Overall everything was great. The bathroom looked like it could use some bleach in some spots. The comforter on the bed was insanely thin and the pillows were not great. But the staff was very friendly, and the breakfast was decent.
4.2
The staff was exceeding kind at a time when my husband was not well. I really appreciated their extra effort on our behalf. Thank you.
4.2
Hotel is a bit worn and no hot entrees for breakfast
4.2
Place was absolutely the cleanest hotel we have stayed at on our 2 week trip, smelled so clean everytime you walked in, and mist courteous employees of anywhere we stayed. Definitely will stay again at a Days Inn. Great job Coeur d'Alene!
4.2
We only stayed one night and the room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and had us booked in quickly. The breakfast was a continental type breakfast, so we went over to Cracker Barrel instead. Check out was 12:00 which was nice.
4.2
Stayed here 3 nights before taking our son off to the University. This was a great place to stay: clean, quiet, affordable, comfortable, great location. And the freshly baked chocolate chip cookies at 6 pm are heavenly! Will definitely be staying here again!
4.2
All around a great stay with friendly staff. Budget friendly hotel that seemed clean, no fears of bed bugs. My only complaint was the breakfast, slim pickings, but it was better than nothing.
4.2
The breakfast provided in the morning was lackluster. No hot items, some rolls/bagels, and two selections for cereals. There was stains on the bed sheets, and the ceiling tiles for the bathrooms were loose tiles that you would find in a cheap office. Staff were friendly. No complaints when it came to the service we were provided during our stay. The amenities and room needed work.
4.2
It’s an old facility, doing their best to maintain, but would need a bit of an upgrade. Mattresses are old and sag in the middle.
4.2
The smell of the building always smelt like cigarette smoke my room smelt awful. My room key was not set for the correct amount of time so had to go to front desk a couple of times for my room key to be reset. But staff was so awesome and helpful.
4.2
The staff was very nice, and the hotel was clean, BUT...
It is in need of TLC. The wallpaper is peeling off the walls and the hotel and room had a definite off-smell, like mildew or something (again, it was pretty clean). The room was VERY stuffy, we tried turning on the AC but it gave a VERY bad smell of mold and I was not going to run it in case it was mold
Was a budget hotel and location was good, right off I-90 and was ok for only sleeping as we were at Silverwood during the day, but not for spending any time there.
4.2
The room looked nice but after I was in the shower I kept noticing long dark hair n I am blonde.
The breakfast was cold cereal or bagels, nothing hot. I thought it was overpriced for only offering a cold breakfast, so we went to Cracker Barrel, it's very close 😊
4.2
Check in was easy and room was clean and suitable for our overnight needs. breakfast was not great
4.2
The hotel offered several little touches that just made one feel welcome and at home. Staff were super friendly. Management went above and beyond to accommodate us during our stay while we dealt with an unusual family medical dilemma. It was so appreciated.
4.2
After only a few hours, my wife and I decided that we did not want to stay the night at the hotel and opted to drive home through out the night. The room while at first glance was somewhat updated. There were stains on the bed skirt and on the bed box. We did not feel comfortable staying the night.
4.2
No elevator. Breakfast was bare minimum. Room was comfortable and clean. Good location. Too pricey for what you get.
4.2
No elevator which was weird and breakfast choices were bleak but other than that it was ok

This is an older hotel with popcorn ceilings, and unfortunately, there was a strong, unpleasant smell of smoke and age that greeted us as soon as we opened the door to our room. The breakfast was a disappointment as well, with only a few cold options like cereal and bagels, and the breakfast area itself wasn't well-maintained, with spills and crumbs left unattended. Given the rate we paid, we likely would have chosen a different option had we known. When I shared my concerns with the hotel in response to their feedback request, I was met with a very rude reply.
4.2
Great place for a family to stay. Clean, quiet, and comfortable. The kids loved the popcorn and cookies in the lobby. Staff was friendly. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Would stay here again.
4.2
Shows it age but it was clean. Check in was great, but then we didn’t really see any staff after. Housekeeping was by request, which is pretty standard post COVID.
Mattress wasn’t great, water pressure was good. Continental breakfast was very basic. Easy access to the interstate and Silverwood was only 22 minutes away. So worked fine for us!
4.2
Nice place …easy on and off highway….yummy cookies

