This hotel is our go to for all out of town trades bookings. Location and having an AC unit is the key points.

Everything was very good, except no hot water, when I questioned the front desk they said there is sign, there was a small sign but at the other end of the check in counter, at no point of the check in I was never made aware of any issues with hot water.

There was bugs in the sheets on the bed and the staff was absolutely terrible and rude about it they didn’t even change the sheets and bedding and the room was disgusting dirty there was no plug for the bath tub to bath my kids and they overcharged my credit card and took a week to put it back on it i will never tell anybody to stay there as it was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. In 40 years

It was disappointing as it clearly is a motel renovated to add a hotel component and my room was TINY. Glad my room did not have a door to the parking lot cause that is a MOTEL. Also, workout room was very limited hours. Many of the hotels I stay at, the fitness areas are all 24 hours.

This hotel is obviously old, but they can keep it clean at least. The tables and desks in the room was very dirty, spills of drink perhaps from previous guests. Carpet was not Vacuumed properly. Hair on bedsheet etc I stay in many different hotels and I don’t usually comment. But this one since upon my check out no one asked how was my stay , I had to leave a note here. Hope this help them to improve from front desk staff to housekeeping. Thanks

When we checked in and went to our room, we discovered that the pull out sofa bed did not have clean linens on it but rather it still had dirty sheets on it. It took about an hour for the front desk to arrange for someone to come change them for us.. rooms were average.

Should be taken down old dirty rooms filled with bugs and spiders old carpet its nothing like the internet pictures advertising definetly got ripped off for 306 bucks I couldnt get back because I bought online.

I stay here often when passing through Prince George. It’s walkable to two major restaurants chains and within minutes to pine centre mall. Parking is a bit tight but I always manage to get a spot.

Was okay. The staff was pleasant and was nice to have a 24 hr restaurant attached for a quick meal, but was originally given a room that was accessible via a staircase outside that looked as if it would fall apart any day and that reeked of cigarette smoke, but was given a new cleaner room promptly when requested the move. I would probably stay here again if I were in a pinch but would request a room inside.

This hotel is unassuming on the outside and surprisingly nice on the inside. The hotel and the rooms were very clean and nice. Our family (with three small kids and a dog) really enjoyed our stay. The staff was very friendly. The room was nice and big. We really enjoyed our stay!

We typically stay at this location as it is close to where the family we visit lives. I found it to be very noisy in the area our room was located room 109. there was quite a bit of traffic in the hall outside our room until midnight or better the first 2 nights especially with loud talking. i take a fair amount of medication to help me sleep and i was still disturbed. my inlaws on the second floor did not have this problem.

This was our second stay at this Hotel. First time was on the 2nd floor and was a great experience. This time not so good. We were on the first floor and while convenient the room was very small (much smaller than the one we had previously on the second floor) and as it is the hallway people use to get to the pool it was very noisy with a constant stream of people to the pool area with loud talking in the hallway. Not very restful.

Room was dark and had an odd odour the bathroom was too small and very dated definitely needs a refresh for the amount charged ! Loud guests wandering and making noises at 3 am very disappointed. Bonus was at least the front desk staff was helpful and provided excellent service.

I didn’t feel safe there at all. We were driving a truck. The parking lot is very small. Hard to get in and out. The hotel was very noisy. There was garbage on the shelf in the closet. As I checked out I let them know that. I believe his response was “That is ok”. It isn’t ok.
