The purpose of my travel to EVEN hotel was to get away from NY. I spent 3 night and 3½ . I needed quiet alone time for myself. My room was amazing, room was clean, bed very comfy and I thought bathroom was clean and beautiful. Here are the not so good things: no dresser draw to put my clothes. Yes I was able to hang some but there are others things that needed to go in a draw. Sometimes other guest would slam the doors at night. One morning, I went to get breakfast, I waited 10-15 minutes at the window to give my order, and no one came, so I left and went back to my room. Unfortunately, there is no room service. In conclusion, I did have a great "me" time and loved my room. Staff are soooo nice. Thank you for your time.

Me and my girlfriend arrived on a friday night at 11pm with a reservation, the parking lot was full so we needed to park in a unassociated lot nearby. once we got inside, the concierge was all by herself and the lobby was busy. she needed to walk every guest to their room since they ran out of keycards. check-in took about 20 mins, and we waited about 20 more minute outside our room. she finally made it to our room and let us in. It was not her fault, but it was not very enjoyable when we got in late and were pretty tired. the beds were clean, bathrooms were clean, and a comfy room overall.

LOUD! The rooms are great. The amenities are awesome. Sadly, you can hear everything in the hallways. Doors, conversations, EVERYTHING. They need to seal the doors and figure out a solution to the hallway noises. If they do…I would be a big fan!

We were annoyed there was no restaurant or bar on the weekends as that was a major reason we decided in this hotel and this information is not mentioned in the listing. We weren’t able to check in when we arrived because the room wasn’t cleaned/available yet, and we arrived past check in. The sliding smoky glass bathroom door wouldn’t close and in general I think bathroom doors should just be doors and there should be privacy. That it stayed halfway open was very annoying. Otherwise the hotel was extremely clean and modern, convenient to our plans, and the bed was comfy.

No room keys, shower curtain fell on me mid shower because it wasnt installed properly, and when it rained the ceiling started leaking

Nice property but we were out of toilet paper, no sheets or pillows for pullout sofa, pos where you buy food wasn’t working. Seemed to be only one person on the property and he did a good job taking care of issues. Just could be managed a bit better.

Very nice hotel. Clean, love the modern concept. Will definitely stay again when we are back in Connecticut.

This was such an unpleasant experience due to the two employees working in the lobby. The check in was fine. Then I wanted to buy a snack and I asked the people at the front desk if I should pay them and they said to pay at the computer. I asked twice to point it out and they kept pointing and I did not see it. So I asked if one of them (neither was busy and both were on their phones) could just show me and the man walked over to show me —and he made sure I knew he was bothered by my request. I thanked him. No eye contact. Then when my card wasn’t read by the machine numerous times I asked for help again. Both of them were again on their phones. They didn’t hear me so I asked again. Once more my ask for help was met with passive aggressive body language so I said that it’s their job to help guests rather than staring at their phones. I had to then go to my car and when I walked back in one of the desk employees was walking out and called me a b——-. I responded by saying that’s really nice. I felt terrible. I told my husband and he was very upset (as was I) and in lieu of his saying something he insisted that I write this review and contact the manager. I’ve never been called that to my face before and it was so upsetting.

Everything was very clean and updated. It made us stay feel very welcoming. Would definitely come back.

Fine for an individual traveler, but the bizarre bathroom doors, which don't fully close and are translucent, make it a poor choice for families. Unless they are VERY comfortable sharing each other's hygiene experience.

Thanks for an easy stay. Had to book last minute for work and it was a nice respite.

Stayed only 1 night. Clean. Quiet. The only issue was due to the global IT outage, their system was down. The door key cards were not working. The staff had to physically key in entry to our hotel room. Inconvenient as the staff had to go with us to open our room. We tried to minimize in and out of the room.

There were not any drawers for storage. Did not feel very welcomed by staff but more of a nonchalant attitude.

Small rooms, feels like dorm rooms. Better hotels elsewhere.

I loved having a green space. I loved that it didn’t smell like toxic cleaners

Overall reasonable hotel. Easy access from highway 15, fast check in, in room workout equipment, walking distance restaurants. 2 things to be aware of: 1) this is a pet friendly hotel, so you might experience a barking neighbor. 2) the bathroom door is frosted glass, so privacy is tricky if you're not staying with spouse/significant other.

Excellent staying— Staff very friendly. This place it’s enjoyable, and welcoming. We’ll definitely stay here again!

EVerything was right and there was even a free cappuccino machine in the lobby. The staff was rather uninterested and sullen. Other than that it was great.

Really clean rooms. Some of the general areas weren’t as neat. Also a great pet friendly hotel. Our room had really great room darkening curtains. Many restaurants, grocery stores and pharmacies close by.

Rude staff, canceled my reservation on the spot to accommodate a large group coming in, was left with no place to go late a night. Horrible experience!
