Great place. Close to all the tourist attractions.

Very dated hotel. Super expensive for the condition. You have to pay for parking... not sure why. Most other hotels like Hampton Inn do not charge for parking. Room smelled.

Excellent! Modern and so close to the State Park, downtown and the casino

Hotel is good but overpriced. They charged extra $20 per day for parking even after booking room there. They charged $20 hotel fee per day did not understand why even i paid $250 perday for hotel why they need hotel fee. Breakfast also u need to pay extra. No extra facility. Rooms also looks old. Do not book here. In this price you can book best hotel there with other brand. I booked this by brand name but it was pathetic.reception lady was also full of attitude. Worst experience.

WiFi doesn’t work. TV Partially worked. Charged extra for parking and reservation. No breakfast. Although says breakfast available.

Very well located, basic, does include overnight parking which is a big plus, lots of bugs outside the lobby may attached themselves to the luggage, late night staff not very friendly

Nothing good about the stay..for the price we paid ...parking was paid and they charged 12$ amount for hotel fee when we checked out...
Way expensive when everthing was said amd done for 1 day stay..they claim.as if this is the only hotel walkable to falls when we check in...
Next time i will never stay here...

The staff is too rude
3.8
Everything we wanted too do was convienantly close. Had too drive a little too find resterants but that was o k. We wanted to get around anyway. Dont buy Anchors pizza

Dust in the room was noticeable as soonest I walked in. Toilet was covered in mildew as well as bathtub.I had to wash the bathroom floor because it was full of hair and sticky.
3.8
We were in room 330, right next to ice machine. I did not sleep all night due to noise. Staff was great & moved our room next morning. I'd suggest moving ice machine away from rooms, maybe near elevator. Thanks.

Excellent stay it’s walkable to Niagara Falls

The lighting around the property sucks so walking to the Falls feels iffy. The young lady checking us in was rude, short with us, and very slow. The furniture in the lobby areas looked dirty and stained; did not want to sit down or put my stuff down in this area.
The beds were super comfortable (only good thing). The shower area wasn’t cleaned and the toilet was damn near to the ground. Even though we were supposed to get a view of the river, we got a view of the roof instead. Correct side of the hotel but not high enough to clear the building.
$20 for parking seems excessive…whatever happened to free parking if you’re staying somewhere. Limited handicap spots so we got stuck walking from the far reaches of the unknown.
Plus they have a $20 hotel fee of some sort. Wish they would have just rolled all these fees into one payment. I’m sure we could have stayed at a nicer hotel for the price we ended up paying here after being nickeled and dimed to death.

The room is clean. Staff are kind and polite
3.8
It was not good, the room floor was dirty and the room was smelled. Soap was so tiny and run out out of coffee in the room
3.8
Hotel has couple of surprised fees including 100$ for room deposit, 20$ parking fee even if you’re hotel guest. Its is very disappointing when you still have to pay for this.
3.8
Recommend cleaning toilet thoroughly, checking under beds thoroughly, and cleaning tub and drain thoroughly. Recommend changing mattresses - no Cushing and was feeling springs.

We reached hotel 1 hr early and we’re in a time crunch, requested if we could get the room right away as some hotels honor the request if room available, the front staff said they don’t have any, can do the check-in process to have to ready by actual check-in time. We came back again 15 min before actual check-in room wasn’t ready to check back in 20 min, we checked back after 20 min room wasn’t ready, they told us to wait aside they will let us know when room is ready. We sat for another 15 min no one came and staff were passing by but no one said anything, finally we stopped a guy who looked like a head check-in manager, he was nice and got us room right away. Felt the 2nd person of the check-in staff was not courteous or friendly
3.8
Check in was easy, rooms clean, check out easy...all good
3.8
Close to everything

Staff were all very pleasant and friendly. Beds & pillows were also very comfortable. I would recommend this hotel.

Undisclosed fees, extra $20 for parking in their lot each night . Throw up found in hallway took a few hours to clean up .
Personnel was courteous and helpful. Room was clean .

I would say this hotel needs a complete renovation. It was very run down. The carpet in our bedroom was old and had not been cleaned in a while and the room and lobby has an odd smell. The Anchor Bar Where they serve the breakfast that you pay additional for was very rundown and dirty and the food was terrible. Overall, it is not what I would have expected for a room that cost over $350 a night. The one good thing I would say is that it does have a great location very close to the state park and to the Canadian border.
