The service, staff along with the location of the hotel is just perfect. On top of that, complimentary breakfast was a BONUS! It’s a short walk to Denny’s, bus stop & Toy Story parking for free shuttle to the parks! They also have this cute little pool to cool off at after a long day! Love it!

I had a good stay but the room cleaning I had a problem with.. I ha d a 5 night stay My bead sheets were not changed. The 2nd night I requested that the sheet to be changed instead I was given sheets to change them my self. This is not good service.

The place is decent for a short stay. Its old and need to be updated. The AC didnt work very well. One of the dink faucets broke so that just says how old it is. Tv in the spare room wouldnt work either. Also the spare room only had a hanging wall AC unit which was not strong enough to cool off the room. Overall the room is decent, idk if i would go back or recommend but it was what it was

The only thing I didn't like about the property is there parking there is not enough parking spaces for everyone and u have to have ur car valet Parked blocking in others and needed to ask the valet person to move cars just to leave other than that everything was perfect

The suite we stayed in was PERFECT for our family. The breakfast selections were great, very well stocked, and the area kept clean (amazing for the number of people in there each morning). The hotel is walking distance to Disney parks if you are in shape and/or super determined. It is also an easy drive to the Disney lots (so that you can grab drive thru on the way back to the room). Staff was helpful and friendly. The only thing I didn't like was the parking was tight (but that is to be expected for the area). They were doing renovations while we were there, so about 1/3 of the rooms should be shiny and new pretty soon. Ours was not brand new, but was in good condition, clean, and fit our family of 7 wonderfully.

I liked the quietness. The breakfast and their staff there are so nice and helpful. Our room was great. The seperate room/door made it convenient to keep us apart from our teens. It was close to many things. Loved it. Will stay again.

On our initial check in the receptionist was easy and the service was quick and efficient. After receiving our key we got our belongings and headed to the room. As we opened the door we noticed a stench coming from the restroom area. We walked into the room and there was a smell of sewage coming from the two sinks in the restroom. The drains were closed and as I pressed the drain lever down to open the sink drain, the smell got worse and spread throughout the room. I immediately closed the both drains back up and we had to open the door to the room to try and air out the smell. Afterwards I went back to the front desk and the receptionist apologized for the condition of the room and she changed our room for us. She was very understanding and was unaware of the issue in the room. After our room change we were able to sleep comfortably without the smell of sewage coming from the sink. The new room was clean and we enjoyed our stay afterwards. The night receptionist at this location was so nice and accommodating.

The property, although currently being renovated, was nice and as clean as it could be. Jerry checked my family in and was super heplful when I needed my keys taken care of. The breakfast was a full hot breakfast and delicious. My only complaint would be that the pillows were to soft.

This property was close to Disney and offered continental breakfast. Otherwise, the hot tub and pool were dirty, the room was clean but smelled old and musty. The pillows were the size of throw pillows and lumpy. The lobby is under renovation and is set up in a room that appears very thrown together. For the cost per night, I did not expect a “motel style” stay. The key cards almost never worked and we had to get them re issued every day which is a pain late at night with tired kids. The location was nice, being so close to Disney, however I’m not sure that alone is enough to bring me back to this “ motel.”

This hotel is currently under renovation so the lobby is set up temporarily in a small room and construction starts at 7:30 a.m. Hopefully you get up early and go to the parks because you will be awakened by the lovely sound of hammering as your alarm. Maybe ask for a room on the other side of the property to avoid this. Other than that, it was fine for one night, nothing fancy. Breakfast was very basic. They did not warn us about the construction either. I think the room was overpriced for was offered.
