We got a suite Because we were there with other people.
It was spacious and clean and had all of the amenities needed. We really enjoyed our stay.

Did a quick overnight stay. Discovered that the hotel is not ADA friendly. Upon arrival, the lobby was clearly marked at the escalator. We have a member in a wheelchair, so we had to search for the elevator, which was not clearly marked and had to ask for assistance. We had requested an ADA room at the point of reservation (2 months in advance) a this was not able to be provided. One we got to our room, standard items were missing such as coffee for the coffee maker and complementary shampoo. As we headed to The Row for dinner, we discovered that it was split by stairs and provided no ramps. Oh yes, there was a self-serve lift, but it was locked. We had to search for staff to help operate it.
Not our best hotel experience.

Our power was out and had to go up to the 7th floor twice up and down in on the first night. There was a fire the second in the hotel and we had to use the stairs once again. Staff wasn’t very friendly considering the circumstances they had no control over the lack of any leadership since they were left to fiend with the customers alone.

I stayed with my wife for 5 nights. The request for Microwave was declined with a note that you booked this hotel with a third party, so you do not deserve anything. The room was not well-lighted, the commode was blocked, temp control meter was out of control several times. The technician visited and tried to fix it, but it was out of control all days; even upon request to change the room, another room was assigned with the worst condition.

The lights went out in the entire property for approx 6 hours!

The check in process was chaotic. The elevators were absolutely packed and smelled like body odor. The hallway of the hotel was dark and musty. The signage to the rooms was tucked into the hallways instead of in the elevator lobby. The doors do not have a security latch, only a deadbolt. The room reeked of stale Chinese food and it took hours to get housekeepers to come spritz air freshener (no cleaning only a sprit). There was no decoration to speak of (no art or wall color). The furniture was chipped and ripped.
The door let a tremendous amount of light in, and the curtains were not blackout.
I realize it’s a cheap hotel, but most Best Western hotels are much nicer.
Stay at Silver Legacy and avoid the El Dorado

We checked it on Sunday no hot water for the room. We called multiple times they sent two technicians out. Neither was able to fix the problem. We checked out on Wednesday still no hot water for four days. They never brought clean towels even though we called twice. They never refilled the coffee in the room, even though we called twice, the stay cost over $1000. I normally stay there when I travel to Reno. I will not stay again if you’re going to pay that kind of money you expect basic service. When I Checked out and went to the front desk to complain in person the manager at the front desk told me you booked through a third-party. What do you want me to do about it

Got an amazing deal on a beautiful suite for such low amount of money. However, the room didn’t have a window, which was weird and I would not stay in it again because of that. It felt very dark and closed off. The casino and restaurants are good. A lot of them aren’t open during the week or close early. I’m not a huge fan of Reno, but if you are, this hotel is really centrally located, which is great.

The room was nice and quiet. It was a little small, but the public spaces in the Row more than made up for a lack in the room.

An excellent stay. Good service, beds and bedding made for an excellent sleep. I’m definitely planning on coming back in the future.

My only complaint was that I requsted a wheelchaie accessible room due to the fact that I am in a wheelchair. I could not use the restroom easily. My chair did not in the bathroom

The room was ok, we had a view of a wall, we tried to check in but we had to park first and that was the first problem there was no parking for guests, we had to to park on the top floor of the adjoining hotel across the street I would say a 1/2 mile of walking and to top it off there was a game that day and it was VERY crowded and busy all in all it was really bad gambling! And a so-so experience, we will give it another try at a later date.

I don't gamble, but it was interesting to see the gambling apparatus and the gamblers. That's part of the flavor of Reno. The hotel was comfortable and pleasant.

Great room, wife wanted a jacuzzi tub for relaxation. Lots of space to unwind. Nice that the hotel is tied to the others for lots of dining options.

