Truly a delight to stay here! The staff was helpful without absolutely everything. The decor was fun and quirky and colorful. The room was clean and the bed was as comfy as the soft, yellow robes. We appreciated the amenities which included a Keurig coffee maker in our room and a reusable water bottle with a refilling station in the lobby. We’ll definitely stay here again if we return to Boston and hope to visit Staypineapple hotels in other cities.

The staff was awesome and helpful. The hotel is clean and nice.

Great service, the staff was very welcoming and helpful. We stayed there while getting our daughter moved into the dorms. Walkable, lots to do around the area, and quieter than where we usually stay in Back Bay.

I can depend on Staypineapple to make certain that guests are comfortable and welcome.

The rooms are tiny but nicely decorated -my hairdryer was in rough shape. The building is in need of some updates. The elevators are old and dated. For the price, I was expecting more.

We chose this hotel based on location. We wanted to be between the South End and Back Bay neighborhoods. The location is great but unfortunately the location is the only positive thing about this hotel. The front desk is a mess. Laptops strewn along the sides and often times left with no staff presence. The elevators were dirty and slow. The room was small (bed was comfortable) but the door knob on the bathroom was loose and the sink in the bathroom was also loose. The biggest concern is that we had a random stranger knock on our door, even though we had the “do not disturb” sign on our door. When we asked how he got up to the floor without being identified by the front desk he said he just walked up the stairs. When I went down to inquire as to how this could happen there was no staff at the front desk. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel and will not return and I would definitely encourage them to put better safety systems in place and I would caution any single travelers to inquire about safety prior to booking. All in all a disappointing stay.

Great area; easy to get to transit.

wonderful hotel with great staff and a fantastic bar on the first floor. All guests get a free drink when they check in! The room itself was perfect for our weekend trip to Boston. The robes were soft and a must wear item during your stay.

The king room is small - similar to a cruise ship. No closet. Luggage storage under the bed. The bathroom was SMALL. If you take a hot shower keep the door closed or the smoke detector will go off. True story. Other than that, same as other Staypineapple locations. Nice bar with some food options off lobby.

The hotel’s decoration is fun and the bed is comfortable. However, the rooms are very small and the bathroom is VERY tiny, it was impossible to wash my face without splashing water everywhere because the sink was so small.
Housekeeping in the hotel is only offered every-other day, which I think should no longer be the case so far after the pandemic.
The saving grace for the hotel is the wonderful staff; everyone I interacted with were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The location of the hotel is also good.

Loved the pineapple theme. So clean and fresh. Courteous and fun staff.

Lovely boutique type hotel - pleasant difference to the Hiltons of this world. Ideal position to walk around the city walk . Room on the small side (not untypical of Boston) with super comfortable bed. Boston is generally expensive for hotels and Staypineapple is no different especially when one adds taxes etc!!

Overall our atay was wonderful. Friendly staff, clean safe environment. Definitely a place for couples or singles, although I would not suggest it for a family with children. I also got the impression this is a location that is very welcoming to the LGBTQ community.

Fun, funky little hotel with nice amenities and a great location.

Very small room. No closet just drawers under the bed and hooks on the wall. No on site parking. Either have to find something in the street or walk to a parking garage about 7 minutes away. Approximately $30 a day. Staff not at all helpful with directions. We got lost on the way back to the hotel. $20 a day amenity fee for which you get coffee, tea pods for Keurig, a water bottle you can fill in the lobby, (if more than 1 in the room I guess you share) and 2 “complimentary” drink coupons. Location not really near anything. Bar was great. Friendly bartender.

Very clean and relatively quiet. Bed was very comfortable. The hotel allowed us to leave our suitcases after checking out, so that we could explore the city. Coffee in the lobby was really good. Life Alive cafe is down the street and offers good brunch and smoothies.

Excellent hotel. Nice facilities, clean. Staff was very helpful.
Nice area - lots of dining options. Close to Boston Common.

Rooms were comfortable, clean and loved the pineapple vibe. The staff were great and very helpful. Fabulous bar with great service and snack bar had a good choice. Easy walking distance of central area. The only downside were the ‘extras’ on arrival. Surcharge for Wi-Fi and a reusable water bottle was a little OTT and unnecessary - it took the edge off a great hotel.

It was a perfect place for our trip. The only downside was the parking. The parking garage was $86 a night.

Always a great experience here. Our go-to hotel in Boston always. THE BEST beds omg, so comfortable. Nice bar as well, nice ambiance. Reasonable walk to Newbury Street and great dining and shopping places. Room small but works well for us.

This hotel was fabulous - great staff, adorable rooms, a lot of amenities. Easy uber pick up, walkable to shopping, entertainment and dining. Would definitely stay at another StayPinapple.

I have stayed in the Manhattan location several times and loved it. This location lacks in several ways from that. The room seemed clean but the base boards were marred and beat up, giving the appearance of a dirty room. The floor was not level and the faux wood floor had gaps in it. The bathroom was so small I could not fit indie without the door being open. The side tables to the bead had bubbling and large chunks of the laminate missing. The is no parking nearby so needed to add this to the trip. Although the location is good, I will most likely look for other accomodations in the area next time.