We stayed here four nights. We were very fortunate that our room was ready in the morning when we went to ask about checking in early. We were greeted with warmth. Our stay was very enjoyable. We loved using the small, cozy lounge, the laundry room, the business desk with a computer, printer and paper shredder. We loved the popcorn in the lobby each afternoon and the cookies at
6pm. Coffee was always available. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The entire facility was immaculate and very pretty. After a two-month road trip, we felt especially grateful to have such a pleasant place to stay. Also, the hotel is located close to downtown, the beach, restaurants and offices which we needed to visit. Thank you to the staff who worked so hard during our stay.
4.2
It was fine.
4.2
Good value hotel for the money. Rooms are clean and spacious. Continental breakfast available for the family.
4.2
We've staff here before and the staff is always so nice and helpful. The rooms are clean but definitely need updated. Nice that they offer popcorn in the afternoon and cookies in the evening, makes it feel more like home, Thank you.
4.2
Walking distance to a few restaurants and a nice walking path beside Spokane River
4.2
Staff was great...Room was adequate...Bed was horribly incomfortable.
4.2
Very clean, room was really nice and was spacious. Staff were helpful. Little things like popcorn and cookies in the lobby made it fun for my kids! Also really nice to have a water cooler there for filling water bottles, and a coffee station. Continental breakfast had good options. Would definitely stay there again.
4.2
Staff was friendly , rooms were nice, and great price! Definitely coming back to Days Inn!

Big rooms. Friendly staff. Yummy cookies and coffee.

No complaints thank you

This property was terrible and I will never stay here again
4.2
This wasn’t our first time at the hotel. Although we did stop staying there due to it was showing some age. They advertised they had remodeled, so we decided to give them another shot. I don’t think all the rooms were completed. The bathroom ceiling definitely needed to be replaced as well as a corner in the room itself. The toilet had some flushing issues. I would’ve liked some thicker bathroom towels ( that’s just me though)
The beds were very comfortable though. The noise wasn’t bad. I do think there were two little kids above me who were racing around getting ready for bed the fastest ( I was rooting for the one who couldn’t stop laughing)
I will say the tv could have been a bit bigger. The guide button on the remote didn’t work so you had to manually flip through 40 stations to find something to watch.
The breakfast was so-so. It hasn’t been the same since before Covid. The daily popcorn and the fresh baked cookies rock!
It’s a short drive (25 min) to Silverwood.
The staff is incredibly friendly. They do go above and beyond for you.
Do I think it’s worth almost $200 a night.. No. Do I wish the remodeling had been better.. Yes.. Do I wish they had their waffle maker back.. Yes… Will we stay there again… Possibly..

Easy access to shopping
4.2
Rooms were clean. Property was quiet. Close to downtown.
4.2
Staff was amazing. Room was a good size very comfortable and modern. Bathroom was good. Our only complaint was the bed was very stiff / firm. So it took me a lot longer to fall asleep than normally would. Other than that everything was really good about this room and it was a pleasant experience
4.2
Friendly people, good breakfast, clean room was worth staying again
4.2
Friendly staff, comfortable clean rooms and the breakfast was surprisingly good with the best warm chocolate chip cookies in the evening!! Our kids LOVED it! Great location to the lake and not a bad drive to Silverwood. Highly recommend
4.2
The only negative was the lack of an elevator for getting luggage to my 2nd floor room...but I only had one piece of luggage, so it wasn't too much of an inconvenience.
4.2
The breakfast is not a full breakfast. They have bagels and fruit and yogurt. Property is pretty out dated. However, the staff was delightful.
