This is our go-to hotel whenever we are passing through Luxembourg. This visit being the third over a 3-year period, we are never disappointed. The staff are friendly and attentive, the rooms spacious and spotless, the amenities and facilities offer everything you require. We look forward to returning again soon.

Quiet, comfortable room in a nicely upgraded hotel. I would say that this is really a business hotel more than a tourist hotel. And, you're a few miles away from the main tourist area. However, I have no complaints about this hotel. The staff was helpful and it's about a 10-minute free and direct tram ride to downtown. And the trams come about every 4 minutes. Breakfast was good and parking ($19 Euro/night) was convenient.

The staff (particularly in the reception) were very friendly and helpful. They really went out of their way! The only downside was the breakfast with the scrambled eggs that looked like a bowl of soup - as if they weren't even cooked at all. No surprise that no one was eating them. No cooked eggs seemed to be available.

Check in was great. Service and client focussed staff. The hotel noticed that it was my birthday and suprised me with a nice gift. Checking out was also great, even though it rained hotel staff supported us with bringing our luggage to our car. Overall great experience.

Location on a new site with other hotels. Great free tram service every 5 mins to centre. Great service, no on site restaurant on Sunday but others nearby. Two of the best night’s sleep I’ve had with superior bedding.

Yes, the hotel isn't brilliantly central and Uber/Bolt/Taxify doesn't exist, but the buses and tram are useful and for the great weekend rate this was a brilliant stay. Possibly the most comfy bed I'd ever slept in; I even drew a luxurious bath and the Italian restaurant downstairs has a brilliant quality offering. The topped up minibar on water/soft drinks is appreciated, great toiletries, luxury shower and great lighting and coffee station all adds to me giving this property 5 stars for value, comfort and overall feel.

Staff were superb and very well trained. A couple of snags in the room which i pointed out to the reception - bedside reading light panel loose, window handle loose. Breakfast very expensive at 31 euros per person for an average breakfast. New restaurants and eateries nearby worth a visit

This hotel is beautiful, truly. You walk in and gasp at its sheer beauty. The views from the elevator are something else. The hotel itself is lonely, it’s ahead of itself, waiting for the area around it to develop, but I say that with little knowledge for what goes on during the busy periods. The tram is right outside so access to town and shopping is easy. The hotel bumped us up to an executive room as refurbs we’re going on at the time, which was fine by us. Really lovely room, most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. If I get the chance to come back to Lux, I will be staying here again.

Beautiful hotel with friendly staff. The soundproofed rooms were great, air conditioning system quiet and the bedding was fantastic. We loved the free mini bar to that provided water and soft drinks. My only disappointment was the lack of a pool at the hotel that I was surprised about since it is a five star hotel. The location of the hotel turned out to be good as it linked in with a fantastic transport system in Luxembourg city and further into the whole country. Would definately recommend this hotel.

Modern, clean and very welcoming. Fixtures and furnishing are of top quality being functional and luxurious. Location in a quiet part of town which is being developed but free transport on weekends and in the future makes getting in/out of the centre a breeze.

The hotel has really nice big rooms, comfortable beds, good amenties, and there is a feel of quality. The breakfast buffet is delicious, but unfortunately served in the Ground floor with a basement feeling. The hotel is a bit “deserted” in the evening despite several bars and restaurants. Placed in Kirchberg business area. Easy access to the City with the tram just outside, close to EU Court of Justice, Luxembourg Convention Centre and The Philharmonie. All in all good value for money and good rooms.

Expensive and standard business hotel in boring part of town. We booked this hotel thinking it was the more centrally located if the two. The hotel and staff were nice but the location is not centrally located for tourists.
