Shower was dirty. There were horrible felt like a spring cot and they were roaches no fridge no microwave.

The place was clean but had people hanging outside. The pillows was awful.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The tub drained slowly. Water up to my ankles.

This hotel wasn't perfect. Therw was so.e normal wear, but for the price, it was very comfortable and good.

Solid, safe-seeming place for the money. However, signs that laundry is not getting done or done well.

Will never stay here again, asked to have pur room cleaned and it was'nt do e for days asked until I went back to the front desk. I was told we were only aloted 2 towels per room and I had to beg for 2 extras since they were small. I told them I wouldn't even think of steeling them! They acted so high and mighty but let people roll joints on the outside walkway to the rooms! Do not waste your money stayi g here.

When we arrived and pulled back our blankets, there was blood on the sheets. I immediately removed sheets and blood was on mattress cover. I knew if I went downstairs they would just blame me so I just dealt with it. Gross. Had to trade towels to get towels every single day we wanted to shower. Never received room service on the 4 days we were there. Again.... Gross. But, close to a Target and Denny's and easily picked up by Lyft and Uber.

The worst hotel in the USA, or rather the world, dirty, ugly, with animals and insects, this hotel is terrible.

I requested a first floor room and got a third floor room because the employee said there were no 1st floor room. I booked a non-smoke room, And the room we got smelled like fresh strong cigarettes. We went back to change the room and surprisingly got a room on the first floor! It mildly still smelled like cigarettes. I then asked for more towls and was told there are not any till 10 the next morning. With a family of 5 this made things difficult with only 2 small towels.

It is a dirty and neglected hotel that already smells strongly of cigarettes, only because of the need to get some sleep was we able to bear it, you can no longer walk barefoot on the carpet, you can feel the dirt on your feet.

It would be nice if they would update the size of the bathrooms and the condition of the ventilation . The fan in the bathroom was very noisy. Other than that it was a nice stay as usual.

The room smelled back bad, refrigerator was leaking water on the floor, the ac was broken when I got there so I could not change the settings.The shower did not work well( the shower did not change to hot well, and it did not drain( it was up to my ankles and would not go down.

Property was like section 8 housing. People on walkways in their underwear, garbage sitting outside people’s doors, bathtub not draining properly, funky smelling plug in, very dark

It’s a cheap place to stay in the nicer suburbs. What else do you want? No bugs in our room and a comfortable bed. My issue is we were charged extra for a room we were upgraded to without our knowledge. Would’ve booked differently if I knew it would be so much more money per night. Overnight guy is awesome. They should hire someone else for the daytime though.

The rooms are clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff is friendly and very helpful. I’ve stayed here several times and when I am in the area, I will stay again. The rooms need minor work, but that’s not a big deal

Bathtub was stop up and the bed was not comfortable and I went to the front desk at 3am to get some toilet paper I was told they didn’t have none and come back in the morning I never heard of a hotel that don’t have toilet paper won’t be staying there again

Dirty tub and towel, poor maintenance of room, trash not taken out, beds not remade.

The room was very unclean. There were many cockroaches and spiders in the room. The towels were unclean and when asked for new ones, they refused to give it wuthout turning in older ones (this can be given later on as well). The carpet was beyond dirty and there was trash under the beds. Even though its pet friendly, the grass area where dogs can do their business was filled with unattended dog poop.

Room was dirty not swept. The pillow covers still stained with make up, toe nails on bathroom floor, towels stained and no security deposit double than what it said online.

Staff was really welcoming and cleanliness of the bathroom, it is really a quiet place with lots of shopping stores grocery store and restaurants around.

The bedding on the beds had stains on it,the towels were also stained and dirty,there were people constantly talking loud and smoking outside of my room.Overall it was a horrible experience

Room smelled like it had been downed in cologne and the bathroom had mold growing on the ceiling. The shower head looked so disgusting we didn't even wanna take a shower in fear of getting sick from the water.

Dirty blanket, staffs were not responsive.

The pictures on the Expedia website are very fooling I chose a room with two queen size beds which is what i got mind you we had a late flight and checked in a little after 9pm so you really can’t see the imperfections till you wake up the bed i was sleeping in the head board was all broken and cracked the table next to the bed was also broken there was a safe in the room that had something leaking out of it and it smelled horribly foul so i went to the front desk and asked to be moved but the guy there didn’t understand english and wasn’t understanding what i said i showed him pictures of the damage and the safe and told him if we can’t switch rooms we better not get charged for the damage, found out that housekeeping doesn’t come to your room everyday to fix your bed with new sheets or towels i was told i had to bring my towels to the laundry room and given back exactly what i gave them but clean ones no extra towels could be given it was all in all very disappointing and i truly wouldnt recommend this place to anyone till this place does a full revamp and have better service i could of went somewhere else and stayed but the place was already paid for and i didn’t want to put my 83 yr old father through leaving and going some where else it’s just too much.
