Always comfortable and a good standard. Check in and outings easy and personable. Extremely good value for money in a great location.
4.3
Fantastic daily tea & scones. Location perfect for us.
However access via stairs was not good for us.
4.3
We enjoyed it very much. The staff was very friendly and helpful, tea in the afternoon was wonderful. The room was very comfortable.
4.3
Handy location for me on this trip, but expensive for a tiny single bedroom. However, it's Knightsbridge and you have to expect it. Staff were nice. Free tea, coffee, water etc, which was good, and a small cosy lounge for relaxing.
4.3
What a lovely hotel in such a convenient location for walking to restaurants and museums. The staff was so helpful in orienting us to that part of London. We stayed with them again on our way back from Africa -- a nice respite for a long trip.
4.3
Boutique hotel on a quiet street a short walk to Harrods and the underground. Clean and comfortable and staff is quite accommodating.
4.3
Super cute, great location. Smal but to be expected for that area. Only negative was the elevator didn’t work on our way out and we had to lug suitcases down the stairs (I’m sure if we had called front desk they would have helped we just were running late and by the time we figured it out we just did it ourselves).
Would stay there again!
4.3
Around the corner from Harrods, quiet secluded street. Lovely hotel, very clean, wonderful service.
4.3
I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. They were very kind and everything was clean and tidy.
4.3
Very homely boutique hotel. Rooms are small but functional, clean and quiet. Location is about 200m from Harrods and a little further on from Knightsbridge tube station. And the hotel serves a delightful scones afternoon tea to its guests FOC. I will definitely come back.
4.3
Very nice place in a great location. Staff was very friendly.
4.3
Very central. Great food at Herod's
4.3
Quiet area but room was small. Bed needs more comfortable matress.
4.3
Staff are excellent, very friendly and helpful. However the hotel needs a refresh; furniture doesn’t match, decor outdated.
Bathroom needs a very deep clean, replace cracked tiles and space to put toiletries.
No kettle or tea/coffee facilities in room. Although you do get unlimited bottles of water. Lift is hilarious (doesn’t go to the top floor) and has the old grate style door.
Lobby/lounge area nice to relax, tea/coffee station could be presented better and include a nespresso machine or similar as this is the only place to get a hot drink.
4.3
Bloodstains on the pillows and walls. Worn down hotel. Elevators don’t work so you have to carry everything up and down the stairs. Hot water doesn’t work.
4.3
Overall was ok. Their suite was was a bit too small for a family of 2 adults and 3 children. No fridge in the room. Secure, and convenient to major tourist areas. More suitable for couples than familes. Disproportionate value for money.
4.3
Brilliant stay, fantastic staff and great location for the Chelsea flower show! We got upgraded in our room and it was stunning.
4.3
Really amazing neighborhood and beautiful boutique hotel
4.3
Great location!
4.3
Nice neighborhood. They offered a lovely, complimentary afternoon tea service with scones and clotted cream. Easy walk to Hyde park. Many restaurants nearby. Wi-Fi was okay, connection was spotty at times. Shower/bath didn’t drain very well.
4.3
Terrific staff. Friendly and accommodating. Delivered tea service to our room. Close to Knightsbridge tube station. A little noisy at night but with windows closed, very quiet.
4.3
This was a phenomenal hotel. The staff were very friendly, the rooms spacious and the location was perfect. We enjoyed our 4 nights and would absolutely return there in the future. We were 2 adults and 2 young children.
4.3
Great Hotel in a great location. Price was very good given the location. The room was completely to my satisfaction for a one night business stay. I would definitely book again!
4.3
Adorable boutique hotel - fantastic location! In an older walk up style building with appropriate modern touches. Small lift covers most floors but expect a minimal amount of carrying your luggage (though staff is happy to assist!) Appreciated the secure entry but had no concerns with the safety of the area. Steps to Harrods and the Kennsigton the stop. We will be back!

We enjoyed our stay at this boutique hotel in the Knightsbridge area of London. The service was very friendly and staff was always available for our needs and questions. The continental breakfast was very good and had options for Vegan and Vegetarian eaters. Only downside was noise from the lobby area, the adjacent room and hotel next door. In the morning and evenings.
4.3
We liked the hotel very much, Just that they give water bottles out , have as many as you want, but I didn't see any sign of them recycling the plastic, which is disappointing if they don't,

Here are the pros:
Staff: super friendly and really helpful and kind. Rooms were clean as well.
Location: located conveniently near Harrods, public transportation was really easy and was in a great quieter street off the main road so you didn’t have to hear as much (at least not our room)
Price: since we booked for 6 nights we got a deal so it was decently priced.
Cons:
The hotel is a bit older. The elevator only fits two people and is very old with a metal gate that you have to drag open. It moves very slowly and often doesn’t operate unless every elevator door on each floor is actually closed, otherwise it will not know to move.
Noise within the building: as it is older, the ceilings are very thin and not insulated. We were on the fourth floor and the family above on the fifth floor sounded like they were stomping around all night long, beyond 1 am and would also make noise starting at 7:30 am. This is of course not the staff’s issue, but just something to deal with due to the building structure. If you are looking here I recommend asking for a room on the 5th floor, but the con would be having to either walk up and down the stairs or wait for the elevator every time.

The hotel staff was more than accommodating
4.3
Small hotel in good location and at a sensible price. staff and room were good.
4.3
We chose this hotel because it was within walking distance to Harrod's which was our must-do while in London. The location is great but the hotel was not what I expected. Basically an old house turned into a hotel. Very tiny historic elevator. Complicated floor plan and hard to find our room.
Tiny bedroom and big bathroom. Not ideal. Overall it was fine but we'll look for something more up our alley on the next trip. Less dated.
4.3
A small hotel in a quiet and very beautiful area
4.3
Excellent location right next to Harrods and the big museums, atmospheric London lane.
We arrived after 5 pm so weren't able to enjoy the cream tea and scones, but got upgraded to one of the penthouse rooms.
Room was clean enough and comfortably warm in February (despite single glazed old sash windows), but no tea/coffee/kettle in the room. The roofs are low, and when other guests walk by your room, you can both hear and feel it.
I would rate it higher if it advertised itself as a 3-star venue.
4.3
Nice and tidy
Friendly staff
4.3
lovely hotel, in a very quiet area. Staff were amazing and very helpful. Not for those that are expecting a completely modern hotel. The lift is slow and small and we were fine with that. The rooms are a little tired and the bathrooms need attention, but again we were fine with what we experienced and would stay again.
4.3
There is no fridge in the room or tea of coffee machine, and you hear everything the building is not isolated enough, the location is good next to harrods but is not worth the money.
4.3
Front desk night employee was not professional. Had to change room because the bed was broken, he vame in and try to solve it flopping the mattress. After changing my room , second room heating was not working properly and bathroom was as cold as outside.
4.3
Very small airless room, very uncomfortable bed
4.3
Love the complimentary cream tea and the Junior Suite. Harrods is just a few blocks walk.
4.3
Great room, lovely staff and great location.
4.3
Really quiet setting away from the main road.
Nothing was a problem, staff very kind and helpful
