They closed the floor with access to parking. With the closure, getting luggage to/from the car was difficult.

Fairly modern room with ok cleanliness.

Kids loved the arcade! We enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. Close to everything in Jackson Hole and really nice we could have pie dogs with us! Everyone there was kind and helpful. Would definitely go back.

Quiet room, great food at the restaurant.

Check-in was a tedious process. The clerk had to go into the back room multiple times to check things. I was given a card that offered an upgrade on the room, but when I inquired, the clerk didn’t know anything about it. The room we were given was exactly what I reserved, so I’m not sure what the upgrade was. Check-out went much smoother and clerks were friendly. The room was cleaner than most others we stayed at in the area with nicer towels. It was quiet. Appeared to have plenty of on-site entertainment.

Wonderful stay! Very dog friendly and nice area to walk/play ball with your dog. We will definitely stay here again.

Great place. Loved everything about it

The location if good but other than that I would say it was not worth the price paid. The rooms are very dated and worn out. The thermostats are locked out so you have no control over the temps. The internet was very slow, and we were here in September, I couldn’t imagine it in the summer at full capacity. The bed was very comfortable and the condo was quiet, but again, it’s off-season. The worst part of the stay was the lack of customer service. Every employee, with the exception of the “engineer” who had to come fix a problem in our room, seemed apathetic, uninterested and failed to provide even remotely good service. This was the only place in town that added on a mandatory 20% service charge to the bar/food bills, it became obvious after our first visit to the bar why. Bartender Kevin was there on our first visit, when I asked him what the house cab was (not looking at the menu) and he said the Two Mountain, I ordered it because I had a credit for 2 free cocktails and know that only well drinks and house wines are ever covered. When we asked for the bill I hseat anded him the credit voucher for which he replied “well that won’t work on your drinks”. As it turned out he had misled me (basically upsold me on the wine without my knowledge) and tried to explain it away as a misunderstanding. There was no misunderstanding in “what is your house cab?” The bar is open until 10pm, every was occupied and he had that bar cleaned and shut down by 9pm. Terrible stay.

Great location, restaurant on property good. Easy parking and safe area.

Great checkin with Michelle. She “upgraded” us to a “Teton View” which doesn’t exist from the rooms. The whole hotel is tired, dirty, noisy and in need of lots of TLC. I called the front desk on 3 occasions over 4 days and got the same response; no action, simply an “I’m sorry”. They need to take better care of the place, clean it up (even run a vacuum) and hire staff that cares a bit. Otherwise, it’s just a ratty old hotel.

Good job great visit

Very Good Staff. Owner needs to replace old rugs.
Beds are very lumpy and very bad blankets.

The hotel didn’t give us the complimentary upgrade as per the offer claiming the hotel was full, but in fact it wasn't full.
Expedia should put some strict terms on the hotels as they are not complying with the upgrade policy.

Property is old and in fair to poor shape. Staff are not well trained. Rooms are poorly appointed with broken furniture.

This was the third time that we stayed at the condos. The quality continues.

Overall a nice stay

The property was adequate for our stay of 8 nights. Room was nice and view from balcony was great. The restaurant food was good and the staff at the front desk were were all very attentive and friendly. The only bad thing was the resort fees of $337 for the week. I really don’t consider this a resort as it only has a small pool and a small gym
And no activities. Everything to do here has an expensive fee and nothing is free. Do away with the resort fee and just put it into the price of the hotel.

We had two rooms at this hotel. When we checked in we asked for rooms close to each other and they gave us two rooms on the first floor close to each other but right next to the front desk and I commented that I thought that room would be too noisy and the front desk assured me that it wasn't. The other room still had trash in it and hadn't been cleaned properly. The next day I requested a change on the noisy room and maid service on the other. We got a new room for the noisy room but it took two days to get the other room propertly cleaned. They did give us a two day resort credit on the dirty room but would not stay there again.

