It was very clean , mattresses are so so, good enough, the people in the room next to me woke me up 4 times finally at 4 am it got quiet. 3 hrs sleep , price was right though.

Thestau was good inly bad thing wad finding old cigarettes in the bed sheets . The mornings are horrible with all the doots slamm7ng from the cleaners and quest leaving .

Reserved a king room but was given 2 double beds. At time of reservation no rooms with 2 beds were available so it was a fine surprise. The breakfast was great with so many choices. Easy to locate the hotel and it's close to several restaurants and stores if needing anything. Staff was very courteous and helpful.

Good: We liked the location and the price. Everything was clean and the breakfast (waffles) was good. Bad: The bed was extremely hard and very uncomfortable. I fixed the toilet but the shower head still leaked all over the wall. Water pressure was good and the shower was hot - if you could find the sweet spot - but watch out for scalding water! Our room was close to the elevator, but the sound of the ding and doors woke me up throughout the night.

Nothing fancy but everything we needed. Clean. Comfortable bed and room. Convenient for having a pet. Friendly staff accommodated our request and placed us near an exit. Very reasonable price!

Half hour drive from the Ohio Renaissance Fair and cheaper than other hotels in the area. The free breakfast was great, even the picky child found things to eat. The coffee is actually good - that makes it worth it right there. We will definitely be back.

This was one of the better stays we've had here in Dayton. The staff was very friendly and accommodated our request for a 4th floor room. The hotel was very clean and updated and the room was spacious! The breakfast... Absolutely wonderful! Hot cheesy omelets, crispy hash browns, good bacon, Dbl. Chocolate muffins, good yogurt, juices, cereal. One of the best hotel breakfast's by far. And the price was very reasonable. Would most definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and we will be revisiting frequently!

There was a storm (the northern reach of Helene) but the windows did not seal so the rain blew in. There was water on the floor and the AC/heat unit in front of the window.

It was just so so. Shortly after arriving someone else tried to enter our room. After a trip to the counter our keys were reprogrammed. The next day had to get the keys reprogrammed yet again.

My sister and I attended a concert at a local venue. I had gone online to locate a place to stay. The hotel was one of those closest to the concert. It was also listed at a great price with breakfast included. We noticed many cars had license plates from other states. They may have been rentals. Other people have found out about this motel

We were in the area visiting the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum. We decided to visit the Air Force Air Museum at the last minute and booked this hotel. Although the facilities are not new, the hotel was clean and the breakfast was better than other breakfasts we have had at other hotels.

We had a pleasant stay. The room was clean and comfortable. It smelled clean, and I didn't smell any marijuana (yay!). Breakfast was good. The staff was kind and accommodating. The only complaint I can think of is there was no bathroom exhaust fan, so everything got covered in moisture when we used the shower. Other than that, we had a pleasant stay, and would return.

Booked a king room, ended up getting a room with 2 double beds. Was exhausted and didn't feel like going to the front desk, probably wouldn't have done anything anyways. People next door where extremely loud and seemed like they had to scream to talk to each other or on the phone.

This is a nice gem in south Dayton! Nice clean room and common areas! Building and grounds well kept up as well. The breakfast does consist of hot items and great coffee! Will stay again when in the area!

I read reviews of this place and thought it would be good. It’s an old hotel and it shows. Extremely dirty. Boogers on walls dirty floors and a toilet that takes 3 flushes to drain. The sheets are scratchy, the towels are scratchy. One plus is the water pressure. Oh and breakfast was not good at all.
