The location is perfect for me to visit my sons. Their service is great and everyone is friendly. The water in the bathroom barely got lukewarm this visit and the pillows had a sour smell. I’ve stayed there multiple times and will stay again but for the price of their rooms, I want better quality.

We had to move rooms because the room we had smelled so bad. It's almost like the rooms don't have ventilation, even though they recently remodeled. The area isn't safe and they don't have security, we recently stayed at the Hilton and it's nicer and newer. I don't feel like the Radisson is that much nicer for the amount of money we spent.

We went to this hotel for its location it was good. But the bathroom was not handicapped assessable tub with 2 foot to get into tub. My brothers room had a walk-in shower not addicted assessable? Why is that?

Comfortable, but we have been traveling for 50 nights and have been spoiled by free parking, easy access. The Radisson feels cavernous upon arrival, and we drove around it several times to deal with one way streets before we could get into driveway. For folks used to smaller towns this was not fun.

I had to give a 3 star review because the cleaning agent used for the room gave me a headache. The staff were very accommodating and did let me switch rooms, but the second one still had that terrible odor, but it was less noticeable. The cleaning staff couldn’t smell it which I think is because they use it all day. Otherwise, the hotel location is excellent, and the staff really nice (hotel is lucky to have them). Restaurant was so-so, but I’m picky. Soup was way too salty. There is a fancy nice restaurant down the street, but it was closed the night we stayed. I have eaten there before and enjoyed it.

They were in the middle of construction which caused a few minor issues but that is outside of their control. The location is beautiful and near a lot of good dining and night life. This would be my go to place to stay in downtown Kalamazoo.

We loved this hotel. Everything was perfect. Ease of check-in, parking, the room décor, a noon check out time, the restaurants, amazing friendly helpful staff and the location. The onsite restaurants were delicious. Brick and Brine- 5 star and also the breakfast buffet -5 star. It is also in the heart of everything- boutiques, craft breweries, restaurants etc..... all in a safe walking distance. We will be back. Thank you!

We only stayed overnight as the hotel was convenient to where the Kalamazoo College graduation was being held. Hotel was clean and comfortable. My only issue was due to a late flight we didn’t arrive at the hotel until after 2am. As we were trying to enter into the front door it was locked, but there were numerous people standing over to the side near the front entrance. The people never said anything until we approached them about the doors being locked. We then found out that they were the front desk staff standing outside just watching us. I thought that was very unprofessional.

Our little family of 3 stayed here, including a 1 year old. Got in around 10pm. Parked across the street and took an elevator to the skyway, which was really nice and convenient. We checked in with the front desk. The person checking us in seemed tired or just “not in the mood” or something but wasn’t rude and got us checked in and explained parking and check out. We only stayed one night but liked that we read that the elevator only allowed guests to use so it made us feel safer as we were not familiar with the city. Our room was clean and cozy. We showered and went to bed. The only noise we really heard were thundering from the storm and police sirens in the early morning. Good stay.

The building is perfect for a conference. Parking in the garage directly across the street. The staff were very professional and friendly. I had an issue with part of the bill and they fixed it. They listened. Very meaningful! The gym, pool, sauna, and jacuzzi were all awesome! The elevators made me feel more safe. You can't get to a floor without tapping your card on a sensor inside the elevator and then pressing your floor number. Super cool!! Only odd thing is housekeeping comes every other day instead of every day. Which is fine. But then our housekeeper didn't come at all till we called front desk. Once we called she came right up. But still, shouldn't have to call.

we got a king suite with the kitchen, very nice room & shower was incredible. loved that we could get drinks right in the hotel and just go back up to our room. bed is on the former side. i wish the pool/hot tub was open longer, we didn’t get to use either because of the time we got there.

This is our go to hotel when we visit our daughter at WMU. Super close to neat stores, restaurants and has a big Starbucks inside with 2 bar/restaurants. We can easily take an Uber to events instead of trying to park on campus. Comfy beds too!
