The room was not what the pictures in the app reflect. Very small indeed with a view over the garbage skips. However OK for one night - and good linen. I had a good nights sleep

The place was very nice, but we could hear way more through the adjacent walls than in any other place we’ve stayed. Also the bed was so high that we needed a step stool and the bed was much too soft.

What a fun, swanky hotel! The place is beautiful and beautifully kept.There are interesting exhibits throughout the place. My room was so pretty and comfortable! Great breakfast menu

We stayed at the hotel for our daughter’s wedding. We used the salon for the wedding party’s hair and makeup and they did a fabulous job. Our rooms were charming and historical which I loved. Thanks for a great weekend!

We had a wonderful stay at the St. James Hotel. There were many shops within walking distance and the river is s stones throw away. Their restaraunt was one of our favorite places to eat in town. The staff was friendly and accomidating. We will stay in the St. James hotel again!

Wonderful service, clean rooms. Only drawback is that flat sheets were used instead of fitted sheets to cover mattress and they kept on slipping all over the mattress which made it uncomfortable.

Your staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I would like to note a staff member named David, who took the time to show my wife where the ice machine was. Another person is the the front desk worker that was on this morning when we checked out. Sorry I forgot her name but she was very helpful and brought my wife and I coffee since our coffee maker did not work. Thanks
