Never stayed their , made reservations for the wrong hotel and never got my 470.00 back

Busy at the front desk for check in. Staff not the friendliest. First impression not great. Went to room, picked up ice bucket to get ice and upon removing the lid there was the last person's trash in there. Gross! So we had to go back to the desk to get another bucket and he didn't give us a bag to put into it. So, we had to ask for that.
One of the bath towels had a hole the size of a quarter in the middle of it
That being said, the breakfast was awesome and so was the breakfast staff and person's at the front desk for the day shift. We had read that there was a charge of $20 for parking in the Hotel lot, but we haven't seen that charge on our bill...yet.
All in all, a good experience, just a rough start.

We were pleased with the amount of space and glad for the suite option. It was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very good about bringing bedding and pillows for the pullout bed. We had a very pleasant experience.

It was great!

We were there just over night. Room had been recently remolded. Very convenient to airport.

I continue to enjoy my stay since being one of the first guests when renovations was completed. To date have stayed here over 5 times thus far and have no complaints. Hotel cost, staff, room and amenities are great.

Perfect that place is very good located

Convenient to the airport and clean and spacious room. The only con would be the shuttle from the airport to the hotel - there was no clear indication of where it would pick you up and the hotel shuttle area was packed.

I enjoyed my stay. I continue to stay here since the new renovations and to date have had a good experience with the staff and the room is very comfortable no complaints to date.

Well for being a holiday express it was very dirty. After getting into our room people who worked there walked in on my wife. The room was not prepared for us. Missing stuff like toilet paper and kleenex. Not up to the standard I'm use to for holiday inn express

Before making a decision to stay here, I read some disturbing negative reviews. There were also many positive ones. I don’t know how this property could rate anything below 5 stars. If I could give it ten, I would. It was clean and conveniently located off a main road near restaurants and a quiet residential neighborhood. Every staff member I met was warm, friendly and helpful. The shuttle to the airport was conveniently scheduled and reliable. The hotel has been updated with all the post-covid precautions for environmental cleanliness, including LVT vinyl flooring and bed linens that are fresh and clean between guests. Shower is awesome. Everything is new, up to date and spotless. Conveniences include microwave, fridge, and Keurig, all in new condition. The hotel posts quiet hours between 9 pm and 7 am. The included breakfast buffet is very nice. At times the ladies have a little trouble keeping things refilled but are quick to help with anything that is brought to their attention. Traveling alone, I felt very safe both inside and outside the hotel. A very nice Mexican restaurant on the property is worth a lunch or dinner visit, and you receive a discount when you show your room key. A winner all around. I may not ever return to this area, but if you are visiting and are looking for a clean, convenient and welcoming place to stay, please consider this Holiday Inn Express.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel and it’s not even close. Staff was extremely rude and not helpful at all. The lobby and the staff working in there constantly smelled like marijuana, which I don’t have an issue with smoking marijuana, but the constant smell was very off putting for my kid. Twice housekeeping just walked into our room while we were in there in the evening. Two nights in a row, the fire alarm went off and woke us up super early in the morning. To top it off there was a giant roach crawling on the floor and the staff said they couldn’t move us to another room. It was very unclear where to park, so our last morning the shuttle was sitting behind our car to where we couldn’t leave and the driver just said we shouldn’t have been parked there and refused to move for 20 minutes causing us to be late turning in our rental car. This is the last time I’ll ever stay at a Holiday Inn and probably the last time I book a room through Hotels.com.

Everyone was very friendly. Two down sides we asked for 1st level due to wheel chair and ended up being on the 3rd floor but that was ok and our room didn’t have any big towels but they brought us some while out to dinner. But overall nice place and people

We were scrambling to get a hotel after two days of flight cancellations and rebooking. This was close and served our needs.

The hotel should get rid of the parking charge. This was the first Holiday Inn Express that I have been to that charges to park. Additionally, I was charged almost $9.00 for two small regular size bottles of sports drink that the convenience stores are selling two for $4.00. Additionally, this property does not have a drink or snacks machine, forcing patrons to buy items from the desk, if they want anything. The staff was courteous and the property was clean. They also have great WIFI. Only issue is it is not a secured network, no password required to join it. That was not a huge problem, as I do have a VPN. It was quiet and the rooms are comfortable. Overall, not a bad stay.

difficult to get an uber here from the airport. Very sketchy area, even for Atlanta.

I just needed a place to rest for a few hours because my air travel was so messed up. This property provided that. It was a clean bed and room. The staff was very nice and accommodating.

Very accommodating during the IT crash. Thank you for a nice place to stay and to sleep.

Not a bad stay. Just hidden fees which would have changed my decision on staying here. Parking is extra per car and is not noted in hotel information like other hotels.

After reading some recent reviews I was worried about staying here. We were a family of 7. Grand parents and 3 young kids.
We arrived on a very busy day. This weekend was the computer shut down weekend so things in the travel industry were over whelmed.
We found. The hotel clean and the staff were very busy making arrangements for guests. We had a great experience. Kids swam in a nice clean pool, the room was well prepared for us.

Kinda janky honestly. The hotel is kinda dated and not super clean. The parking lot is sketch and the surrounding area is creepy. The only reason we stayed was because we had an early flight. Wouldn’t stay again honestly.
