Wish hotels would have told us that there would be a deposit and a Parking fee.

Tim at the front desk is always amazing! He’s incredibly helpful, professional and kind. We stay here just because of him!

The hotel is as advertised average cleanliness etc. However, prices are not as advertised. I reserved a dou le bed room ar $50. I was charged $69.50 dollars at check out. Plus a $14 a day parking fee for the hotel lot. Extra occupant fee for our son. Pet fee $50 (this I expected) in all be paid $151.20 for a one night stay advertisingat $50. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

The staff is always extremely friendly and patient. Love staying here

No jets in hot tub, first floor room was still upstairs, no continental breakfast, and they CHARGED for parking. Ridiculous. Not too happy

Nice room, relatively quiet, bed was a little too soft for me. Good value.
I believe the $14 parking is excessive.

The ad said all fees included and then they tried to charge $14 for parking even after I told them the add at hotels.com said all fees included.

Great except the Wi-Fi was horrible

Nice room. Only complaint I had was $14 for parking.

I was surprised by the fee for parking. That should have been disclosed before booking.

We always love this hotel because close to the airport and reasonably priced. Eating facilities are available on the main level, especially when the weather is bad.

It is a very clean comfortable hotel. I was just irritated that they dare to charge $14 for parking in the small town of Grand Junction. They really should let you know when you book!!!

Overall a good stay and enjoyed the place. The only warning is that the gym is pretty lame. There was only a stair stepper (that was either broken or I was too dumb to figure out - I finally gave up on it because it would turn on but never start the workout!), a flat bench, and a few dumbbells. It was pretty warm in the tiny room and no fan, so I propped the doors open. I was glad no one else tried to use it at the same time as me because it would've been impossible to share that tiny space.
So if you are looking for a good workout each day of your stay, I'd recommend another hotel.
Also a heads up that you'll be charged an additional nightly parking fee when you check in. (I think $14 per day?).
We liked the pool and hot tub and slept just fine in the beds (but we aren't very picky). It's older in some places but had a nice ambiance and the staff was very nice and helpful.

Nice and comfortable.

The room was shabby. There was no full length mirror. There was a night stand on only one side of the bed.

The Grandview has a Grandview and is very comfortable, in a good location and is highly competitive to other offerings. Check in was made easy by hotels.com and The Grandview staff were personable, professional and upgraded my accommodations to a mini suite. There was a charge for parking which I assume pays for security. The on-site lounge and restaurant offered food and drink at a reasonable price. I highly recommend this hotel and I will stay here the next visit to Grand Junction Colorado. Cheers!

Everything was great. No details needed.

When I booked the stay online, the listing said "Pet Friendly" but did not list a price to pay during the payment process. When I arrived at the hotel, they informed me it would be a $50/night pet fee, on top of the $69/night already being charged. There was also a $14 parking fee, which was not noted on the original listing. As noted on the listing, breakfast is available, for a fee.
Also, the room was listed as non-smoking but in actuality, it really smelled like smoke. When I first opened the door to the

Great stay. Restaurants and bar very good.

Oh lawd, where do i start? was there 3 days. Had a king suite. Hotel & the room gave definite feel of what the movie Casino would be, if it were real. Old. Stale smoke. Loud bawdy lounge.
All staff very unfriendly. Said no smoking or pets. Saw people vaping, TWO HUGE DOGS barking on our floor as owner took them 4 walk.
Jacuzzi very difficult to even get into AND jets broken.
Oohhh... they dont disclose here on Hotels.com that you pay $14 A NIGHT for parking :( Breakfast extra charge.
Room had a chair that was so old I thought whats holding it together? Bathroom counter was as high as my chest. When i tried to brush my teeth, i had to lean so far over my chest went into the sink. FYI, Im 5'5" and my chest is not so big :0
Not glitzy like Casino but definitely the feel of old burbon, stale smokes, and a few mafia men hanging out. This is satire but true ;)

A fairly shabby hotel but close to airport. Hard to believe they charge $14 for parking. Bed was comfortable enough and it was quiet but old and dated. Dark hallways.

I was a bit shocked that they charged $14.00/night parking fee. Not good.

I am in a unique situation and am having to stay here for work. Staff is amazing!!! All are accommodating and pleasant, including management. Thank you

Have stayed here numerous times over the years. Generally a very good place to stay. Had been awhile (covid limited travel) . The only change was they have started charging for parking. Although not terribly pricey, it will have an affect on decision to continue to use property. This is my hang up but will still say it is an excellent place to stay overall.

Room was upgraded because of my status with hotels.com. Room was quite spacious. Bath and bed were both comfortable. I recommend this hotel, but beware that there is a $14 parking fee and the on-property bar and restaurant are priced a little on the high end ($6.50 for a cup of coffee). Other than that, it was a good stay.

I like this hotel, close to airport, friendly staff, lots of amenities. Rather dated but clean

Nice place, but be aware of hidden non disclosed additions like parking $14 and continental breakfast @15.95
This type of information needs to be clearly disclosed!

I had an early flight so I booked a room and planned to leave my car and take the airport shuttle. Didn’t find out until 5am that morning that they don’t allow long term parking. Wish they had included that information in my booking!

Was a decent stay, It's nice that they have their own restaurant.

The hotel was great for the EV charging did not appreciate having to pay 14$ a day to park, hot tub jets were broken so that was a bummer very clean hotel.

Both evening and morning front desk people were super nice!

Loved that there was a bar downstairs, we were headed to an event, and wanted to have a drink in our room while we got ready, we were able to order drinks and bring them up.
Did not care for the parking fee, it was not covered parking, or a gated parking lot. No need to charge people to park the car they came in. Room was great, big and clean, bed was comfortable. Bathroom was lacking in counter space, and the shower head was low, anyone 5 foot 6 inches or taller would have a problem showering here. Overall I would stay here again, but probably park across the street for free.

Excellent room with a great view

I used Expedia to secure our room. When checking in, we were charged an additional 14.00 for parking which is truly not needed. I assume that they do this so they can advertise their room rates lower than the actual cost. When we booked with Expedia, all rates and fees were shown to us via our confirmation. This is not the case with this company. Be aware that what you see is not what you get with this hotel. I would never recommend this place to any of my family should they ever need a place to stay in Grand Junction.

There is a $14 charge for parking and the lounge doesn't have local TV, so no Monday Night Football. Had to go to a restaurant down the road to watch the hames.
