We chose this hotel vs others because "Free Parking" was in the hotels.com description. To our surprise, we were forced to pay $25 parking fee for each night of our stay.

Beds were comfy- pillows could be better though. Very little water pressure in the bathroom sink. Loved the shower!

On a scale of one to ten I would give it a nine.

When got there had to wait on person to look up to let me in front door of building to check in. Minus that she was very friendly, rooms was clean could’ve used some work though and bathroom was very very small. Building layout was absolutely bizarre though it was all chopped up very confusing.

Desk staff were rude. There is an overpowering smell of some cleaning chemicals. Our shower door didn’t stay closed when showering so water was going everywhere!! Frayed electrical chords on the lamp. Cleaning staff was also rude. Breakfast left a lot to be desired. Pool looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while.
On a positive note the retired lady that was working the breakfast area was really sweet!

Great access to Titans game. Rooms were clean and quiet. Breakfast was good.

It was perfect. We were close enough to Broadway to walk but far enough away that we didn't have all the chaos unless we wanted it. Uber was like $8 if we didn't want to walk. The view wasn't that great due to Titan stadium construction but next time, I bet it will be amazing!

Place newly remodeled asked for a view of the city was on bottom floor, checked in was told 25 dollar charge for parking, asked for a nonsmoking room , smelled of smoke and mildew right next to a construction zone should have taken this place with it

Found a roach n our room charge for parking & no shuttle …. Rooms were dusty & dirty

Was definitely a cool room and awesome staff! We slept so good

It was horribly expensive… then they charged us $25 to park in their parking lot!! And we were in Rm 330 which had a small prison cell sized window. Which we didn’t understand until we went to go to sleep and realized our room backed up the edge of a MAJOR HIGHWAY! Headlights in our room, horns honking, semi air breaks all night long! The room looked like a college dorm room. NOT worth $350 for ONE night!

Good location near Nissan stadium,Comfortable beds, good breakfast. Overall the hotel is a bit run-down. The outlets beside our bed did not work. Our toilet rocked when you sat down. Area around the pool is dirty. We did report the outlets and toilet at checkout.

the location is great for visiting Nashville but they should tell you there is a 25.00 park fee up front

Very nice hotel about a mile from music row! Great price, clean and updated

We have stayed here before and a big part of the reason for returning was because of the free shuttle to Broadway. We were very disappointed to learn that the shuttle had been discontinued.

Too much highway noise, ants in room..rooms dirty..
Not very professional..old..

Very nice and it serves the purpose because we came for a Titans game and location was excellent we walked to the game

Everything was great!! The only complaint is that when getting reservations it said they had free parking. When we got there it was $25 a night to park. It’s not a big deal, just wish we had known ahead of time.

Well located for exploring downtown areas via 4 different bridges closeby that cross the river. 20 minute walk to downtown. Indoor pool was nice on rainy days. Good buffet breakfast. Coffe facilities in room but there is always free coffee available 24hrs near reception.

TV had no channels. Expensive parking at $25/night. Advertised free bus to Broadway doesnt exist anymore. No housekeeping was done. Surrounding area is one big construction zone until 2027.

It was a place to lay your head. I was woken up a few times by loud noise in the hallway and above my room

The only thing I didn't like was No Plug Outlets at the Desk. And Noise from the Freeway on ramp close to the small window. I thought about putting Pillows in the window to help with the Noise.

The room was clean. One small, too-high window prevented me from seeing out of it. I had to pay to park in the hotel parking lot, but the two roaches in the elevator did it for me.

when we checked in we were told the free shuttle to town was out of service. When I asked why wasn’t that online when we booked. The clerk said it is a curtesy to have the shuttle. Secondly. the clerk charged 25 a night to park my car. Again we stayed there before. Big reason was free parking and free shuttle to town. Just wish we knew of the changes before we booked

The hotel is dated and dingy. This in itself wouldnt be the worst thing but they have a cockroach issue. There was a cockroach outside our room on the third floor! When i showed a photo to the front desk they shrugged it off and told me to call expedia if i wasnt happy. Expedia spoke with the manager who would only give me back 3 of my 4 nights.ill be honest and say i wasnt satisfied. Knowing there are hitchhiking bugs in the rooms made me shiver. I think an apology and a full refund would have went a long way to making the situation somewhat better.
Overall very disappointing and having traveled from out of the country, i was left sitting in the parking lot trying to find last minute accommodations elsewhere for a premium price.
The location isnt great. The windows are so high up that you can't see through them, and you have to walk a far distance for any amenities

Outdate and a little worn out building. But location is very good and close to everything in downtown Nash

The main entrance of the hotel is dirty. The front desk is not welcoming. The attitude of the lady at the front desk was not kind at all when we checked in and out, no information, no good bye, no thank you, very rude.
The room, although it seems to be renovated, had the sink and shower dirty.
They charge additionally for the parking.
The options for breakfast are very low quality.
It does not reflect the price we paid for.

I have no idea what people are complaining about. There is no way this hotel didn't meet peoples' expectations in every way enough to give it 1 ⭐️. There were no bugs, and the staff were friendly 99.9% of the time (everyone has a bad day). The only thing was the NFL stadium is building (I'm assuming) a parkade. So there was some construction noise during the day, and temporary road closures one way out of the parking lot. Not in their control.
We would happily stay here again. Don't let the negative reviews fool you. I didn't take a picture of the room, only the pool. But we COMPLETELY enjoyed our stay. Thank you to the wonderful staff at this Comfort Inn for making us feel at home the whole week! See my review on Google for complete details.

Terrible. Room was flooded previously and was not supposed to be used. The staff admitted this but did nothing about it. The manager acknowledged the mistake, but it took about 45 days for a refund and we had to book another hotel for the two nights we were in Nashville.

$25 a night to park your car.
Shuttle is out of service so prepare for extra Uber fees.
Tiny a 15 year old TV and musty smell in room
Hotel is very unimpressive and basic.

The rooms are outdated and dingy. They’re kind of dirty. If you don’t need to be near the stadium or have more money, go somewhere better. The pool is really cool. The desk staff is not friendly. Luckily I’m from the northeast so it’s not a big deal but anyone else probably would have thought they were rude. They’re SLOW and seem like they hate their jobs. They’re getting the job done but doesn’t seem like they want to be there which is the vibe you’re greeted with when you first enter the hotel. The hotel is kind of a maze and they won’t tell you where your room is unless you ask. It’s the bare minimum.

Hallway carpets were filthy. Unexpected fee for parking in the lot.

Staff not professional. We dicided on this hotel for the night vesus another stay because of the guitar pool for the kids. Pool was closed and disgusting. Overall all, it seems there was minimal care for the place and it was a disappointment.

Room clean.
Was charged 25.00 to park. No where on Hotles.com does it state there is a parking fee.
Will be calling hotels.com and corporate office regarding the hotels employees
Never in my life have I dealt with rude employees like that.

Limited tv stations did not state on booking charges to park

I had no issues with check-in other than the $25 parking fee. That makes zero sense to me at a hotel that you're already paying for. I don't know if i missed part that mentioned that or what. It was kind of frustrating.
