NO hot water to shower in the morning. Not impressed at all
3.0 / 10.0
There was no hot water. Already cold outside and then have to take a freezing shower. The beds were a full size and sleeping on wood. Front desk guy was nice. Cheap for the price but I wouldn’t stay again unless there is hot water. I like my hot showers.

This was a motel. The bed was so hard I had to ask for extra pillows to sleep on. There was no hot water and the blow dryer didn’t work. I went to the front to ask for a new one and the back doors were chained shut. The staff were friendly but didn’t feel safe. I won’t stay here again.

A little shabby lobby. And could be a lot better cleaning. The water in the shower was really cold. Good price, but I will try something else next time.

close to airport and rental car office. Ideal for one person or a couple who don't want to spend too much on some basic needs on lodging.

Pictures definitely made it seem nicer than it was, felt unsafe and uncomfortable.

Staff was rude to me although I called ahead to let them know I’d arrive late for check in they wanted me to check out immediately at 11 am even though it was their computer issue, I also let them know I confirmed with the receptionist at check in that I was checking out on the day I payed through. This was their own issue, need to train their staff better

Lulu at the front desk when I checked in around 11pm was a sweetheart. Other than that the room was very creepy. Very very nosy. Not even a toilet paper holder in the bathroom. The outside of the hotel looked abandoned at night. And there was absolutely no employees in the building when checking out im the morning.

If it wasn’t for the buffet, I’d rate this place a 1/5 stars, room was filthy, dirty, and nasty

You get what you pay for--$60/night in the SF area is CHEAP. The place looks dismal from the outside, but the room was very clean and decently appointed. Staff kind. Hot water....well, the water was warm enough to shower, but wouldn't pull flavor from a teabag. Cable TV limited. The courtyard was parched--nothing like the Internet photo--but who needs a courtyard when you're in town to visit your 91-year-old mother. Would I stay there again, Yes, for the price.

They didn't even have anyone at the front desk to check me in. I never got a room even though I paid for trip protection. I had to go to another hotel. People were locked out of their rooms because their keys didn't open the door after they had property in their rooms.

The hotel room and lobby was totally different with the pics.

Cheap, clean, quiet.

The rooms were not clean (sucker stick on ground, blue toothpaste on white wall) Daughter walked in white socks on carpet and they were black within 10minutes. Photos online look nothing like the rooms.

Witnessed a guest secretly handing someone a bag as if they are doing something a trade in . Did not felt comfortable when I walk around the premises and looked weird from the inside and no employees whatsoever and smells like damp air in the hallway . Had to cancel right away coz it doesn’t feel right .

Just a basic hotel, no microwave no Mini refrigerator in the room. Only 1 of the 4 ice machines work. The place is up for sale so a lot of rooms are unoccupied or need work done to them. Three sections of the hotel are already closed Building 4,5;6
The maids could do a little better job cleaning the rooms.
Although it’s a cheap place to stay So consider that if you don’t have Extra cash

Convenient location for an inexpensive overnight stay after a baseball game. Got in late and was tired, kind of like this property. Not going to win any awards, but the price was right.

Heat didnt work, and wasnt at all like pictures. However, the staff was super friendly
6.0 / 10.0
The carpet didn't look clean and the bathrooms are old and in need of upgrades. The property is a motel next to a buffet restaurant, so the area outside always smells like fish. This place is passable if you plan to stay for only one night.

The pictures are very deceiving. The “deluxe beds” were barely bigger than a twin and the spring loaded mattress was awful. Pillows were like throw pillows. I hate writing bad reviews but this was very lacking. Shower didn’t drain and shower curtain had mold on it. It was pretty run down for the price.

First off we got to the front desk and of course nobody was there but a sign saying to call this random number. So I called and the lady said she wouldn't be back for 10 minutes… We finally get help 15 minutes later…. Then on our way to our room there was clearly a sewage leak with toilet paper and feces on the floor conveniently right by the ice machine. We get to the room and it had a weird smell like mold! Also the beds in the room we got were absolutely TERRIBLE! My back still hurts staying here! Whatever you do avoid getting room 160! Not to mention no channels for kids. My favorite part was getting woken up by carts rolling around at 7am. And mind u check out is at 11 and we got harassed at 10:40 to leave the room…

The Picture of the nice lobby is correct. the rest of the hotel is not consistent with the lobby or picture. It has not been updated in decades and it shows. It was not expensive for a reason. Other hotels in area are $10 more but better conditions to the room and area.

Old showers and dirty towels. The blankets had holes.
