Not the best of a Village hotel. The breakfast was terrible and if I knew what it was like before booking it I would’ve gone without. The rooms weren’t very clean as one of our rooms had hair in the basin and the other room looked like someone tried to dust but it was all over the light switch near the bed. Also the carpet just looked like the middle had been hoovered forgetting about around the edges

Stay was ok but not great. The parking was atrocious.disabled but no space to park fur yo selfish Party prople. 2 bsy disability parking bsy at the fronr Eurh 4 vechiles ramded in and not one displaying a blue badge. Breakfadt never hot always luck warm. 2 peopl and one bath towel and one had towel. Why ?

The stay at the village hotel in Swindon was okay ☺️ Sarah who was working on reception in the evening was fantastic, couldn’t do more for us! Unfortunately the room itself wasn’t great. It was very worn out and the carpet was stained and mucky. The lightning in the room wasn’t overly great (couldn’t see much at all.) Our room didn’t seem prepared for our stay - no tv remote, tea bag’s or milk. I know it’s not a high price hotel to stay in, but for £76 for the night it was still a bit of a disappointment. The breakfast was lovely and once again the staff were so welcoming and kind! I wouldn’t go back due to cleanliness and quality of the rooms. (The door to the balcony also didn’t close properly.)

The room was ok but cold. There wasn’t any heating on. I was too tired to complain . There was also much confusion at Dinner. I asked for a bar tab and offered my credit card . The barman refused and said he had my room number. Other staff couldnt get this and as a result I had two separate bills! Bizzare

Unfortunately the bed was too soft to support my back so I had a painfull back in the morning . Plus a guy in next top ES playing his tv at full blast at 6am in the morning so woke me up with anxiety I had to bang on his door which spoilt my night sleep

Staff were really friendly at the check in and also in the restaurant. The food was great and the room clean. The carpets were dirty and stained. It was quite hot and no air conditioning. We only stayed for one night and would stay here again. The price was really good as well.

A clean comfortable room. We used the pool, sauna and steam room tht was lovely. We chose to eat at the Diner which is on the same business park. It was convenient and excellent. Easy to park and near the motorway.
