Excellent continental buffet for breakfast and nice dining area. Staff was really friendly and helpful for information on the area. Close proximity to shopping and fast food restaraunts.

Wonderful, welcoming check in. The staff we interacted with were very friendly and cheerful. The only issue we had was the toilet seat in our bathroom was useable but broken

property is in desperate need of a major upgrade, Bathroom door hits the toilet when closing, very FEW electrical outlets, carpet is dirty (stained) and torn. Room was not very clean (trash behind night stand that looks like it had been there a while.

Check in and check out were quick and easy. The room was spacious and clean. Our only complaints are that the bathroom is TINY and the bed was very uncomfortable. The pillows were also very lumpy and difficult to get comfortable on.

This hotel is dated and not kept well. The carpeting is filthy. Our sheets were at least clean. We received a note during our three night stay stating if we needed something we should inquire at the desk as they didn’t have staff to clean rooms. However, the staff that was there did have plenty of time for smoke breaks. They were friendly enough but I don’t believe Iron Mountain has the work pool to draw from to maintain this establishment in a proper manner.

This was a great hotel. It isn't a 5 star all around but for the price, it was fantastic! Clean and good breakfast. Staff was very helpful and friendly!

Had a great stay and would stay again. Breakfast was great and so convenient. Stayed here to go to The Iron Mine and White water rafting on our way to more attractions further east in the upper peninsula.

Tiny bathroom and 2 towels for a party of 5 in a room with 3 beds. Door practically hits toilet and one of the smallest bathrooms I’ve seen. Was convenient to have 3 beds but nothing else was as good as expected.

Matress was very uncomfortable (could easily feel the springs due to padding being diminished. Bathroom tub shower liner had dirt or mold so I didnt even bother taking a shower. The noise from nearby rooms was also very loud into late/early morning hours (loud talking/shouting, and constant door slamming). However the worker at desk was very friendly upon arriving. I would not stay here again.

Our floor was all sticky and covered in hair. The sinks plugged up, our window was broke so anyone could just open it and come in it.

Just after checking I was told the pool and hot tub we closed. We were on 2nd floor and there was no elevator. I have a hard time with steps! The breakfast was only so-so. The carpet in the room was all stained. The carpet on the stairways was very old and frayed. I would not stay there again.

The room was nice. The price was excellent. My only issue was they should be more careful when they place someone in a room who does not have dogs I did not get any sleep because I had a dog on each side of me and one across the hall and they started barking at 3 AM, and then I was woken up again at 5 AM with the same issue. How about keeping dogs on one end of the hotel and people who do not need to bring their dogs with him when they travel on the other side.

The staff were friendly and the service was great. However, the hotel is in poor condition and very dirty. Stains on mattresses that I could see through the sheets, the pillows were very stained and the floor was stained and rough. Bathroom was also physically dirty. Breakfast was not good, no fresh items or fruit.

This is an older hotel and it shows. Worn carpet and small rooms. Shower water was warm but not hot. Staff was very friendly and rooms were very clean. Morning breakfast was heavy on carbs, but coffee was good.
