Housekeeping put sheets on our bed that had a big hole/tear in them. No way they did not see it. It would’ve been nice to have a couple of bottles of water in the room. Restaurant service very slow.

The bathtub drain was very slow or very clogged!! And the swimming pool/hot tub was full of little kids. I wish they had something more for an adult

We always have a wonderful time there. We were pretty disappointed that the indoor pool and hot tub were closed for renovation. That's one of the main reasons we stay there. We were disappointed no one told us that till we checked in.
Otherwise it is a beautiful, historic hotel right on the Trax line.

Front desk saw my husband and I in our wedding outfits and upgraded our room free of charge!

Great hotel one of the best. Very much like home.

It is a beautiful hotel with beautiful finishes. It is aging though. The carpet in the halls and stairs was kind of dirty, but probably just between cleanings. One of the sinks in our bathroom drained VERY slowly, which was kind of gross. The biggest issue for me was the pillows. They were the most uncomfortable hotel pillows I have ever used. The staff was amazing and it is very high end. It is an amazing place. It is very fancy.

The tv was difficult to turn on and get to the local channels. We didn’t stay long. Left at 6:00 am

We go to SLC once a year for a doctor's appointment and this is the best hotel we've stayed in!

Food and service at in-house restaurant underwhelming. Specifically asked for food to be cooked to a certain degree and was obviously raw at delivery to table. Server did not come back to check or ask regarding meal, just gave breakfast bill and left again.
Hot tubs are tepid at best. Asked if they could increase heat ( six people asked) we were all told ‘NO’ should not have hot tub listed as an amenity

Great stay. Stayed for our anniversary. We were given an upgrade and free parking. Room was more than spacious. Enjoyed our night stay.

I grew up going here and have stayed here many times with my family. Has been a great stay over the years but $18 to park my car on top of room price really bugs me.
4.5
Very nice hotel. Room was clean and comfortable. Only complaint was the $18 a night parking.

I can always count on a GREAT night sleep at the Little America. I feel at home in the spacious rooms, my children are excited to stay there, their pools are FABULOUS, breakfast is terrific and quick.
I will stay 30 minutes away from my ultimate destination (Salt Lake is easy to navigate) because I know the quality of rest I will have there.
Additionally, it is close to great dining, shopping, hospitals, regional sporting events (my main reason for travel) and universities.

This was our sixth time to Salt Lake City, but our first time staying at Little America Hotel. This was our favorite hotel so far, and we will be looking to stay here when we return again. All staff encounters were positive. The hotel room, interior, and property were all clean. The room was huge, and it had a large TV, refrigerator, and safe. Great location if you are looking for a downtown experience.

The drains in the bathroom were very slow. We reported this to the front desk and they took the parking fee off of our bill, which was really nice!
We were in a room that faced a busy street and the street noise was pretty bad on the Saturday night we stayed there, especially at 2 am?
The room was very spacious and the beds were comfortable.

Very clean, amenities opened early, ALL staff was polite and knowledgeable, great location!

Very well kept property. Public transport good and nearby (and regular). Helpful staff and good resources on site

Both my wife and I absolutely loved our stay at the Little America Hotel!
The hotel superceded our expectations. We loved the location as it gave us time to check out the area along Main Street and was conveniently located.

Wonderful! Thanks!

Room was really hot front desk offered a room changed and fan
4.5
Was perfect!! They gave us a complimentary upgrade

We were not impressed with the extra charges or the sub-par facilities. We could not change the temperature in our room. The water pressure was low. We were missing simple amenities that should come with a room.
4.5
Check-in desk was very accommodating! She helped update our reservation, from one night to two! We were able to move to a different room!
The bellhop gentleman helped move our luggage and got it to our new room before we arrived!
All around great job!

We really enjoy our stay and the city of Salt Lake City.

My stay was great like usual but my air conditioner didn’t work unless it was on high and it never really cooled down past 70
I told the girl at the front desk ☺️

1970s cheap hotel decor and a bit worn. TV was slow to respond and occasionally turned on by itself in the middle of the night. Toilet was loose and rocked back and forth when sat on. Tiny bathroom.
4.5
It was really nice clean room. The carpet was super duper comfy on my bare feet. The bed was soft and comfy too. The coffee maker was strange. I do wish a premium movie channel was offered. It would've been nice if there was a TV channel guide and city restaurant and attraction guide to review. The towels were soft and nice. I didnt notice there was a USB charging station offered until just before we left. That wouldve been nice too! Overall, completely nice stay.

Great 3 night experience. Beautiful hotel. Friendly service. Pool, restaurant and bar

A Spaceous room, luxurious interior and kind staffs!
4.5
Very comfortable rooms re thr recently refurbished rooms that we stayed in.

We stayed in room 7173 and it is a first floor room on the corner of two busy streets. It was a loud room. Motorcycles, music blasting in cars driving by etc. Hotel itself is very nice and the staff was great. Would have been a better experience in a different room.
4.5
Coffee cafe was great, hotel lobby was wonderful. The hotel itself was chappie. Our room was out dated in the bathroom and how you had to get to it.
4.5
Second time staying and it’s really nice. Although parking should be included with the stay not a separate charge.
4.5
We love Little America over all. Our room was clean, but the thermostat was broken, and the bed isn’t the best but good enough. Also they didn’t freshen up our rooms while we were out. We were at least needing fresh towels and clean cups. There was nothing that indicated that they didn’t do house cleaning. We love the pools and restaurants there.
4.5
Always enjoy Little America. Diner is so good for any meal. Nice outdoor sitting.

This is my 4th time at Little America, the area can be sketchy w sketchy people on bikes. Theres not much around the hotel and you’d have to drive to get to places or take the public transportation. The courtyard rooms smell moldy and I changed rooms twice - one due to dust, moldy smell, and mouse droppings on the bed, second due to moldy stench and large flies. The outside balcony and windows have never been cleaned. We left a shirt and it was covered in cobweb. The mold smell literally gave us a sore throat. I asked if the tower was better annd the manager nodded vigorously. Although the building looks old fashioned and a bit creepy in the hallways, it was a whole new experience. I will never stay courtside ever again and if I decide to come back, will only pick the tower rooms.

Great location and nice old world hotel. However for the money we pay we were put into one of the annexed motel style buildings. Not what I’d expected by a long stretch. A motel should t cost this kind of money. A little spiffed up compared to your lesser motels but certainly won’t do this again. Oh and quite a long walk to the main hotel building. Made the mistake of unloading 2-week trip luggage at hotel. Had to reload and drop off closer to motel annex. Not cool.

Hotel was excellent, staff couldn’t have been nicer and even gave us a complimentary upgrade. Rooms were very nice, clean and comfortable beds
4.5
The grounds were nice. The coffee shop food was excellent. Beautiful lobby. Comfortable bed. Good lighting in bathroom with lots of counter space. Nice place.
4.5
Stay was nice, there was an odd smell but not off putting. The noise from the street was terrible something I will ask about when staying again.
