Excellent stay. Friendly staff. Nice room Ok breakfast. Situated perfectly, if you travel by train. Only minus is a bit of noise in the morgning from the Train station. But as an extra service from the hotel, there were earplugs in the room. Good service. Satisfied guest :-).

The room was full of hairs from previous guests, it is very close to the station so from 5 am onwards it is loud, not well insulated.

There was no wifi in the room. The security seems unsafe. The hotel is close to the train station where anybody could get in the elevator.

The moment I checked in I checked out..... there is no air conditioning, it's summertime this is unacceptable. Expedia is not honest when it comes to reimbursement. Expedia does not offer refunds even if something like this comes up. Don't ask me about my stay if you won't offer a refund it's a scam.

Each room has a fridge (used to be mini-bar but is now empty for your use). Grocery and other stores right across the street (with typical German opening hours, that is, until 9 pm, but closed Sunday). Hotel itself is a little dated, but everything functions.

This is a basic hotel but it is as advertised. No air-conditioning, which I knew, but weather uncomfortably hot. Corridor, inter room noise. Very close to transport. Was there for Documenta so difficult to get accommodation but this was OK overall.

Stayed for one night as a stopover. The hotel is a no frills clean and quiet hotel, with OK rooms and bathrooms. If possible, get a room away from the central station - the trams can be quite noisy. The only real downside to this hotel is that finding parking can be tricky.

Just outside the main train station. Free city transport ticket us a plus. Easy to use public transport to and from city center and Bergpark. Room is a bit old, but clean and comfortable. Will stay here again.

Dirty towel to throw on the floor then consider dirty laundry is really unbelievable ! I had booked the hotel in separate booking but the connecting is back to back. End up I had to change card for next booking. Not flexible

Great location next to the train station and the tram lines. I recommend requesting a room away from the main road. Very noisy when windows are open, which is a must as there is no air conditioning. Wifi very frustrating. Works OK but constantly have to sign back in.

The hotel was very disappointing in respect of the provision of food. A coach party had an early breakfast on the Sunday and at 7.10 there was no strawberry yoghourt, Bacon or scrambled egg. Other dishes were very depleted. Consequently, I had no breakfasts as I discovered possible hot dishes were luke warm or cold. The service for evening meals was lengthy and most inappropriate for this style of hotel.

This is the second visit to Kassel and used this hotel again. Great location to access Kassle downtown to enjoy Documenta and Herkules Monument. Just 2 minutes from the tran station and a big Tram stops. They provides a free transit passto to go anywhere in Kassel. A room is very clean and well organized. All is kind and the service is very appropriate. Breakfast is awesome that could help to recharge my body and gave me an energy to turn around all day. One thing that's sad is noise. At dawn you can wake up to the sound of a tram. 이번이 두번째 카셀 방문이고 역시 이 호텔이 투숙했습니다. 위치가 굉장히 좋다고 생각합니다. 기차역 바로 옆에 있고 바로 앞에 트램 정거장이 있어서 카셀 도심으로 가거나 헤라클레스 궁전을 가기에 좋습니다. 호텔에서 무료 대중교통 티켓을 줘서 역시 편한 점입니다. 방은 깨끗하고 딱 필요한 것이 갖춰져 있습니다. 어차피 하루종일 관광하고 방에선 씻고 휴식을 취하니까 그 목적에 부합합니다. 서비스는 당연히 친절하고요, 조식이 훌륭합니다. 갖출 것 다 갖추고 있어요. 맛고 괜찮고요, 커피를 테이크아웃할 수 있기 때문에 트램타고 가면서 즐길 수 있었습니다. 한 가지 단점은 트램쪽 방일 경우, 새벽에 트램소리에 잠을 설칠 수 있다는 겁니다.

The hotel was OK and had good transportation but it was very noisy due to the tram terminus and there was no air conditioning so it was very hot. Breakfasts were uneven with overcooked eggs and burned bacon one day and very good quality the next day. They were also over priced for what you received. So although the staff were pleasant and the room was small, clean and basically comfortable I woul not stay there again.
