Extrnded stay residents of the hotel sat ror long periods of time in the dining room, eating all of the hot breakfast items before traveling guests had any chance to have hot food.

Single queen room was small, no closet or drawers. Bedspread was filthy.

It was good but found a used vape under the sheets. Not a nice thing for my kids to find

Front desk gentleman was very friendly. Room was clean and comfortable for the traveler on a budget it is a good place. They are working on changing out all the furniture and that’s good.

Love the breakfast

The place was showing it's age with no signs of any attempt to remodel or just maintain a decent condition. The dead bolt had been ripped out of the door facing. The old flooring was dirty.
The owner or manager of the place was not friendly at all. Since the state fair was going on, this was about the only option for a place to stay.

we booked a king suite and did not get the proper room. the floor was dirty, made our feet very dirty from walking on it, and had bugs on the counter and the floor. couldn’t change the ac unit temperature. outlets were very loose and didn't hold any chargers or the lamp cord.

Very unorganized!! Gave me a room that was already booked and walked in and someone was in bed.

Our first room was absolutely disgusting with stained sheets and pillows, moved us to another room and it was even worse then that and still didn’t want to refund us when we wanted to leave and get a new hotel. The bed in the second room was horribly disgusting and stained.

Hotel is very dated and dingy. The halways are dark, the bed spread was stained. It smells like musty ashtray. Staff was friendly.

The property was okay. Definitely not worth $300 for one night.

Coffee makers, in room and lobby, did not work. Asked for a wake up call in the evening. Was told she would wake me. No one did. Next morning her replacement said such services were not supposed to be provided.

Everything went well; clean room, good service, everything working. Nice breakfast with good coffee. Didn't like the tiles on the bathroom floor - grout is almost impossible to clean well. Would repeat.

For an older facility it was well cleaned and maintained.

The lady at the front desk was soooo friendly and helpful .She turned the lights on so kids could swim .After a bad experience at another hotel the night before we dicided to go back where we normally stay cause everyone is so friendly and should have stayed to begin with .The rooms had new floors sence last so was really nice and clean .

The bed was horrible. The air conditioning was very loud and eventually I had to unplug it. This place requires a lot of maintenance and upgrades. I will never stay there again.

There were 3 vehicles parked in the front of the building clearly had been parked there for months. Junk collected around them, the smell of drugs were constant around the front of the building. Made a person feel uneasy.

The staff were incredibly rude especially the early morning front desk staff and there so called maintenance Man. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, if I was offered a free night there I would decline it and throw it in the trash! Horrible experience. What a waste of money!

The hotel is walking distance to Perkins and just across the road from the Marketplace grocery store. However, there is no elevator - hauling a heavy suitcase upstairs is difficult. The bedding is very old - sheets are see-through, blanket and comforter must be 25 years old - or more - pillows are lumpy.

Breakfast was ok

Staff were friendly and it was a fast check-in. They were super helpful & knowledgeable with the arrangements for the airport shuttle too. The pool and hot tub area were clean and lots of towels were provided. Although I haven’t had breakfast yet, the breakfast area looks clean and organized. The room was a perfect sized bedroom with a queen bed, microwave, fridge & free wifi, perfect for one person.

Breakfast was the usual good Days Inn kind!!!

Days Inn by name only. This was the smallest room we have ever stayed in. The "furniture" looked like a staff member made it, but many years ago. Very beat up. The fridge was also old and worn. It would have been nice if it had been plugged in before we got there so we could have transferred our food and drinks from a cold cooler into a cold fridge! Based on their occupancy level, guess they try to save every penny they can by not wasting power. The breakfast room was the exception. It was clean, bright and the food was up to free breakfast standards.

Very outdated hotel whose only saving grace was that it was clean. Desperately needs a remodel and new linens and beds. Our comforter was stained and bed was saggy. Tiny, old room but decent breakfast.

Did not honour my Expedia quoted rate, significantly increased the rate due to a basketball tournament (which I discovered after returning home) when asked about it, they couldn’t be bothered to look into. They just don’t care. Worst hotel experience ever. Lost this customer for life. Be prepared if you book online, double check your rate when you check in. I wish I did.

Charged us an extra hundred because we had someone else with us who wasn’t even staying with us reversed us to talk to the manager was rude and the cleaning people just randomly walked into the room without even knocking