This lodge was great. Rooms were clean, location was convenient and thanks to the gentleman that checked us in, we were turned onto a great river float after ours was cancelled. I would definitely stay here again but get a room with a balcony and mountain side.

We have stayed here before so I was excited to return. Upon arrival the front desk personnel looked like they just got out of bed! We were in a room around the parking lot and there were no luggage dollies. The pool chair covers were filthy and stained. The hot tub jets were not working. The restaurant was so slow and the food was marginal. This is not what I expected for the price I paid.

It was a super nice hotel with a great room. The activities zip lining and alpine slide were also great and well worth it!!

Location and the room were nice. The “5 star restaurant” food was terrible. Trust me and avoid it. Whatever you do, don’t order the peach cobbler. Canned peaches in cold soupy oatmeal that was torched on the top. Truly the worst dessert I’ve ever had in my life.

Convenient walk to downtown, great bar and pool area.

Hotel & room was nice, view was disappointing.
Picked a room with a balcony expecting an awesome view of the ski resort or the city since we were on the 5th floor.
But ended up in room 570 which is about 8 feet above the outside entrance to the hotel parking lot. Then as far as view nothing but parking lot.

Good stay overall, however there was a consistent hum outdoors including overnight. Would appreciate bathroom to be more separated from the room, but that is just the design of this property.

The bathroom floor wasn't clean on checkin. The gym was small for a resort and all activities putside gym and pool were not included in resort fee. The pool has cracks, needs upgrades and isn’t as big as it appears on photos. Thought over rated for price.

You can tell that's a better hotel for the winter during ski season. We went in the summer and the amenities weren't much at all while it's farther away from downtown Jackson where most of the action happens. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Our room had a puddle of water in the middle of the night which was unclear where it came from, no signs of flooding from the bathroom or leak from the AC unit.
Price wasn't bad compared to the area but I wish we had kept another reservation for less in a more centric hotel rather than thinking the VIP upgrade was going to get us anything extra, which it did not.

Loved it. Glad I found out you had to ask for housekeeping

We appreciate that this facility has a fitness room and it was not available at several other resorts that I looked into for our trip. we also enjoyed the restaurant being attached to the building.

Great place. Would be nicer if they had a shower and bathroom in the pool area. Nice vip perk to have a drink for 2. Nice room.
4.0
Expensive for what it is in the summer. Bills itself as a luxury hotel but it’s older and worn. In the winter I could see the appeal with access the chairlifts but in the summer there are better places to stay for the money.

Amenities very standard for a supposedly luxury resort.

Was a last minute booking and this place did not disappointed us
Clean, easy and convenient
Can’t wait to come back in the winter

Clean, nice room, right in Jackson Hole, food activities and pool on premises. Great family spot.

Very expensive room for one night. Hotel room was clean, but well worn and needs updating. The carpet in the lobby area is dirty and has wrinkles in it. Hotel needs some updating.

The location is nice, I like the 4th level parking that was right beside our room. Our room was nice and we enjoyed the balcony. I wish the chairs were more comfortable on the balcony. Our biggest complaint in our stay is not the expected housekeeping. It states in the bathroom to “call for housekeeping services”. We believe this should be expected DAILY unless we put a tag on our door stating otherwise. We paid thousands of dollars for this trip for a couple of 2. The least we can expect is a cleaned room each day. On our third day we called the number and they asked, “what all would you like done?” I stated, “We mainly need new towels and toiletry, making the bed would be nice.” We came back to the room and all we received was new towels. I know we didn’t state to do the bed but I mean seriously? The next day, we didn’t request service, but came back to our room and everything had been done including bed made, trash out, new toiletry, new towels… we were happy and thought maybe it would continue without request. We never had housekeeping again and gave up on worrying to request. This is a huge inconvenience and feels more like allowing the staff to do less or the resort to have to pay them less to work. It’s ridiculous to charge us $200 in “resort fees” when we got BARE MINIMUM!
