage, toiletries etc present.
I went back down to the lobby to tell the front desk that they gave me a key to someone else's room. In response, the worker laughed and told me the last time this happened, a guest walked into a room where two men were having sex. He then issued me a new key.
It was an outrageous exchange and concerning to hear that it apparently happens often. I feel bad for the people whose room I entered; I should've left them a note to let them know the lobby gave a random person a key to their room.
3.7
Great room at a reasonable price, extremely close to the airport.
Only minor issue was our room was not stocked with bath or hand towels when we got there. However, the front desk clerk Luis was very apologetic and helpful and brought some up.
3.7
Room is clean but surface of toilet bowl is not so clean. We had to wipe it clean due to some stain left behind. Staff are not as welcoming. Breakfast is not refilled by staff eventhough it's still 20 mins before closing to our disappointment.
