We booked a king suite. We assumed since the room came with kitchen cabinets we would have kitchen tools. Microwave, coffee pot and large refrigerator. Nothing to cook with. The floor in our room was slanted so bad the dresser drawers would open randomly. The room was good great view. Needs a carpet upgrade.

Great location right on the beach, incredible view of the ocean. The hotel needs to be updated, nice indoor pool. AC very loud when is on. Would not recommend eating breakfast at the hotel due to poor quality of food and very bad service. Same thing regarding the bar, very diluted drinks. There plenty restaurants and bars in walking distance from the hotel.

Lovely modern room and bathroom. Comfortable bed and sofa and a huge TV. On the “Boardwalk” with a balcony for a great sea view. Check in staff lovely and Becca on the bar was very friendly and helpful.

We enjoyed our trip to Virginia Beach. Holiday Inn Oceanside was great. Staff was eager to help and so friendly. Only downside to the hotel was there was not a ton of parking at the hotel. If it was parked full you had to park across the street behind another building. Other than the parking, the Hotelwas great anf close to everything, the beach, shopping, food. We would definitely stay again.

Not a lot of restaurants or places to go within walking distance to the hotel. Mini golf and the Myrtle Beach boardwalk is about a 20 minute drive away. The beach is nice and is right outside the hotel.

I really enjoyed my stay here customer service was on point, loved the room and oceanfront view balcony was a little small but over all comfy. The fruit flavored water in the lobby was a nice touch! The pool did not look good smurky water and you could see a film on top of the water. No worries i was there for the beach anyway.

Overall a great stay. Easy walking distance to several restuarants, shops and the beach. Great view. Only downsides were some days I felt like the room wasn't cleaned well and the pool was not clean (foggy and foamy); I would not let me kids go in there.

I remember the water pressure was strong in the shower. I was on the 8th floor and the water pressure was super weak. The room was good for what it id, but the AC was not working properly and smells odd. Hallways were hot and felt like it was hotter in the hallway than outside. And this summer heat was about 99°F.

Only downside is there is no outdoor space to hang out on hotel property. They do have a patio but you have to be dining at the restaurant to sit there. The hotel is clean and very conveniently located.

Very nice hotel. Beautiful view from the seaside rooms (view from room attached). Good kitchen area in room. Service from the staff was great - everyone was super-friendly! The hotel’s restaurant could use some upgrading - there’s either no AC or ineffective AC in there. Kids eat for free though and they do have a nice outdoor area.
