I reserved a non-smoking room and when you walked in, you could tell somebody smoked in it burn holes in all the bedding and in the morning after we left for the whole day and came back we didn’t even get room service because they decided to tell the office that we had to do not disturb sign up when we did it so we had to hunt someone down to get clean sheets and towels for our self

Our room was non-smoking, but it smelled of cigarettes and had burns on the comforters. We found multiple spiders and bugs in our room.

The bed was hard as a rock. I woke up in so much pain.

When I checked in, I noticed the lobby was a little run down and the turtle tank looked like sewer water. I still checked in, got my room key and proceeded to find my room. When I walked in I was immediately knocked down by the smell of cigarette smoke. I went back to the front desk and requested another room. The staff was kind and granted my request. When I got to my second room it was just as bad as the first. There was hair on the bed, the bathroom floor hadn’t been cleaned, paint was coming off the walls, the doors looked like they had been chewed up by a dog, and the air conditioner smelled like someone had urinated in the vent. I checked out immediately. The only reason I gave a one star terrible rating is because there was not a zero!

The room was damp. There was standing water on the floor. I almost fell. The clerk brought in a few rags and threw them on the floor and left them there. Said she would talk to her boss to see if she could give me a discount but didn't.

Wish I would've gotten a first floor like all my other stays but other than the bathroom door handle only working sometimes. I'd say it was a decent stay. I traveled with my cat and they actually didn't have a trick 'pet' policy that actually meant dog policy so that was awesome.

Excellent option for my budget. Hotel allowed me to check in early and was friendly, helpful and professional.
Unfortunately the bed was uncomfortable, television was damaged. But room was extremely affordable, so happy for a mild inconvenience.

Hotel was ok. Pricy for the state of the property. Coffee maker in the room was absolutely disgusting so I had to go out and buy coffee.

Excellent one night stay on road trip to Gatlinburg, TN. Place was clean and comfortable and off main road far enough to be quiet and relaxing with food and Walmart nearby

Both mattresses had broken springs and were very uncomfortable to sleep on.
Had to quickly go to bed so I didn’t have time to complain or ask for another room.
I still can’t believe how bad the mattresses were.
Bedding was clean, workers were nice.

It took a long time to check in with reservation. Shelled of cigarettes. In need of repairs and updated

The room was fine for getting us off the road and sleep however I did not feel safe as two women traveling alone with the other people staying at the hotel in the rooms next to us. Especially when they were outside most of the night and had their room door open at 530am when we left. The room's upper dead bolt was also missing.

This hotel was exactly what I would expect from a budget hotel. The thing I was most upset about is the $100 damage deposit that was required. I had no idea until I check in that this was going to happen. They do refund it with no damage to room. However, I believe they should have forewarned us.

Needs some attention to the little things. Paint touch up, items listed as in the room but aren't, like Iron and the Do Not Disturb sign for the door. The hair dryer in my room, NEEDED to be removed and replaced, it had clear evidence of fire, it was missing a piece and it was VERY rusty.
The hotel is not beautiful BUT it is located in a good spot.

This hotel is not what it used to be. We regularly travel to Kentucky and have stayed here a couple of times. The walls/headboard in the room was not clean, bathroom was dirty. There was a hole in the floor in the room. The bed is very old and uncomfortable. They charge a larger deposit for incidentals than what the room will cost for one night. There was trash all over the premises outside.

It was not clean at all. Stains on the comforter and on the sheets that looked like blood. Hair and dirt in the shower and the sink. Trash left over from prior guests. Overall not clean at all. Looks like the housekeeper just makes the bed and arranges items.

Nice motel if you want just an overnight stay with minimum amenities.

The room needs a remodel. The door lock safety lock was broken you had to really man handle it to get it to lock and unlock. The room was a hanhicap room the shower was stained and shower/tub floor was slick and there was no shower mat provided. There was mold around the handicap safety bars. The entrance door seal was damaged leaving a large gap for bugs and other things to come in the room. There were 4 stink bugs on the ceiling and I found one roach on the base board. The bed mattress was very old and uncomfortable. The mattress made a very loud squicky noise every time you moved which was very annoying. It appeared that the bath room had been remodeled at some point but it looks like they reused the old shower head which didnt put out much water.

This place is disgusting. I can't believe Expedia even offers this on their list of options. There was a roach in the refrigerator and the microwave was so old, the inside was rusted down to bare metal. The mattress was so old it was one of those that had springs in it. I would have booked somewhere else but it was obvious by the phone call I received from them that morning that bookings in that area were slim to none due to a musical festival. They called wanting to know when I was going to be there because they had "other guests that needed a room".

This rooms mattress is one most comfortable that I've ever slept on.
The door has signs of a break in. Gashes & dents at the door handle and the door jamb had dents & scars. The Door Chain Lock was broken (now the maintenance employee did install a new door chain lock, after I reported my safety concerns to the front desk).

The mattress was a rock. I saw a cockroach in my room. There were a lot of random cars driving around the building.

Look I take pride in the fact I'm not a complainer but this stay was awful even after I saw all the roaches I tried making it worse as the night went on it got worse ... Then on top of that we finally spoke up said you have roaches for them to offer swimming rooms.. I think most ppl would have ran for the hills I tried making it work but the new room wasn't as bad but still definitely infested.. would not recommend a friend.
