Night desk man who checked us in was very nice. Stayed for one night on our road trip. Room was spacious, had a microwave and a larger than usual refrigerator which was nice. Bathroom and shower/tub were also large. Breakfast was mostly continental but did have fresh waffles and biscuits and gravy. Overall was definitely worth the money and would stay again.

Clean, comfortable room at a reasonable price. Booked it a long time ago because the price doubles when Tennessee has a home football game so check your calendar and book early.

We booked a non-smoking room. We arrived and were told there were no rooms left and they were sold out, regardless of our reservation. They said they had 1 room left and put us in a smoking room without telling us. We found 2 bugs, stains and holes on the bed spread and it stank to high heaven of smoke. Very disappointed to say the least. We would have left but had 2 children and had just driven over 10 hours and we were exhausted. It was miserable. I would not recommend. I think even a smoker would have given a 1 star or less.

Room keys didn’t work. Room was dirty and felt gross. Had to kill a cockroach in the bathroom. Only reason we didn’t leave immediately was because we were exhausted. The staff was very friendly and that was about the only positive point.

Small room.Poor TV, Breakfast had very limited offerings. Rated a 9 and wonderful by Expedia which is ther second bad rating by Expedia this year! It was not awful but it was not a 9!

We were doing a quick stop on our road trip and weren’t expecting much. We were pleasantly surprised. The rooms are very clean and spacious. The bathroom was also very clean. The breakfast is your typical waffle station continental, but again, well maintained and clean. The staff definitely make the difference. Wade checked us in and was super friendly and helpful. He answered every question we had. Overall a very pleasant nights stays. Not sure about the pool but it looked clean and the area around it well taken care of.

Great stay for our family vacation. Hotel comfortable, clean, decent breakfast (fresh waffles) super nice saline water pool. Staff was all super friendly and helpful- above and beyond. If you’re looking for a posh hotel this might not be for you- but if you want a friendly, welcoming, comfortable affordable place to stay then you’ve found the place!!!

The location is fantastic with easy access to Route 75 and 321. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean. This only concern was the lack of green space to walk our dog that was not on the main road. But there are parks in town.

This place was good and clean. The workers and owner were awesome. However hotels.com took payment from my card but declined to pay the hotel. I was an hour standing there trying to get it fixed. Finally had to cancel thru hotels.com and go thru the hotel itself.

It has been several years since I stayed in an Econo Lodge due to their low end amenities and poor conditions. Well let me say, this stay was a very very pleasant surprise! I highly recommend this place and will definitely stay here again.

Well reconditioned/modeled EconoLodge (Choice) motel. Very clean, close off I 81, plenty of decent if all chain dining options nearby. Managers & staff welcoming, pleasant, helpful. Would stay again without hesitation. ** Also: ALWAYS appreciate a lodging that still offers a “smoking” room, especially one that tends to them decently and hasn’t compromised other “non-smoking” rooms by having them in close proximity to each other. I never mind being at the back of and/or upper-most floor of a motel, which is a small but effective method to greatly limit if not entirely mitigate anyone with hyper-sensitivity to the odor of smoking from guests that may happen to be nearby outdoors, from being effected. Thanks!!

An alright place to stop for the night. Beds were comfy but other than that not much else. Whole room was dated and washroom had some mold and cracked tiles. Staff was really nice and was conveniently located off the highway.

Everything was fine until I checked out and I saw the housekeeping lady making the beds with out changing the sheets and blankets, the room looked clean but after seeing that, I don't think it was that clean, I would definitely check other places, instead of this one. (Everything else was fine )

Bed was very comfortable along with the pillows.Continental breakfast was great.Fruit,waffles bagels,hard boiled eggs,cereal,muffins or some type of treat,coffee milk,juice,toast.Parking was good.Wade assisted us with the room key problem,very informative with 2 recommendations for dinner.

Customer service was good. Our room smell like cigarettes, so I know it’s been smoked in. I did reserved for a nonsmoking room. There was stain on the bed sheet, but it’s not a big problem. Another problem we had was the lock. We struggled to get into our room because of a defected lock. The lock seems to crack from the inside. Not sure why the staff overlooked the issue with the lock? I’m sure they struggle with the lock too.
