I recently stayed at Melia Hotel in Granada, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensure we had everything we needed. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated, combining modern comforts with traditional Andalusian charm, which really added to the overall experience of staying in Granada. Our room was spacious, spotless, and had an incredible view of the Alhambra and the Sierra Nevada mountains—a highlight for sure. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast every morning, which offered a wide variety of delicious options to start the day. Location-wise, this hotel is unbeatable. It’s situated right in the heart of Granada, just a short walk from major attractions like the Alhambra, Albaicín, and the bustling Plaza Nueva. The staff was always ready with fantastic restaurant recommendations and tips for exploring the city. Overall, I highly recommend [Hotel Name] to anyone visiting Granada. The combination of impeccable service, beautiful accommodations, and an unbeatable location made it one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. Would love to return!

On arrival treated with indifference - despite being VIP member. Unhelpful - also never recognised me as Melia Gold Reward Card Member. Unhelpful with parking too.

The front desk/reception personnel were very courteous, respectful and helpful, the room we were assigned, although a bit small for our taste, was very clean well provided. And the breakfast buffet on the sixth floor, was to die for. All in all, I would rate this hotel, and our two-day stay, as a 4.5 to 5.

Great location - convenient walking distance to many areas of interest with excellent and friendly service. The 6th floor space for breakfast and happy hour has incredible views of the Alhambra, the city and surrounding hills/mountains - something we took advantage of daily. VERY relaxing, as the rooms are spacious, clean and inviting.

The check in process was disappointing. We were aware that the check in time was 2 pm. We requested for an early check-in. When the front agent informed us that the room won't be available until 2 pm. This is fine with us. So we went to tour the area. When we returned at 3pm, our room was still not ready. We had our reservation at Palacios Nazaries at 5pm. This caused us to missed our reservation time and we were unable to visit it and unable to receive a refund. Other than this inconvenient, we were able to enjoyed the beautiful city.

Perfect location for this hotel. We got a premium room that made us get their “level” service, which was awesome- the concierges at the desk were so helpful, made us reservations and gave us directions, the breakfast was wonderful. Would stay here again.

We loved our stay at this hotel. Really amazing staff members. Great breakfast options and happy hour options from 1700 to 1900 with an amazing view. The view from our terrace was also amazing. Everything was in walkable distance. Lot of dining options and shopping options. We wish we stayed there for a couple of more days. Really loved the area too. I would recommend this place. 25 min from the airport by taxi. But it wasnt really a problem for us.

What a beautiful hotel! Excellent location, very clean, room well decorated and comfortable, very nice staff. Only complaint was that there was some street noise very early in the mornings, people yelling and screaming. Otherwise, a wonderful hotel. I’d stay there again without hesitation.
