Great stay! Part of the hotel is getting older but we like to stay here! Pool was clean, but a bit cold. It didn’t keep our kids out! Great location and always nice

All good nothing to right home about

The hotel staff were great, good location. However…there was a hockey tournament with a large number of families with children running and yelling throughout the halls and slamming hotel room doors until midnight. The second night one of the hockey moms was screaming in the halls at 1am, in a fight with someone and yelling at other hotel guests… required the manger to deal with her. There was also pounding music that could be heard in our room on the 5th floor until at least 2am both nights. Not sure if it was from the pub downstairs or the hall spaces with Christmas parties.
All in all, what was supposed to be a relaxing weekend away resulted in the complete opposite, with very little sleep. Not entirely the hotels fault but be forewarned about what you’re in store for.

The west wing rooms are modern and new. You get a $15 restaurant credit if you forego room cleaning. Great gym as well.

The room quality does not match the rest of the hotel. Worst bed I have ever slept, hard mattress, sheets are rough. You can hear everything in this hotel including people talking, walking around and doors closing. There is also a bar that blares music until 2 am and it rattles the walls. We had to leave the TV on all night to try to drown out the noise. We were on the 5th floor and could also hear drunk people screaming and talking like they were standing on our balcony. We would have been better off staying at a Motel 6. There is also no signage on the outside of the building when you arrive. The only good things about the hotel are the location is steps from the water, the lobby is newly updated and the restaurant has decent food and amazing views.

I’ve stayed at this hotel a number of times. Always enjoy the view. Located close to all your needs. Rooms have been refreshed since my last stay which made the stay that much more enjoyable.

The property was great very well kept

Great hotel. Probably the best in Penticton.

The staff are really friendly and attentive. The lake around the property is stunning, I've enjoyed swimming in it. It got a bit loud on Friday, however, during weekdays it was really peaceful. Unfortunately, my room did have a few pistachio shells and hot water wasn't running at one point. The dining options were also great.

Love the location and all the amenities being on the lake. Restaurant turns into a club in the evening, quite loud. Very odd to have an upscale hotel with a club in the evening. Considering the price, I would stay somewhere else next time that is quieter and likely less expensive.

Would definitely stay here again. We had a beautiful lake view!

Great location with adequate facilities
Just doesn't have that 4 star feel - eg has blinds but they don't meet so room darkening is limited.
Not worth the money for me

Clean, local and good view

I was not happy the air conditioner did not work properly and the pillows were very lumpy !!

Property was easy to access, great dining options, suite was outstanding. What I didn't like was the $50 extra charge for checking out at noon instead of 11a.m. and the parking charge it seems excessive, specially charging for parking where else do park????

The drain of the bathroom sink was clogged. Noisy AC. Found bug and spider in the room

Extra charge for the parking

Overall stay was nice but for the price of the room there were a few things I would have expected to be a bit better.
Door stuck
Just cosmetics of the walls and ceiling

The room was fine except for the random air conditioning unit that came on in the middle of the night and the lack of hot water in the shower.

"Stayed at this *charming* 4-star hotel with a 3-star interior—where the décor is as dated as the playlist from the bar blasting music into my 6th-floor room at 1 AM. The $15 per night parking was worth it just for the added bonus of hearing police sirens and lively conversations from the crowd right outside. It's like a free city tour from the comfort of your bed!"

While the hotel is a little bit tired, it exceeded my expectations and was a nice stay!

Had a beautiful suite in the west building overlooking the lake. The room was fantastic! Service was excellent. Hotel also had a good restaurant and bar on-site. Being on the waterfront, we were able to walk to most places we wanted to visit.

Excellent spot right on the water. Options for tall vehicle parking. Great restarting and bar on the property.

Overall a great experience. Nice to have a private beach with service. We booked two rooms in the same booking but placed on different floors of the hotel which was kinda annoying.

For the price we are paying it must be renovated.

This use to be the place to stay.
Front desk staff were lazy and didn't show any manners or interest in the customer.
Spider we and bugs in one corner of the room near the ceiling.
I was really looking forward to my stay but very disappointed.
But I know no one cares and this will fall on deaf ears and the customer is never right. Different standards now I guess

Everything was outstanding. From easy check in, property was close to the beach, clean and staffs were very accommodating

It is very good but but expensive

Location location location!! This made up for the out dated rooms. Very friendly staff.

I had the 720 square foot sweet with partial lake view and it was super .

The rooms need to be renovated.
6.0
They need to upgrade this building. It’s old.
4.0
They should warn you that when you pay for a lakeview room on the weekend, there is essentially an outdoor patio that turns into a nightclub and you cannot sleep.
6.0
Expensive and outdated
2.0
Hôtel desperately needs upgrades
