Dated but clean motel. Right next to the highway and no sound insulation, so expect significant road noise. Bring ear plugs if you're a light sleeper.

Room was very clean and nicely furnished . Refrigerator and microwave are nice benefit in room. I did see one bug but only 1. Staff friendly and competent. Recommend

Great. Rooms 252 & 253 need full length mirrors, caused an issue when two people are trying to get ready together. Pillows could use replacing. Other than that, front desk are wonderful and they really do try to keep this place as clean and bug free as humanly possible, which is appreciated. I much rather stay here and deal with a little bit of outdated ness & bug free, then stay somewhere renovated with bed bugs and roaches ( hometown studios/redroof inn rt1/9).

The room was discussing. The staff were friendly enough but there were boogers on the wall, mold and mildew in and out of the bathroom, the fan cover has never been cleaned. The pillows were flat pancakes and the bathtub had been repaired by caulk. There were cigarette burns in the bed spread! When I booked, I was led to believe this was a higher rated establishment. It was definitely not!

I stay with MHO often mostly because its local & cost effective. However, i have to complain that their maid service comes around 9 am & knocks while OPENING the door. I have called the front desk seceral times & it still happens almost every time i stay. I know that check out is 11 am & of my dozen times staying with them i have checked out late once, for which they did NOT charge me for +. I am sympathetic to the fact that they cleaning staff MAY have a lot of rooms to clean, but i still think this is a big no no. I have never asked to check in 2 hours early, so why be so rude & open doors before 11 of rooms where the keys have not been turned in, even on check out day?

New pillows would make this so much better. I've seen a few new ones here and there, my husband and I stay frequently. Just replace all the pillows and my rating would definitely increase. Check out is at 11am so staff could also be a little quieter in the am. It can get quite loud starting at 8am and it's not other customers it's definitely the staff. They shouldn't be bothering people until 11am IMO. 10:30 Is even acceptable. The doors should have springs to prevent the slamming. It's sleep disturbing. Other then that i am always very pleased with my stay's. I also appreciate how the owners take your feedback seriously. Anything I've mentioned has always been checked by my next stay. Thank you again!

I know they use terminex on this property but I had to kill a roach this stay, that was a first. Hoping my next stay there are no issues, I definitely bring it to staff attention if so. Great stay. I don't like the pillows here AT ALL.

Good. Hard to get extra towels from upstairs staff there's a communication problem. I tried Espanol to no avail. The toilet kept running, running running all night unless you reset the bobber in room 252. I forgot to mention on the way out. Doors banging all day and night.

Single male traveler passing through area: Overall = adequate for me. It is pretty basic; more motel than hotel. The staff was friendly & helpful enough. It's definitely an older establishment with obvious signs of wear & tear over the decades; clean enough, but walls/ceilings/floors show their age. Relatively cheap for the region, but comes with no frills as expected. Everything worked in my room (TV, mini-fridge, Wi-Fi, lights, curtains, locks, shower, sink). Somewhat convenient to highway travel. Bed was very stiff, but fine enough for a quick 1 night stop. Door was noisy & tight to close, but it was solid. Best attribute is it's proximity to a Chickie's & Pete's literally next door (good food, good drinks, good prices, good service). There's also a local pizza spot in walking distance. Would recommend for a 1 night convenient stop while traveling through the area. Would not recommend for anything more. Would not recommend for families.

The room had a very strong urine odor. It also had a dirty couch in room. The blankets on bed looked like window curtains. The television has very little channels to watch.

The worst place for anyone online services to hosting as services to the public. No right persons will think of lodging in such a dirty place. All the carpets are so dirty you will puke. The rooms stink and didn't spend a minute there. I canceled and requested for my refund. I haven't received it yet. Still waiting for my response.

It was pretty convenient, however the hotel said no pets & smoking allowed but next door to my room there was 2 barking dogs all night & the hallway reeked of cigarettes. It was pretty clean but there was a lot of wear in the room. The bathroom door wouldn’t even close bc of how swollen the wood was.

Unreasonable my kid wet the bed. We took sheets off the bed to assist housekeeping with not touching the soiled sheets without gloves. The sheets were soaked. We put the sheets in the tub to prevent wetting the floor and because housekeepers generally wear gloves when cleaning the bathroom. We were told we could not return and that we should have left the soiled sheets on the bed. Make it Make sense

It's FINE. its very clean and the staff is great. They all seam like they enjoy their job. For the price you will not find better. I have stayed in at least 4 places in town and this is the best deal. All together probably 10 nights spent here and always pick them if they have any openings. Never had a problem worth mentioning
