I was treated with no respect. I lived there for over a year. People being let in my room when they weren’t supposed to be. Almost lost my animal. No communication between office staff. Bad

I asked for a clean room because all dusty and the lady told me go to a fancy hotel, And she throw my ID against the window telling me that she was going to call the police I stay in the property for an hour waiting for the police And never show up Because I didn’t do anything bad My recommendation avoid this hotel Extremely bad service and nasty I lost my money booking this hotel

Expedia & Red Roof were unable to find my booking & I was not able to stay at this property after paying because my booking could not be found? How do u lose the one thing that is important? The whole reasoning of ur business

Sinks were new. Bed was comfortable. Everything else has quite a bit of age and you can see the wear. Room was a sexond floor king, spacious, microwave and fridge. Comfortable. Busy on the weekend.

Place to lay my head.Not to many bugs.Showers work.Fridge works.Tv works when it wants to.Internet works.Typical foreign investor cash grab for minimal maintenance establishment.I used my own toilet paper from my car,as none was in the room this time.What I would expect near Atlanta,as this whole place is a giant overpriced toilet.

I arrived in my room and the curtains were torn, the floor had not been swept, the caulking around the tub was black with mildew and there was so much hair in the drain of the tub. It was nasty.

Ok stay, turned to a poor stay. I booked an additional night as I didn’t think it was bad enough to switch hotels and didn’t want to pack all my stuff back up. However, when I went to the front desk to let them know, I was told I’d have to check out at regular check out time(11am) and check back in at 3pm. How ridiculous to make someone to check out for 4 hours and check back in. Why inconvenience a paying customer and also yourself. That’s an extra room to clean. It doesn’t make financial sense. And since I had to pack up anyway, you lost this paying customer and I booked at a much better hotel for only $3 more!! Closer to city, nicer rooms, and a decent free breakfast(waffles, cereal, fruit, yogurt, juices etc). So overall, this is an hotel, no perks, needs a remodel and some pest extermination.

Hotel receptionist is very rude and gave a crappy room . Broken bed, broken tv remote, broken tv stand and not clean . No microwave.

It was very dirty and poor condition of room. Toilet nor shower was cleaned, the floors were filthy a long with visible dirt, writing and hand prints on walls. But I do think the bed sheets were clean.

e of the workers is an Indian from India who is “psychotic”, speaks poor English, and he has a very, very, very, bad attitude. He charged me for “paying for an additional night online” because I didn’t notify the property in advance before I paid. Who charges customers for spending more money at their dirty hotel? He should have been paying me. The place is “run down and filthy”. It’s the type of property you would expect from Indians. What was shocking was his bad attitude. I called the police on dude because he threatened to call the police on me because I agreed to pay the fee he demanded because I wasn’t on-site to check out of the room that I had paid for (it is their policy that you have to check out by check out time and then check back in at 3:00pm even if you are already in the property, if you don’t tell them you are not checking out, regardless of whether you repay for your room through a third party). Don’t mess with this place. These people are A MESS!!! No business acumen. Unprofessional. Dirty property. Nasty attitude. Poor English. Threatening to call the cops BECAUSE YOU HAVE PAID THEM. Ridiculous.

The room had towels and rags used from previous people . Had none smoking room just for it to smell like a bar . Worst experience ever

It was terrible the lady at the front was kind of rude the room was disgusting it had ketchup on the floor the phone didn't work the bed was nasty the tub was terrible I didn't even shower there because it was so disgusting and in the morning they were threatening to call police

DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!! The bathroom didn’t have a door to it, no shower curtain, the bed, walls, and floors were dirty. I went back down stairs after we seen the room and got a refund . Oh yeah and the lil lady that was there she was rude.