It was an okay stay, nothing too fancy, we selected a king however on check in we received 2 queens, we liked that it was near silver legacy and circus circus and walking distance to other places. Our floor was quiet which was good, however when we first walked in the floor had some people smoking weed but it was alright overall

Nice clean room & comfortable stay in the Sienna Tower. Good dining options throughout the main pathway connecting the three hotels.

Check in was great. Room was NOT! Not one thing like the picture, except the carpet. Very misleading. Have used Hotels.com several times and has always looked like the picture of the various rooms to choose from. This was not and got a cheaper room. Complained to hotel and hotels.com. Just a run around.

When i booked the hotel, it was stated the price was inclusive of everything. But when i checked in there was an $86 resort fee.

Comfortable bed. Nice, clean room. Only complaint was that the room was along way from the elevator.

I was on 4th floor. The door hinges were adjusted so that every door (it seemed) SLAMMED unless effort was made to slow its closure. Day and night, doors slammed disturbing sleep. Quite frustrating .
Other than that, the room was fine.

We were sleeping and got a knock on our door with a key, I ignored it as I was sleeping. We got another knock with a room key, this time more aggressive. I went to the door and asked who was there, he said house keeping, do you want more pillows!!? It was 1:30Am! NO, I don’t want more pillows, I was sleeping! Why keep banging on the door at 1:30am?

Despite the success and draw of the Row, the area surrounding is failing with many resorts and businesses shuttered. The area is still safe at least during the day but this doesn't detract from my desire to return to the Row. I recommend with reservations but not the resort kind.

I’ve stayed at this hotel several times and always had great service and a great time. This time however was completely disappointing. Upon arrival at check in time I was told there were no rooms available and we would have to wait an hour and a half for our room. After driving almost 4 hours that was a bit annoying. We decided to grab something to eat while we waited and almost everything was closed or didn’t open until 5:30. We decided to go to one of the only open restaurants Brews Brother which was mediocre at best. We finally get checked in and go to our room which reeks of cigarette smoke. I booked a non smoking room. Ok so no big deal, but the room doesn’t seem very clean. There was dust everywhere, wall paper coming off the walls and a towel stuck behind the bed. Gross!!! We had dinner reservations so we decided to get ready and while I am getting out of the shower I hear a two knocks on our door and then a maintenance man decides to enter our room. I was wrapped in a towel so very uncomfortable. I called the front desk to express my frustration and all they did was apologize and send the manager up who basically did the same. We asked for cleaning upon request, and was told we could call housekeeping for any needed essentials. I had to call three times to get these things delivered. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary so was extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the service overall. The only saving grace was dinner at a Silver Legacy restaurant

My husband and I could have stayed at a newer location in the area that offered the same amenities that we were looking for at a similar rate but chose to stay at El Dorado. The guest check in was in an odd place, the individual working the desk seemed beyond irritable that she had to assist the only customer in her presence (myself) and was horrible with any directions she did offer. A few of the items were broken in the room and it just seemed stuffy. Yes, we asked for a smoking room, however, that doesn’t mean that rooms should be cleaned and cared for any different.

These casinos have seen better days. It was empty. No bells no winners. Sad, Not the elegant casino rooms I expected.

First room we checked into the window was directly next to the outside air conditioning units and had a whistling sound intermittently every 2 or 3 mins so loud we had to ask for change of rooms. No problem! They changed our room, before we went to dinner we noticed the toilet didn’t flush properly and after 2 uses would clog. I called asking for them to fix while we were gone for the next 5 hours and asked for an extra towel as they gave us 2 but 3 people were in the room. Never happened, I had to catch a plane early leaving my 2 relatives to have to deal with the toilet not flushing in the morning. No towels and no attempt to fix the toilet. Thanks el dorado, we haven’t stayed here in 5 years due to a similar issue previous. I wanted to give them another try, never again. Do yourself a favor and stay at GSR or Atlantis, never had issues with them. Sucks cuz there really are no decent hotels downtown.
