Near Franklin Mountain for the hawk watch. Great breakfast, nice fireplace in the lobby. It was excellent.

Could do a better job keeping people from smoking weed on the property!

The staff was friendly and the rooms were nice. I was disappointed that the bar wasn’t open and that that they don’t have an elevator.

Nice comfortable room and breakfast! The Mountain View from our breakfast table was gorgeous!

Nice hotel, good breakfast and comfortable beds / room.

TV was broken, no resolution made by hotel staff even though maintenance confirmed it was broken. No room change or compensation given.... staff uncaring

No mention at checkin that the pool was nonoperational.

Room didn’t feel clean. Bathroom not the cleanest, and tub didn’t drain well. Weird layout, outdated, dingy.

Stood here Labor day wekeend while my son played at the All Ripken Experience in Cooperstown! Was good close affordable. No complaints. Staff was friendly, we were able to bring our pet. 10 min from the park. Recommended

It was beyond frustrating that our room keys would not work. Had to go to front desk 5 times to reset them. Our room was extremely far from front desk so this was a major inconvenience. Other guests were complaining about it as well.
Otherwise great stay and would go again only if room is close to front desk.

The staff was amazing. Room was clean and service was great.

The water pressure was low. Bathtub never drained even overnight! Could not use in the morning. I told front desk at checkout. No sympathy or compensation. No breakfast. Comfortable bed.

The property was good but the hotel was a bit dated everyone was super nice and helpful but for $252 for one night it would have been nice to have an updated room.

The property was really nice and convenient to restaurants and where we needed to go. I didnt like the price of the hotel.

Check-in was quick, the room was clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good and was refilled frequently, even near the end time of breakfast time.
My only complaint is that a function was going on and the music was ridiculously loud. We had a sound machine that we brought and the volume was up quite high and we could still hear the music after 11:00 pm.

The hotel was very expensive $536 for 1 nite. Normally this type of hotel costs $200 a nite. No elevator. The worse part was someone either smoked weed in our room before we were given room or people were smoking weed in adjoining rooms it was disgusting both my daughters were crying because it was so bad. I will never stay there again. The nite before we stayed in Albany NY at the Rennasaince Hotel it was half the price and was a 5 star hotel it was perfect. Bottom line is the Quality Inn lacks Quality.

Nice, comfortable hotel. Could use some updating and touch-ups. It can be a bit loud if your room is near the pool during the summer

OK, economy Hotel however, the keys never worked in the doors which was very annoying

did not know it was a pet friendly hotel. dog barking next door was terrible. will not stay at a pet friendly place again.

Staff was kind, room was decent. Overpriced for what you get. They inflate prices because you’re close to Cooperstown. I would never pay this much for this particular room unless it was a necessity, which in this case it was. Had to request new sheets because there were stains on original ones. Parts of room that hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. Average accommodations.

$300 after taxes for a damp, small room. Staff was good but I’m disgusted that we paid that for a pathetic little room. No pack and plays for toddlers made for a rough night in our damp, pricey room.

The hotel room was comfortable but there was no elevator to the second floor. We had to drag our 50 pound suitcases up the stairs. The room was not as clean as other hotels we stayed in. The floor was dirty.

Good place

The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was decent and about what you’d expect for a free continental breakfast. For $200 for a night I think I had slightly higher expectations of the room and facilities. The stairway the led to our room like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time and had old carpet that looked like it was coming up in places. The room itself was clean but dated.

Pool was very well maintained, landscape was beautifully kept, nice quiet location. We enjoyed our stay. Felt like a little oasis.

Clean, quiet and pleasant stay.

The property is dated, no elevator for the second floor. The hallways smells like moth balls. Other than that its ok for a place to stay.

Area around hotel looked run down.

Without hesitation the front desk attendant asked me if I would like to switch to a ground floor room because he OBSERVED me and my cart with bags moving slowly. I did not have to ask or complain… I was asked…so in a second we exchanged keys and went from 205 to 109. That is an employee who cares about your stay!! Thank you!

The AC unit did not work adequately. It would turn off on its own. The room would get hot my husband tried to adjust again and it would go on and turn off again. In addition, there was a bug that appeared on my husbands leg while lying down. When we shared our dislikes with the front desk they were very uninterested. She stated oh its just a spider as if having spiders in bed was natural. She never even apologized for the inconveniences we inquired during our stay.

Not very clean. We won’t stay here again. At the time of our stay, there were several high school sports teams staying at the hotel. It made it impossible to get breakfast and many food items ran out. Not the hotels fault.
