The place needs a major update. The room itself was not bad but the bathroom was disgusting. Hair all over the tub in shower and on the bathroom floor from previous guest. The caulk was all moldy around the tub. The tub itself was icky and oily feeling from what I probably don't want to know. Would not stay here again.

Terrible room condition. Filthy carpet. Plumbing needs replacement.pass key didn’t work outside door. Desk operator was rude. Ceiling was patched and not painted. Just a horrible experience. Never again.

Terrible customer service by management, double charged me and got no response from a manager, was told their system has been double charging people, nobody seemed to care about it. Still waiting for the second charge to be credited back to me, they tried to charge a different amount to a different credit card i used a year ago before i even checked in. Avoid this hotel and any other ones owned by this owner.

The staff was nice, friendly and helpful. However we told them we'd stay for 4 weeks and when we came to renew our reservation, they charged us an extra $75 saying that we were late. One night they ran out of clean towels. The internet was trash. Roaches in our room, toilet seat broken, cut down trees with a chainsaw at 7 am on Saturday morning, and the pool was closed as was the fitness center.

Booked a handicap room. Arrived and it was unavailable, because they gave it to a non-handicapped customer before I arrived at 5PM. Could not shower for 2 days. 2nd night. Loud party in courtyard at 11:30 at night. Called front desk, took an hour for them to disperse.

The guy had the check-in counter was very rude. He charged me my deposit three times which put a hold on my account for 225.00 instead of 75.00. I asked him to correct it he said he couldn’t. He talked on the phone and didn’t give me any directions. I finally just took my room key and left to find my room in the maze of a hotel. Another person helped me in the hall to find it. The room appeared clean but had a musty smell. Bathroom tub was stained and dirty. Never again!!!

Weird smell in the room just kind of the older hotel smell it did dissipate. Parts of the carpet by the window was wet. Ceiling in the bathroom had a tiny leak. There was water all over the bathroom floor behind the toilet. Staff were lovely and long and parked right by the hotel

The bathtub needs a slipper rug but otherwise my room was huge, the bed was comfy, the TV and wifi connection was great. It was quiet and I felt safe.

Room had strong musty smell, appeared clean though. No closet or accommodation for hanging garments, tub had curved bottom making it unsafe to do stand up shower. Had to hold on to safety bars while showering! Continental breakfast had coffee that was room temperature, bisquit & gravy offering was even colder, apparently kept in refrigerator overnight and served cold. Most of parking was at rear of property, rear entrance door to building had keycard magnetic locks that didn't always engage.

We asked for a different room as the one that we were first placed in wrecked of cigarettes and smelled disgusting. This place is very run down though it appears that they are working on some aspects of the building.

Good value for the cost. I needed to stay somewhere affordable that wasn’t totally rundown, and it fit that bill! The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. I felt a little uneasy outside because I arrived at night in the dark and was by myself and the lighting wasn’t great. Besides that, it’s what I expected for my stay. The breakfast was nice as well!

If we could we would have left as we entered the room. But all near by hotels were booked. First, the room smelled like dirty socks and spoiled food. We had to buy our own room freshener to get by. Room service was alway coming by in the evening as if they did not have enough help. Smoke alarm went off when we turn on heat. My wife killed a bug. Hair everywhere

Deplorable. I cannot believe that Wyndham allows this property to remain open. Old, run down, beyond upgrades. We didn’t want to take a shower or eat breakfast. Can’t imagine what the kitchen looks like. TV connection was worthless. Gouges in the wall next to shower. Bathroom mirror was awful. I have pictures of those areas, if I am able to send them. Door #4 was not lockable. Totally unsafe.

The room was very clean, The people that work there were very friendly, Very accommodating, The bed was very, very comfortable.. The only thing about the place I didn't like was the shower. It's an adjustable shower head, but it only adjust 2. Waze a steady sor a light spray. So it takes a very long time to get all the shampoo conditioner and soap off of your body.
